I had 30 couriers please bookings since 15/04/2021 ( I don't have control over which courier company to use) and 17 of them were NOT picked up on time! Two of them even 6 days delayed! I wish there's 0 stars that I can choose. I'm trying to convince my business partner to get rid of CP. I will also lodge a complain to Consumer Affairs Vic as they provided misleading information on their website says that: bookings made in the mid morning will normally picked up in the afternoon the same day. I paid to have an item picked by Couriers Please 20-05-2021 it is now the 08-06-2021 the item still has not been picked up! I have rang and emailed Couriers Please on countless occasions
And keep getting apologies and assurances that my item will be picked up but it has not, my advice to anybody is don't go anywhere neat Couriers Please because the way they treat a customer.
Called couriers please on 5 May 2021 requesting redelivery. Person I spoke to said that was fine, it will happen. Called back today 11 May to follow up; package has been sent to sender. No record of the call. GRACE told me that they needed instruction on 6 May. When I showed them the contact and email request that was sent 5 May 2021, she LIED and changed the date. GRACE also does not keep a record of any conversation. This is Telstra levels of service ie worst possible service.
I live in Perth and bought an item to be sent from outside of WA. I received a few mesages until it arrived. I knew where it was all the time, which is good. Then it seemed to arrive two days earlier than scheduled. I got a message that it had been delivered. But I did not see anything anywhere around my house. I contacted via email, they started investigation immediately. They sent me photos showing the item was left near the window. It was just unlucky that it's gone somewhere. I exchanged several messages, their responce was great. I was also told by the shop where I ordered item that they were very reliable.
Worse experience, took 10 days for the goods to get delivered from Bendigo to shepparton (130km distance) customer service no help either!
Horrible experience. Couldn't leave delivery at nearest depot. Said would redeliver same day, then showed next day online. And the next day it was returned to sender! Plus they literally lied on the phone.

The box was labelled fragile, and no exaggeration, EVERY item was broken. It looked like they played football with the package.
The delivery was also late by about 2 weeks (as in was in their hands for at least 2 weeks before it was sent out), by this time my work had closed for Christmas break and therefore wasn't able to be delivered. The driver then committed a hit and run on a vehicle that was parked outside. When I contacted them regarding the above, I had to email about 2 or 3 times to get any response and they ignored the fact that there was video evidence of their driver committing the hit and run (this matter is now with the police - hopefully both driver and company are issued penalties for this).
Once I finally got the package redirected, they didn't bother delivering it! It was just sent straight to a local drop off zone. At my property, there was someone home ALL DAY, AND we have a security office where they could have left it. I, therefore, had to take time off work to just get the package because of course, it was near my house and not near work, but only able to pick it up during work hours (if this was an option why was it NOT DONE originally?).
Honestly, this has been the worst experience I have EVER had with a shipping company and I will ALWAYS advise people NOT to use this service. Customer service was bad, driver committed an offence, the company ignored said offence, goods damaged.
I was home all day and the courier didn't even try delivering the parcel to my place. Got a text message saying "we missed you when delivering your parcel". Lazy couriers just went straight to the nearest drop off point.
What's the point of getting shipping if I have to go and pick it up? Might as well go in store and try out whatever I'm buying.
Aus Post delivers to my door - so clearly it's accessible.
If Aus Post is doing a better job, that tells you how trash Couriers Please is.
I say "false attempts" because each time of the four times they update the tracking status saying they attempted delivery and failed is because there actually has been someone at home the whole day and during those times where they said "no one at home".
No doorbell was rung, no card was left, our security cameras during each of the times stated captured no one at the front door/gate with any parcel delivery. I've seen and have photos of the Couriers Please van (and number plate) that drives past on our street and supposedly delivered something across the road; it was the same van/driver that finally delivered the parcels today.
Couriers Please you have a lot to answer for. We have advised the merchant who uses your services to reconsider another delivery service provider, as your poor service damages the merchant's brand.

