Very poor experience with CouriersPlease. Deliveries are consistently delayed, tracking is unreliable, and their customer service is virtually impossible to reach. We've had several incidents where parcels were marked as "Business closed" despite our store being open during business hours. No clear resolution is ever provided. It's extremely frustrating and unprofessional — I would not recommend this courier to anyone.

Looks like I am another pissed off reciever. Every time I am due a delivery there is an issue. This time my delivery is not able to be delivered, but the system can't find the delivery note to re-book. The bot is useless. 1 Star is to many. Shows how professional this company is as they don't even reply to the many poor reviews. Wish suppliers used a different carrier.

Incompetence personified!

I bought a package in Ebay.
The vendor used Sendle - OMG, how bad are they (pls see my reviews of them)
Sendle use Couriers Please - so you already know nothing good can come of this.
The parcel was due 11 Dec however the tracking showed no information or updates everyday up to an including that day.
On the 11th I stated to grumble - vociferously.
After many exchanges with Sendle I was told:
1) We cannot control our contractors
2) We don't know where the parcel is and it will take 7 business day for an investigation.
They then provided me with the couriers please tracking number and delayed the parcel until the 13th.
Of course it did not arrive on the 13th.
On the 14th I checked the couriers please tracking data is had no information whatsoever.
Out of the blue, today 16th, I get a very excited msg from Sendle to say it's coming today.
So if Sendle and Courier Please were clueless as to the packages location on Sat 14th, how the [deleted] can it be on the drivers truck at 6:35 am?
This is not the first time I've written about CP and I have actively avoided using them since that time.
On that occasion the national marketing manager phoned me but clearly NOTHING has changed!
Sendle said they couldn't control their contractors, I would go a step further and say neither Sendle or Courier Please could control their bowels, let alone anything else!
Folks the customers need to rise up and put these Muppets out of business!

COURIERS PLEASE ARE A BLOODY DISGRACE

I had two parcels in two days delivered and one was busted right open, clothing inside filthy. The next day was worse. Expensive electrical equipment in a large box left in plain view of the street when secure area 1M away, box had been through a soccer game and also had been cut open to view contents? Maybe an associate of the courier was coming later to "retrieve" the box. Very suspicious. CouriersPlease employees are suspect IMHO.

Just really passionately hate this company. DO NOT USE THEM!

There policy is to expect a chinese sender in china to see through their crystal ball that, after that package leaves china and is handed to couriers please, that couriersplease (owned by singapore post) don't deliver to a particular address and that somehow the sender was supposed to foresee that fact. Then to not even offer the receiver an option to re deliver, or pay for it, but instead expect them to drive hrs to pickup from their depot! Makes me sick and has cost me hundreds, because your websites script does not automate the process of letting the sender know that you in fact don't deliver to certain places, because you're slimy, and you want to let this happen so you can take on all parcels, which forces the sender to except YOUR policy and pay for re delivery once they find out!
You are being reported to GOV bodies.
Auspost and other services do not let a sender input data that they don't except, and a company like yours should have a script setup.
It is deception and fraud.

And, this is amazing, they don't send me one notification 2 weeks into the problem!

THEY NEVER DELIVER! - EVER! Every single one of my parcels from Couriers Please has NEVER made it to my home, not even once! I work from home and receive parcels daily, at all hours, from every other delivery service except Couriers Please! They don't just fail to deliver to your home; they deliberately leave it at the most inconvenient location possible, usually miles away! It's like they go out of their way to make things difficult for you! I will never order from anyone who uses this service! RETAILERS, DO NOT USE COURIERS PLEASE!

Appalling

The most effective way to actually talk to a person who can help you is Gary Sood, Head of Logistics. His address is 43 Coleridge Circuit Williams Landing VIC 3027 Ph: 0415 028 29 08. He's available at this address and on this number 24/7 and is just waiting for you to personally express the depth of your feelings for the customer service at Couriers Please.

