Ok so while the couriers themselves do a great job, if you do happen to have a problem you cannot get in touch with anyone locally. Only an offshore phone centre who literally have no idea what they are doing and speak in extremely hard to understand English.
I have used them for over 2 years and this constant problem has driven me nuts. I'm switching to Australia Post- the extra $2 is worth every cent!
I recently had a parcel going 5 kms across Sydney. 10 days later is is in a depot somewhere and they said they need to confirm the delivery address. The customer contact details are clearly on the label, she had heard nothing, I had heard nothing, I literally had to sit on the phone to someone for half an hour only to be told they can't help me, or put me in touch with anyone locally.
