Delivery drivers don't follow delivery instructions & take off quickly so you can't get to the door in time & didnt leave a card. Get a text message saying someone attempted delivery & a link to rebook so I booked in for delivery on the 8th & as of today the 10th it still hasn't been delivered. Tried calling them but it's only automated messages you can't get through to a person. I've sent multiple emails to which they don't reply for a week & when they do finally reply it's a do not reply email with copy paste messages that doesn't answer your enquiry & because you can't reply you can't resolve the enquiry. I just want my stuff but couriers please has absolutely NO customer service & delivery drivers don't do what's required to actually deliver the parcel. I would never use this company in a 1000 years only reason I did in the first place is Amazon sent the delivery through the company so now I have to liason with Amazon about it because you can't resolve any enquiry with couriers please because of lack of customer service

My parcel was just duped outside my door in a unit block. Nobody knocked or asked for a signature, yet on their website they claim they won't leave parcels without authorisation. Well they didn't have that. Any attempt to contact them has lead to nothing. My suburb was "invalid" when I tried to submit email form. Rang them and couldn't speak to anyone, was sent a text with a link for live chat that dropped out in less than 20 seconds. Messaged on Face Book no response. Photo sent via email from them of parcel outside my door. Proof of Purchase: Order from Historical Film unit.

One con note two bottles of wine. 3L and 6L. Only 3L at the door. 6L nowhere to be seen. Say delivers both. So did a thief only take the 6L and leave the 3L behind. Never had a problem with any other delivery firm to my house (1000s) but always, and I mean always, have issues with CP. Avoid them and avoid any company that uses them. Not worth the risk unless you have a camera. Numerous phone calls, twice told out for delivery and contact with driver and nothing, crickets.

Ring every day for pick. Just let me waiting another 3 Hours and ring back again.

Below zero!

So I made a mistake of ordering my kids Christmas gifts from Target. I placed the order on Nov 26 thinking I had plenty of time to receive them before Christmas!
Target shipped my order in 3 parcels.
Parcel 1:
Delivered to the wrong address!
I had to run around the neighborhood myself looking for my parcel! Found it in front of someone else's door!
Parcel 2:
Left outside in the rain while I was home all day! No one knocked on the door!
Parcel 3:
CourriresPlease sent me an email saying they had my parcel on Nov 29.
Dec 1 it was received in their depot.
Dec 8, after lodging a complaint that I have not yet received my parcel, I receive an email from CourriresPlease asking for a description of the package! They lost my parcel! I replied but never received a follow up or anything!
Kept calling them every single day (with 1 hour on hold) and no one had any fkn idea where my parcel was. I had to repeat the same story every day because no one was updating the system. The operators were all working from home and had no info except what is shown on the system which was rubbish!
Dec 22, I lodge a request to collect the parcel myself from the depot as I couldn't wait any longer. I was asked to wait for an email confirmation that should come within 24 hours. No confirmation was received.
Dec 24, I receive an email that my parcel was out for delivery! Yeey! Well no! Fkn $#*!ty a**holes delivered it on Dec27! Totally ruined my daughter's Christmas!

For over 2 months I have been trying to resolve an issue that is yet to be solved. I have called Couriers Please multiple times, been on hold for several hours, been hung up on and I have been promised resolutions by so called ‘managers' and they have not been followed up. Over two months later I am still at the same point. Each person I talk to states the same thing and all calls end in being hung up on or made a promise that hasn't happened.
Absolutely appalling service and I do not know how this company is still operating!

On the 1st December 2021, I had a return parcel to a seller by eBay. This parcel was hand-delivered by me to the office of Parcelpoint at Phillip in the ACT. The parcel tracking number was ID: PHCGCSP3. The receiver did not get the parcel after about 4 weeks and I was told by Parcelpoint that it was picked up by Couriers Please another company that cannot be reached for complaints. Parcelpoint is not able to prove that the parcel was sent, has no prove by whom it was picked up, and does not take any responsibility.
My advice is: stay away from companies such as Parcelpoint as they have no idea and prove where and with which company picks up items. It is a shambles of an administration and the sender is without any guaranty of delivery or is getting a receipt for an item being posted.

