Waste of time for me I'm trying to handle business

I have enjoyed using the service for many years and it is very easy to use and very convenient.

Postscan was a great service. One glitch I had with them was switching from one of their physical locations to a different one. That was quite difficult. Despite that, the people there took a personal role in ironing things out. After that, it has been a flawless service for 4 years.

Figuring out how to navigate website was a little difficult

My experience so far has been great I had to transfer through accounts so sorry the payment wasn't in there..

They're always super friendly and can get me my packages as soon as they're delivered. Great service, A+

The process to set up the address was simple and smooth. Very good customer service reps (from the main org). I haven't interacted with the local team, yet, but I imagine they're just as kind. I'm very happy at the moment.:-)

PostScanMail has been secure, reliable, and gives me the ability to exhale. We moved abroad and I didn't know how mail delivery was going to work, but I've been able to relax fully knowing how PostScanMail has taken care of us. They are real business partners, professional, and well worth the cost.

I wanted a mailing address for my author business. A legit address in the center of Manhattan. A well run office. And my mail has a home from which I can easily retrieve it! What's not to love?
