I never received the Wacom Intuos Bluetooth Tablet Small - Pistachio from Catch since it was never delivered because the driver from Couriers Please just left at the front door even though the building is under construction therefore, it is impossible for the courier to gain access to it.
Couriers Please is such an amateur postal service, they have so many complaints about their incompetence, and zero care factor, that they've gone from blaming the customer for non deliveries and damaged goods, to just outright ignoring them.
Their website doesn't list an email or phone number, and you have to search the web to find out their basic contact details.
That says alot! So basically you can leave an online message, and they will get back to you if they feel like it!
Consignments did not deliver properly
Phone line was always busy. Hard to connect. Poor customer service. Took ages to find the consignment. Didn't resolve the case.
Ask my customer to collect at the depot which takes 1 hr drive.
Not replying to my emails.

Always late when they actually manage to deliver. They can never find my home even though I'm located on the cnr of 2 streets. Pathetic excuse for a courier business
Arranged for a parcel to be picked up in Victoria and delivered to Qld. Both private addresses. Didnt attend to pick up on the day specified and now claim they never picked up despite the sender affirming pickup date and time. Apparently they 'investigated' but claim the parcel cant be found so that proves it wasnt picked up. No GPS tracking of pick up driver, no tracking record, no process to authorise /prove pickup, no paperwork. I'd give a 0 if possible
I beg all businesses to think twice before using this carrier for their deliveries. My package was never delivered even though they claimed it was delivered. My package was found three suburbs away on the side of the street and was handed in to the post office by a kind individual. The post office was kind enough to search my details and called me to notify me that my package was handed in. I was lucky cause even though it was incredibly inconvenient I eventually received my goods, no thanks to courier please. The worst is that they actually lie, by taking a distant photo of my empty driveway and that was supposedly proof of delivery. A total absolute joke. LIARS
My package was delayed a whole week. I kept receiving emails at 1pm saying it'll be arriving today and never rocked up. They would email saying 'we attempted to drop it off' after 5pm where the location i worked at closed at 5.It was so hard to get in contact with them, i called over 11 times, they never ever respond to the live chat system and i was on hold for 40 mins until i requested a call back and even then the workers couldn't get in contact with the drivers? Very unprofessional and disappointing.
This company doesn't event deserve 1 star review. There was no reason for them not to leave my parcel at my door as it is secluded and private. I had to drive to the middle of no where to collect it.
They failed to deliver to a business address on a main road in Parramatta. Waited for more than 3 weeks for nothing. They can be contacted online or by emails. You will only talk to robot lady when you call their service number. Parcel returned to the sender! I don't understand why Myer use them to upset clients. I would like to give them a ZERO Star.
There is zero customer service. It is non-existent. They lost a package and refuse to say that they lost it and it after 40 days they send me an emails saying "We are really sorry for the delay and inconvenience this has caused you." When I ask to call them or them to call me they send back again the same generic message.
If you are a business or consumer please do not use this courier service, they will COST you greatly.
I honestly have nothing good to say about this company. Three attempts to deliver an item, first one they said was rejected, second attempt went to the wrong address, third attempt they just dumped in my apartment foyer and left with no signature
No human to call, they only communicate over chat and are simply useless
Its taken over a month to get my package and the poor company that I ordered from is going to suffer as a result as I will never order from a store that uses this courier company again. This is appalling service. BE WARNED
My parcel was picked up on the 04/01/23, when inquired where the parcel is on the 12/01/23 i was told i have given the wrong address to the place i have lived for three years and to the place they delivered another parcel from the same company on the 09/01/23, since the 12th everyday i have been calling and asking where my parcel is, every day they tell me they updated the driver to deliver it, they updated the depot to deliver it and the resolution team has been informed when infact the truth is they lost or stole my parcel and have no clue where it is! Wouldnt normal logic say if it is continuously been updated to be delivered and a parcel is not delivered to look in to why it is not delivered and give the customer a genuine answer?

Horrible service and very unhelpful staff! Yesterday I waited at home for 2 packages to be delivered. Answered the buzzer and let the courier in. Went out to meet them but they were already gone and only one packaged delivered. Not even 5 minutes later received an email and text saying "sorry we missed you" and advising me that no one was home and the package would be delivered to a collection point by the end of day. When I spoke to customer service they really didn't seem to care at all and just kept sending a stock standard response of "the driver did what they thought was safest for your package"
This company is the worst I have ever dealt with.
They have scanned my parcel in to Nsw 20 days ago and now their tracking system is showing delivery in 12 days time
Package never delivered and worst service no way of contacting them and never got package! Never buy with Myer online they use this second rate delivery service and your online order will never er get to you. Delivery drivers are lazy and don't read labels. They send confirmation they delivered but the package is never dropped off. Buyers Beware!
My worst nightmare is when I buy something online, to get a message that CouriersPlease are the carriers. My stress level goes through the roof after multiple disaster deliveries by them previously. Ie, fail to deliver at all; leave at wrong address; leave roadside, 30 metres from house; leave items in the wet grass, when it is raining, or about to rain…again 30 metres from the house. I have formally complained to companies that use them as carriers, as it brings their brand into disrepute also ie Catch.com.au, Myer. Avoid them like the plague if you can, otherwise be prepared to take stress relief medication of any kind.
I would not recommend Couriers Please. They don't give you a choice to a small collection period (it is 9-5pm). They don't pick up. And they don't give a courtesy call if they did not pick up. You need to rebook with the booking agent (in my case TransDirect Freight). This is the worst service I have ever seen from a courier business. Stick to Australia Post!
Worst ever... no delivery, no updates, no responses... Three times it has been slated for delivery and three times it hasnt arrived. I could have collected the parcel in an hour. Last time I will ever buy from a company using Couriers Please. I suggest that you give them a wide birth
My parcel was supposed to be delivered, however, it was deemed unsafe to leave, despite the fact I was home all day with my door open, no animals and live in a rurual area, the package was more than safe in the middle of my porch, like many other companies do, and no one drove in my drive way that day anyway. Then trying to find a resolution to recieve my package was a nightmare, no commucations other than robotic emails. Trying to call and the card number I was given is apparently incorrect so the phone hangs up. Never never use

Answer: You can't and if you do they tell you it's not their problem and disconnect
Answer: An absolute scam that needs to be investigated Police need to look into this large scale ongoing theft and obtaining goods by deception
