I live in Perth and bought an item to be sent from outside of WA. I received a few mesages until it arrived. I knew where it was all the time, which is good. Then it seemed to arrive two days earlier than scheduled. I got a message that it had been delivered. But I did not see anything anywhere around my house. I contacted via email, they started investigation immediately. They sent me photos showing the item was left near the window. It was just unlucky that it's gone somewhere. I exchanged several messages, their responce was great. I was also told by the shop where I ordered item that they were very reliable.

Read through the reviews for these guys on the net hundreds and thousands of undelivered/missing packages and parcels -they are keeping packages and claiming them lost in transit and/or delivered to the wrong address. Making money hand over fist being paid to deliver all the stuff they actually keep. They need investigating and should be shut down. No one to communicate with,unhelpful bots on their site,their tracking doesn't move or if it does it's to the opposite side of the country after 2 weeks. If you do manage to get a human on chat they recite a script and tell you that your package is handed off to yet ANOTHER courier company but they won't tell you who or how to track it. Then they type "I am done with your issue" and disconnect. Appalling. Disgusting. It's a HEIST in broad daylight.

The driver made no attempt to deliver I was home all day Tried to contact couriers please and you only get auto response. Very frustrating!
The parcel was rescheduled for another day and still no parcel. Extremely disappointing service! Avoid where possible. I have also notified Target who use Couriers please,as this also affects their reputation

First picture is evidence of attempted delivery by the driver. The second photo I took is of the same door without the carefully cropped out unit numbers. I live in unit 19! It is obvious the driver did not care to deliver to the correct address. On the tracking page there was only the option to redeliver and waive your insurance cover or to collect from a collection depot. When talking with the online chat, first excuse;it was due to a delay, then it happened to be the driver finished up for the day as outside of operating hours, then offering a delivery without signature if I am not home, when saying I wanted it to be signed for, it now changed to "you" failed to be home and you have to pick up form collections, followed up by them hanging up the live chat. A second call concluded with that they will not redeliver once it has been dropped to a collection site however the option on the tracking page still lets me ask for a re-delivery but only if I waive my insurance cover. It seems awfully convenient to fail a delivery, then force the customer to either waive insurance cover or force them to pick up from a collections depot. This company is dishonest and actively will try to deceive you. I will be contacting the supplier to use another courier service. I would never use their services for anything. On their page they are a subsidiary of Singapore Post

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I HAVE ASKED FOR MY PARCEL TO BE REDELIVERED. DRIVER NEVER CAME. I CONTACTED THEIR POINTLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY FORGOT TO LOAD MY PARCEL IN THE VAN SO IT WAS LEFT IN THE DEPOT THE WHOLE TIME. I HAVE TAKEN A DAY OFF WORK AND WAITED ALL DAY FOR THE PARCEL ONLY TO BE STUFFED AROUND BY THIS HORRENDOUS COURIER COMPANY. PLEASE DO HUMANITY A FAVOUR AND CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS DOWN!

I was getting a single package delivered to a business address with the standard business hours of 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and the 'Couriers Please' depot in Brisbane is only 20 minutes from this business. On the 5th of December, they attempted to make delivery at 6.28 pm, which was unsuccessful. Their tracking information then stated an attempt would be made the following day, which never occurred. After that, I spoke with a customer rep for 'Couriers Please' explaining the business hours, and they informed me that delivery would again be attempted within a few days. Another delivery attempt was not made till the 21st of December, again after business hours, so delivery was unsuccessful. I have now been informed by 'Couriers Please' that the package will be returned to the sender (overseas) as they could not successfully deliver a package within regular business hours to a location 20 minutes from their depot, such an incompetent company.

Couriers Please is such an amateur postal service, they have so many complaints about their incompetence, and zero care factor, that they've gone from blaming the customer for non deliveries and damaged goods, to just outright ignoring them.

Their website doesn't list an email or phone number, and you have to search the web to find out their basic contact details.
That says alot! So basically you can leave an online message, and they will get back to you if they feel like it!

They failed to deliver to a business address on a main road in Parramatta. Waited for more than 3 weeks for nothing. They can be contacted online or by emails. You will only talk to robot lady when you call their service number. Parcel returned to the sender! I don't understand why Myer use them to upset clients. I would like to give them a ZERO Star.

Ask the buyer what deliver service they use before you place your order online.

On Saturday 22nd August 2020 I bought a Stanley Rogers 6pc Acacia Black Knife Block Set Stainless Steel for $74.50 from mydeal.com.au and they delivered it to me but not in a timely manner. The staff are kind to me and the service was very slow due to the covid-19 pandemic.

Consignments did not deliver properly
Phone line was always busy. Hard to connect. Poor customer service. Took ages to find the consignment. Didn't resolve the case.
Ask my customer to collect at the depot which takes 1 hr drive.
Not replying to my emails.

