Missing a couple of packages both are late, the last on the phone said she messages the driver and they both are coming today, however when you check the tracking it's like they are lost in limbo, before I hung up on the phone she says about opening a case ( something like that) as if she knows that they were not coming. Tried to call over and over can't get through tried to send a message through the contact page and keeps on saying unavailable. Pretty crap
18 days now, i have been fighting these fools for delivery of my parcel, they continue to say they will contact me and never do or it has been escilated.
I recieved 2 emails on the space of 20 mins, one saying it was onboard for delivery and another saying it was delayed then their site saying error not onboard.
They continue to spew out the same thing.
They are thieves and liars.
Would have given 0 star if I could. Do NOT bother with this service. Received a notice that my parcel has arrived, which it never has. Had to call them twice to check where my parcel went. The driver never bother to arrived at my house and just put it to collection point. They have 'redelivery' option on their website but guess what, it's "not possible". You're basically relying on the driver courtesy to have your item delivered.
After waiting two weeks for a package from kmart lying about having tried to deliver it - I was obviously home the whole time, we were in the middle of covid lockdown and I could literally only leave the home to go shopping, but I couldn't walk so I didn't - they left it at a news agency 3km from my house. When I complained that I couldn't go and pick it up because I had had an operation, I was told me in their exact words that they were "taking the very case seriously". But even dared to suggest that I still had to go and pick up the package that had not been delivered due to the fact that they had not attempted to contact me while supposedly delivering.
Today, after trusting their emails that they were taking the issue seriously, they sent me an email stating that the package had been returned to the sender. They dropped off the package further away from my house than the warehouse it was shipped from. And in the middle of covid to a customer who couldn't leave their house, all they did was to repeatedly lie about the delivery attempts and their efforts to correct their error after the failed delivery attempt.
This company does not have the best interests of their customers in mind and they would rather lie than admit it.
They are totally hopeless Singapore company. I still haven't received items or refund after 1 month of calling and requesting a refund. They give you ticket numbers and order numbers that they can't find or process. So you get lost in their system. And they hope you'll give up and go away.
I'm warning everyone out there NEVER USE THIS SERVICE because they have no service. How did Australia let in so many big incompetent businesses to operate here to rip everyone off!
Not once I've has something sent to me after a online purchase has the courier actually tried delivering the item. They always end up in the "drop odd point" which is 2km away. I specifically spoke to them about delivering the item this time, as soon as I knew it was couriers please I knew there'd be problems, every other company I'd able to actually deliver or leave it at the Post office. This company, the best they can do is leave it in Carlton, I live in Collingwood m. That's literally 2 suburbs away. I've been home the whole day, but it still ends up in Carlton. Avoid this company if possible.
They tried to deliver my parcel to a pop point THEY provided which was closed! Twice they tried to deliver it there even though I had called and requested they leave it at my front door. 8 phone calls later with promises every day of a delivery and now they don't know where it is even though their own tracking shows it has gone back to the sender - completely incompetent. Sender is now having to send again through Express Post - Lets hope it eventually arrives
Oh how this Courier Service has gone down hill, our Company had used them for 13 years the last two they went from great to poor to now useless, have made three booking to have parcel collected for customer, parcel still awaiting for pickup, our customer has the coupons so it's his wait. We stopped using them because we had to make bookings the day before and then wait two days to deliver across Melbourne even though they claim same day service across Metropolitan area. What a joke company One day Singapore Telecom will hear about this
I missed the delivery of a parcel bought from eBay. CP driver left an Attempted Delivery card that says "Details on the location of your parcel will be available next business day" on their website. Well, that was 12th August and I have still not been notified about where I can collect the parcel from. I have contacted their customer service contact (which is offshore) several times, and have an open ticket that was meant to resolve the issue... guess what, not resolved. I don't understand why it is so hard for them to tell me where I can collect my parcel? I've accepted the fact that I will never receive the parcel thanks to this terrible company. Needless to say, I will not be buying anything from the eBay seller again, or any other merchant/seller that uses CP for deliveries. Worst delivery service I have experienced and I strongly recommend against using them or buying from people who uses the company.