Disgusting service

Absolutely pathetic service. No ability to track items or drivers. No customer service. No functional website. No ability to reschedule failed deliveries. Time frame is worse than Australia post deliveries. Do not use this company they are useless

Dishonest Company

First picture is evidence of attempted delivery by the driver. The second photo I took is of the same door without the carefully cropped out unit numbers. I live in unit 19! It is obvious the driver did not care to deliver to the correct address. On the tracking page there was only the option to redeliver and waive your insurance cover or to collect from a collection depot. When talking with the online chat, first excuse;it was due to a delay, then it happened to be the driver finished up for the day as outside of operating hours, then offering a delivery without signature if I am not home, when saying I wanted it to be signed for, it now changed to "you" failed to be home and you have to pick up form collections, followed up by them hanging up the live chat. A second call concluded with that they will not redeliver once it has been dropped to a collection site however the option on the tracking page still lets me ask for a re-delivery but only if I waive my insurance cover. It seems awfully convenient to fail a delivery, then force the customer to either waive insurance cover or force them to pick up from a collections depot. This company is dishonest and actively will try to deceive you. I will be contacting the supplier to use another courier service. I would never use their services for anything. On their page they are a subsidiary of Singapore Post

'Not Home' …. RUBBISH!

The driver made no attempt to deliver I was home all day Tried to contact couriers please and you only get auto response. Very frustrating!
The parcel was rescheduled for another day and still no parcel. Extremely disappointing service! Avoid where possible. I have also notified Target who use Couriers please,as this also affects their reputation

Daylight robbery

Read through the reviews for these guys on the net hundreds and thousands of undelivered/missing packages and parcels -they are keeping packages and claiming them lost in transit and/or delivered to the wrong address. Making money hand over fist being paid to deliver all the stuff they actually keep. They need investigating and should be shut down.
No one to communicate with,unhelpful bots on their site,their tracking doesn't move or if it does it's to the opposite side of the country after 2 weeks. If you do manage to get a human on chat they recite a script and tell you that your package is handed off to yet ANOTHER courier company but they won't tell you who or how to track it. Then they type "I am done with your issue" and disconnect.
Appalling. Disgusting. It's a HEIST in broad daylight.

Incompetent Company
December 27, 2023

I was getting a single package delivered to a business address with the standard business hours of 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and the 'Couriers Please' depot in Brisbane is only 20 minutes from this business. On the 5th of December, they attempted to make delivery at 6.28 pm, which was unsuccessful. Their tracking information then stated an attempt would be made the following day, which never occurred. After that, I spoke with a customer rep for 'Couriers Please' explaining the business hours, and they informed me that delivery would again be attempted within a few days. Another delivery attempt was not made till the 21st of December, again after business hours, so delivery was unsuccessful. I have now been informed by 'Couriers Please' that the package will be returned to the sender (overseas) as they could not successfully deliver a package within regular business hours to a location 20 minutes from their depot, such an incompetent company.

ABOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I HAVE ASKED FOR MY PARCEL TO BE REDELIVERED. DRIVER NEVER CAME. I CONTACTED THEIR POINTLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY FORGOT TO LOAD MY PARCEL IN THE VAN SO IT WAS LEFT IN THE DEPOT THE WHOLE TIME. I HAVE TAKEN A DAY OFF WORK AND WAITED ALL DAY FOR THE PARCEL ONLY TO BE STUFFED AROUND BY THIS HORRENDOUS COURIER COMPANY. PLEASE DO HUMANITY A FAVOUR AND CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS DOWN!