Wish I could give 0 stars!
Horrible service and very unhelpful staff! Yesterday I waited at home for 2 packages to be delivered. Answered the buzzer and let the courier in. Went out to meet them but they were already gone and only one packaged delivered. Not even 5 minutes later received an email and text saying "sorry we missed you" and advising me that no one was home and the package would be delivered to a collection point by the end of day. When I spoke to customer service they really didn't seem to care at all and just kept sending a stock standard response of "the driver did what they thought was safest for your package"

I have only had a few delivery items via Couriers plus and with them there have been 2 issues. The first time my order was with a good quality sunglasses company. (wasnt during lock down). Via tracking I saw the order was collected by Couriers Plus and scanned into their depot. I never received the order. The sunglasses company had to chase them up, as did I, and in the end they were deemed 'lost'. I was sent replacements but wondered where the other pairs had gone to? The recently again I was waiting on an almond milk order. The Unit number was not on the delivery docket but my phone number was. I had waited all day for the delivery but was then notified that they couldn't deliver as no unit number. That was on the 2nd of August. It is now the 17th and I haven't heard a word from them. I have chased it up with the company I ordered from and they have come back to me once to give saying to give it a couple of days whilst they relabel the goods. Now it has been a further week or more so I am waiting to hear back from the company again. I am reluctant to order from Company's that use Please Courier. I am not sure I am the only one, but when I looked in reviews for them, I noticed there seems to be a lot of issues.

My package was delayed a whole week. I kept receiving emails at 1pm saying it'll be arriving today and never rocked up. They would email saying 'we attempted to drop it off' after 5pm where the location i worked at closed at 5.It was so hard to get in contact with them, i called over 11 times, they never ever respond to the live chat system and i was on hold for 40 mins until i requested a call back and even then the workers couldn't get in contact with the drivers? Very unprofessional and disappointing.

If you are a business or consumer please do not use this courier service, they will COST you greatly.

I honestly have nothing good to say about this company. Three attempts to deliver an item, first one they said was rejected, second attempt went to the wrong address, third attempt they just dumped in my apartment foyer and left with no signature
No human to call, they only communicate over chat and are simply useless

Its taken over a month to get my package and the poor company that I ordered from is going to suffer as a result as I will never order from a store that uses this courier company again. This is appalling service. BE WARNED

If I could give 0 stars or 5 in negative I would. The worst delivery company ever. Not a single parcel has been delivered to my door without chasing it's location, driver or ringing and emailing back and forth courier company. 3 online orders completed in 4 weeks. Two parcels never arrived at my door and one still chasing. Who knows if this one gets to my door. Next time I order online I will be checking courier company that is used by the seller.

Check your seller's courier company. If it's Couriers Please, do not order from their store. You might never see your purchased items

My parcel was just duped outside my door in a unit block. Nobody knocked or asked for a signature, yet on their website they claim they won't leave parcels without authorisation. Well they didn't have that. Any attempt to contact them has lead to nothing. My suburb was "invalid" when I tried to submit email form. Rang them and couldn't speak to anyone, was sent a text with a link for live chat that dropped out in less than 20 seconds. Messaged on Face Book no response. Photo sent via email from them of parcel outside my door. Proof of Purchase: Order from Historical Film unit.

My worst nightmare is when I buy something online, to get a message that CouriersPlease are the carriers. My stress level goes through the roof after multiple disaster deliveries by them previously. Ie, fail to deliver at all; leave at wrong address; leave roadside, 30 metres from house; leave items in the wet grass, when it is raining, or about to rain…again 30 metres from the house. I have formally complained to companies that use them as carriers, as it brings their brand into disrepute also ie Catch.com.au, Myer. Avoid them like the plague if you can, otherwise be prepared to take stress relief medication of any kind.

I beg all businesses to think twice before using this carrier for their deliveries. My package was never delivered even though they claimed it was delivered. My package was found three suburbs away on the side of the street and was handed in to the post office by a kind individual. The post office was kind enough to search my details and called me to notify me that my package was handed in. I was lucky cause even though it was incredibly inconvenient I eventually received my goods, no thanks to courier please. The worst is that they actually lie, by taking a distant photo of my empty driveway and that was supposedly proof of delivery. A total absolute joke. LIARS

I had 30 couriers please bookings since 15/04/2021 ( I don't have control over which courier company to use) and 17 of them were NOT picked up on time! Two of them even 6 days delayed! I wish there's 0 stars that I can choose. I'm trying to convince my business partner to get rid of CP. I will also lodge a complain to Consumer Affairs Vic as they provided misleading information on their website says that: bookings made in the mid morning will normally picked up in the afternoon the same day. Ring every day for pick. Just let me waiting another 3 Hours and ring back again.
As me mobile No. But no one ring me.
Now, 3 days past. Also today is Friday, I need order other courier next Moday.

One con note two bottles of wine. 3L and 6L. Only 3L at the door. 6L nowhere to be seen. Say delivers both. So did a thief only take the 6L and leave the 3L behind. Never had a problem with any other delivery firm to my house (1000s) but always, and I mean always, have issues with CP. Avoid them and avoid any company that uses them. Not worth the risk unless you have a camera. Numerous phone calls, twice told out for delivery and contact with driver and nothing, crickets.

I am so disusted with the service in 2 days i have booked for a pick 4 times for the same job and still no show courier pls it's time to have ppl that actually want to work and not have lazy useless workers.
I truly don't understand how your still in business is this going to take 2 weeks before you pick up the parcel just like previous drop off that took 2 weeks before i finally recieved my parcelif your worker are lazy its time for them to get a new carreer like stay at home playing games

Arranged for a parcel to be picked up in Victoria and delivered to Qld. Both private addresses. Didnt attend to pick up on the day specified and now claim they never picked up despite the sender affirming pickup date and time. Apparently they 'investigated' but claim the parcel cant be found so that proves it wasnt picked up. No GPS tracking of pick up driver, no tracking record, no process to authorise /prove pickup, no paperwork. I'd give a 0 if possible

They left the package at a third party depot with limited and unreliable opening hours, and returned it to the sender after only 3 business days without any warning or notice that they would do this.