I've spent all week contacting them about parcels I'm waiting on and being given the runaround.
Parcels were coming from up Joondalup way and Vic park to Bicton.
At one stage they tried to use the excuse that drivers are wary of delivering due to Covid. WA has 5 cases in the entire state last I checked.
Every time I spoke to them they said they would contact the driver, not sure why as tracking showed it was still at the depot where it had been since 21 and 23 August.
Yesterday they ‘tried' to ring me, it rang once, I was holding the phone and didn't even get time to answer. Late yesterday afternoon I got an email asking for dimensions of the parcels and photos and saying I should contact the sender to get them!
I've now contacted the sender who are refunding me as the parcels are obviously lost.
Last time Couriers Please delivered something to me they literally threw the parcel over my back gate rather than coming around the corner to deliver it properly!
So now I'm embracing my Karen-ness to let you all know that this company is useless!
When the item is marked as delivered and you discover it's been delivered to the wrong address (picture of the front door is not yours). Then to top it off, it's been over a week and no update has been given despite promises that someone will get back to you within 24 hours. You get the same answer every day - "the resolutions team are still looking into it".
Do not use this company. You're better off using Aust Post.
On Saturday 22nd August 2020 I bought a Stanley Rogers 6pc Acacia Black Knife Block Set Stainless Steel for $74.50 from mydeal.com.au and they delivered it to me but not in a timely manner. The staff are kind to me and the service was very slow due to the covid-19 pandemic.
Australia worst Courier company. Everyone who thinking to send their parcel through them, beware and read this first. Exactly 2 months ago i sent a parcel to India through them. I asked first if its okay to sent which they replied yes. On their assurity, I paid postage and sent my parcel with an expected delivery time of 2 weeks. Now exactly after 2 months and upon chasing up many times, it was sent back to me and more surprisingly they sent me an update that it has been delivered successfully. When contacted them, they apologised for wrongly sent that update and confirmed me that its here in Sydney warehouse. I asked why not delivered but they had no answer. Now i am asking my money back for freight and contents but they are refusing to give me anything. Even some senior department people who were first involved and were helping me in chasing up with my parcel are no longer responding to my emails, calls or messages. I am regretting as I sent someone for my mother like a handbag, some biscuits, lollies and other things for my brother and his family but unfortunately they never recived it. I have successfully lodged a complaint with ACCC and with CBS SA and thinking to file a scam case against them in Singapore from where they originally belonged to. They are subsidiary co. Of Singapore Post who also is not interested in solving this. I would highly request everyone not to send anything through them and save your hard earned money. I have lost almost $200 in total. They not even deserved 1 star to be honest as they have people who scammed customers as I have evidence.

Couriers Please emailed me saying my item had been delivered to my apartment. However my webcam showed no deliveries for that day. I emailed Couriers Please to say I had not received the package and they responded with a photo of a package at a warehouse claiming that was proof of delivery. I guess its just lost in the ether now. Thanks again Couriers Please :(
DO NOT USE COURIERS PLEASE! I would give 0 stars if I could. You are better off using Australia Post, at least then the operators are better trained in handling your packages. I had a package that was meant to be delivered last Monday and as I live in a gated community the parcel was apparently taken to the local 7-Eleven. The calling card said that I could create a PIN at the store, this is not correct and the 7-Eleven clerk was very rude about this. I called Couriers Please help desk and they said that the parcel is in the 7-Eleven pop box and that I will be contacted soon with a PIN. I waited another day to be contacted with a PIN, I heard from nobody from Couriers Please so I chased it up again by calling them in the morning, that was when they said the driver had not even scanned the parcel in the pop box and they had told him to return to scan the parcel. I waited another day and heard nothing from Couriers Please so I called them again in the morning, this time apparently they have escalated my case so that the driver will go back to scan the parcel. I waited another day and heard nothing. I have been calling every weekday. I am very angry that they seem to have lost my package and that I have had to chase them up every single day. The driver also needs to be coached on how to properly deliver or scan parcels. Very incompetent company! I have had issues with them before and when I saw that I had a delivery with Couriers Please I was very disappointed. Just use Australia Post. DO NOT USE COURIERS PLEASE!
Been waiting on a delivery that just had to come from the GC to North of Brisbane, so far it has taken 3 days just to get from the GC to Brisbane depot and I have been waiting 5 days for a delivery which was to take 2 days, don't use this dud of a a so called courier company! Also their so called customer service area is as hopeless as the courier side of the business.

So many problems and so many incompetent people! Couriers do not collect items they make the customer physically drive to a news agency in the middle of nowhere to get it. Items are in pathetic condition and delivery driver doesn't give a crap about anyone but himself. Worst experience ever!
It is the second time my parcel has not been delivered. I was home both times with an open door beside me. I contacted the seller who said he would put delivery note for the driver. Last time it went to a service station in the local shopping centre. I cannot afford taxi fares to pick up what should come to my house. I have no transport or any help. It was goods I cannot get locally and need. They mentioned 711 shop. I do know where the nearest is, near my son's home but it is a long way from me. I am really p... d off to put it politely. It is bad enough having to use taxis especially as the seniors bus does not run due to Covd19 concerns, and my home delivery ceased. Other couriers have delivered to me several time. It was an eBay purchase, no receipt, NOT HAPPY
Booked urgent courier service - they didn't arrive. Contacted to re-book, they stated they would "try" and arrange for a driver to collect. They don't seem to understand that a courier is typically used for urgent matters. If you don't mind when your product is collected or arrives, they might be OK, but do not use for urgent products.
The help line does not appear to have any real integration with the business and may as well be a chat-bot.
Answer: You can't and if you do they tell you it's not their problem and disconnect