This company does not show tracking has not delivered my parcel and does not answer inquiries.
I have tried contacting them daily for almost three weeks with no satisfaction or follow up.
Their customer service is appalling and their behaviour disgusting. Shame on you!

No package
December 14, 2021

My package was sent on 3 November from Melbourne to Perth, estimated delivery date 10 November. Next update was 8 December when it arrived in WA. It is 20 December today and still no update or delivery and their phone lines just say they are very busy (automated) and then the phone is put down. I've lodged multiple help requests through their website.

I have received three parcel from them. For all these three parcels their drivers did not leave any information for collection while send you email you will receive pick up point information shortly.
I contacted their customer service and they said you have to wait for 24 hours

Hopeless Lazy …

I was home all day found a blank note in the door to collect from a pop store WTF is that. I aged on a pension can't get around and now have to get some pin and a cab to this place to collect.
Think they would at least try again or leave the address to collect it not some bloody pop nonsense

If I could give zero stars, I would...
This lazy driver left my brightly coloured orange parcel at my front fence-line. Didn't even walk it to the door, let alone ring the doorbell. When I queried my missing parcel, I was sent a pic showing the delivery location. It was then I realised that my parcel HAD been delivered BUT so very poorly that someone else was now wearing my new tee shirt.

Attempting to follow this up has been tiresome too. Three emails and four phone conversations and still no result.

I did not supply CouriersPlease with an "Authority To Leave" (ATL)- this means that a signature is required upon delivery. The driver even went as far to falsely alter the ATL instructions- confirmed to me by one of their 'Customer Service Champions'.

Now I have to jump through hoops to try and get my money back via an insurance claim.
This has been the most appalling online retail/ courier delivery experience ever.

Back doing another review of Couriers Please. Same issue as I had two months ago. Made a purchase and merchant gave it to Couriers Please to deliver.

Couriers Please makes a half hearted attempt to deliver (ie they leave a post card in the mail box) and take the item off to some pack and send depot.
I cannot get to the pack and send depot - hence I cannot take delivery of the item.
Couriers Please mark the item as "Delivered".
All attempts to contact Couriers Please fail - this mob is uncontactable and never respond to anything.

Avoid at all costs.

UPdate 23/12/2021 - After a week, still no response from Couriers Please, despite daily submission.

Even in a 24/7 business, the delivering guy decides that it is closed and doesnt deliver the parcel
But take the parcel all the way to the newsagency. Very annoying. Many of our urgent delivereris kept on hold in the newsagency but doesnt inform us

My parcel has never arrived, On tracking it has been completed 8 times in as many days, don't know where it went but it didn't come to me. Twice I was sent a photo of the premises it was delivered to & a photo of the parcel. Neither homes were my home, one was 380KM away, the other I don't know where it was. The most disgusting ( non) service I have ever experienced. Australia Post always delivers.

An eBay parcel was sent to me using Sendle, which in turn used Couriers Please. No genuine attempt at delivery was made by Couriers Please. Tracking reveals the parcel was taken almost immediately to a Pack and Send Popshop. The Couriers Please driver didn't bother to get out of his/her van to ring my doorbell, but simply left an ''attempted delivery" card in my letter box, which is in the street some distance from my unit's front door. I was at home at all times when the phoney attempted delivery was allegedly made, and my doorbell works perfectly. AVOID SENDLE/COURIERS PLEASE.

One of the worst courier services I have ever dealt with. Full of lies and cheating. Never came to deliver the designated parcel, but mentioned the receiver not home on the tracking details. With half of the family working from home, how could be no-one home? Raised the issue with UPS who subcontracted these inefficient, "liar courier please" missed out the birthday gift due to this cheap cheating lair company.
