I have been using PostScanMail in NYC for the past 6 months and have had a great experience. The people in the office are always very welcoming and helpful. The customer service has been excellent.
I have been trying to sign up with Postal Scan since July, paid and completed all steps and still get calls and emails about my services not being available.
I used the facility in Brooklyn, New York.
Waiting time for uploads is sometimes more than a week!
Takes another week to have parcels forwarded.
Parcels are doubly forwarded and charged!
No, or very late and unsatisfactory, answer when contacting support about these issues.
Asked questions several times about how to add addl names on my account and have not received a response.
Good service so far just getting to know how everything works and hoping we can use the service long term due to the convenience of the locate from our home.
Overall, the app and web browser version of PostScan are easy to navigate. Everything is simple. BUT when I do select something to be forwarded, it takes 2 weeks or more to arrive, and there is no tracking number to track estimated date of arrival. It is 12/20 and I am still waiting for something I asked to be forwarded on 12/9.I wish this would have been made clear before signing up for the service. Additionally, documents which I select to be scanned are not showing up in the Archived Scans or anywhere else.

Nothing to say yet I just got this mail box. What I supposed to say I had not had the pleasure to see what my results are so stay tune I will give a review. I am asking the question why ask my experience when I just join. I am not understanding that part. Know if your asking my joining experience it ok for now. I will have a review once I get the experience