AVOID COURIER PLEASE AND ANY COMPANY USE THEM FOR DELIVERY AT ANY COST!
Unfortunately I have ordered online delivery from Target and Target use Courier Please for their delivery and this was where the nightmare began.
I stayed home all day on date of delivery and only to get an email later that day informing me the package has been returned to Target warehouse due to failed attempt of delivery. The driver never called nor rang the intercom to my unit. I contacted Target for a refund 3 days later however Target informed me their warehouse never received the package that was suppose to be returned to their warehouse and unwilling to resolve this with Courier Please directly. Avoid Target at all cost I suggest. So I contacted Courier Please a couple days later and had to follow up a few times and finally they told me they found the package in their own depot! So the driver not only lied about attempting delivery but also lied about where the package was returned to! Courier Please asked me when I want this package redelivered where I told them then they sent me another email asking me to confirm the reason for the 1st attempted failed delivery? They attached a couple photos of the retaining wall of the complex I live in? Did the driver not even bother to find the entrance and just had a look on the outside and left? What do they expect me to confirm? To tell them if they knocked on the retaining wall, no one will respond? What a joke these people! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Couriers Please is an utterly pathetic, poorly managed, and despicable excuse for a legitimate courier company. Their charlatan ways are nothing short of criminal, and they shamelessly disregard any semblance of delivering items with care. They deceive customers by falsely claiming delivery attempts, all the while treating them as a bothersome burden.

To the owners of Couriers Please, I must question your understanding of the business you claim to run. Your entire existence hinges on providing safe, reliable, and efficient delivery services. Yet, the plethora of negative reviews suggests a company crippled by incompetence and devoid of respect for its customers.

The countless negative reviews stand as a glaring testament to your unyielding reluctance to address the appalling levels of incompetence. Despite such damning evidence, you continue to accept payments, deceitfully promising services you scarcely fulfill. Such conduct borders on criminal, and it is shameful!

I strongly advise the CEO of Couriers Please to conduct comprehensive market research and urgently rectify the broken systems and processes. Unless immediate action is taken, people like me will persist in sharing our nightmarish experiences and vehemently reject Couriers Please with unreserved disdain. Shame on you for perpetuating such a woeful and disreputable operation!

Bad service

I am so disusted with the service in 2 days i have booked for a pick 4 times for the same job and still no show courier pls it's time to have ppl that actually want to work and not have lazy useless workers.
I truly don't understand how your still in business is this going to take 2 weeks before you pick up the parcel just like previous drop off that took 2 weeks before i finally recieved my parcelif your worker are lazy its time for them to get a new carreer like stay at home playing games

Scam operators

I've tried everything to avoid Couriers Please but most vendors dont tell you what courier they are using.

This time, not only did the courier lie and say they attempted delivery despite me being right there when I eventually got through to a customer service operator (by bypassing the usual options that cut you off), I was told the following, and I quote:
"Couriers Please cannot action anything unless you provide proof the driver never attempted delivery". When I asked what was proof I was told video footage of the driver not delivering.
I asked how this is possible even if we had a CCTV camera up monitoring the street 24/7 I was simply told that is their policy.

I asked where the failed delivery slip was after checking my mailbox (on previous occasions a delivery slip was at least placed in the letterbox despite no attempt at delivery), to be told by Couriers Please their new policy no longer places missed delivery slips and the entire onus of proof is on the customer (to show video footage of non-existent drivers or photos of the undelivered packages)
This is utterly ridiculous!

After I insisted the operator escalated the matter and being placed on hold for some time when they spoke to the "fleet manager" I was ensured the driver has been specifically instructed to "ensure they deliver and ring my buzzer later" later today.
No such thing occurred, and later I received an automated message saying my package has been delivered.
Again no missed delivery slip.
I finally went yet again into their tracking tool it said the driver had dumped the package at a newsagent. This is the exact same thing that occurred for every single delivery over the last few years!

I asked how to arrange re-delivery as per their own policy and website and was told to go to their website - Where it was required to put in the details of the missed delivery slip, which no longer exists!

This company needs to be formally investigated, i'll be taking it much further this time even at my expense, as something has to be done.
We're all becoming incresingly dependant on couriers (particuarly if you have mobility issues) and these business practices have to stop.