You are getting paid to deliver my parcel to my door. If you are too lazy to do so, then you better find another job. You should be thankful that you have a job at the moment. Had to drive 2km to pickup my parcel.
Believe the reviews folk - they do not sent any tracking info to you at all, all of a sudden you get an email stating that it's now at a Newsagency 30mins away due to an ‘unsuccessful delivery' - not that I am currently working from home. This happened twice in a row now, don't bother trying to call in & complain, they hang up on you after leaving you on hold.
You will regret the day you sent an item using couriers please.

Do not use, none cares, website enquiry/contact page does not work, phones don't answer, promised call backs never happen.If you do happen to luck out and get in contact it is with an overseas call centre who have no idea whats going on with your consignment. It is almost as though this company is deliberately trying to give its customers the worst and most stressful service possible
If I could give 0 stars or 5 in negative I would. The worst delivery company ever. Not a single parcel has been delivered to my door without chasing it's location, driver or ringing and emailing back and forth courier company. 3 online orders completed in 4 weeks. Two parcels never arrived at my door and one still chasing. Who knows if this one gets to my door. Next time I order online I will be checking courier company that is used by the seller.
Used various freight and courier companies, couriers please is by far the worst
Paid $30 for one day delivery service on Tuesday, advised them it would be ready for collection 9amWednesday
Now Friday night and cannot even see where it is using the tracking
Have called them, they told me they were busy, to which I replied I didn't really care as I paid for the one day delivery service and did not receive the package, could have paid $10 for the normal rate of delivery
Sent them an email with no reply

Has taken over 3 weeks for package to go from Melbourne to sunshine coast. No responses by email and messaging. Call centre is useless. Do not use couriers please at all costs. Should be no stars.
I ordered an expensive Christmas present from Target and had no choice in that they chose to use Couriers Please to deliver it. They apparently tried to deliver it when I was out, so they left a card. The card said to wait til the next day and search their website to find out where my parcel was. It had zero information. I rang them. They said that it must still be in the van and they'd get the driver to redeliver that day or the next before 5pm. That was a Friday, and it never arrived. I was also told that I should have received info from the driver on where my parcel was. I didn't. So, I then had to wait til Mon morning. I rang. They told me they'd check. It was still "in the van". The lady said she spoke directly with the driver and he'd contact me asap with the info. He didn't. I asked my dad to call, the next day. They told him since it had been more than 5 days that it would be sent back. I told him to ring back and say that that is NOT acceptable! This was a present bought at Black Friday sales cost and it wouldn't be available again! They sent me an email to say they'd look into it. I wrote back and said that I'd heard this multiple times and next thing they'd say is that the driver will contact me, then he never will and we'll start all over again. I asked if they were a legit company. They never replied. I heard nothing all day. I wrote again to ask what was happening. Another day, still no response. And here we are.
If you have a choice DON'T USE THEM!
Multiple times now couriers please don't attempt to deliver and just take it to the news agent. We have never gotten a note in our letter box, are always gone on delivery days and CCTV shows they never try to deliver. Attempts to contact them directly leads to long waits, a promise of a return call and then nothing.
If you are a business, never use couriers please as you will lose business and reputation.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are hopeless. Their customer service in relation to missing parcels is beyond disgusting. Don't answer their phone. Recorded message saying all queries via their website - but you don't get anywhere with anything. I cannot believe this company is still in business.
Its fully bull $#*! company/contractor who own the run they took driver and use them like a slaves, and after work didnt pay agreed amount of money please my advice dont go any driver this central coast deport.
My experience the name of person TONY/run number 218 just a bull$#*! person he gave me work and after my work he breach the weekly payment condition he told me i have to do 140 delivery in a day but before as much as u can and its permanent run but when i start and after a week later making issue with payments and pushing you mentally harassing me. I am highly recommend courier please company investigate this issue plz
