On Feb. 9,2025, I ordered a dress for a Florida wedding. After waiting to get it I went online to track it and it was listed as "awaiting fulfillment". I sent an email to customer service (took a week before a response),and was told it was on backorder to be mailed on Feb 24th. Several emails and two phone calls later it's March 9th and I have still not rec'd the dress. I called them one more time and told them to cancel my order unless they could ship it overnight. I was told it couldn't be canceled because it is now processing. On the website it still says awaiting fulfillment. So, apparently I will get the dress too late for the wedding and I'll have to pay for return shipping. I will NEVER buy from this company again!
Customer service is terrible. I returned an item Jan. 22,2025 and I am still waiting for a refund as of Feb. 15,2025. I used their online customer service form which was a waste of my time. - no response. I called them on Feb 3rd and was told I would see my refund in 3 to 5 days which was not true. Coldwater Creek no more.
They will fight you ever step of the way in regards to a refund. Took me three phone calls over five weeks to get refund. Will NEVER buy from them again.
Finally received an $80 sweater that was on backorder for 3-4 months. Ordered a L, the sizing is way off... more like an XXL. No going to bother returning cause CWC gouges customers with extra charges... really hope this beautiful sweater shrinks!
Ordered a Sweater on November 4,2024, the items was in stock at the time, sent 2 emails and got no response, finally called today, the order is back ordered and will not arrive until February of 2025, Well, I won't need a sweater in February, I wanted it for a special occasion and that has come and gone. Absolutely zero correspondence. Horrible customer service.
I ordered two pairs of the same shoes at the end of October last year along with some clothing. The clothing arrived after a few weeks, but the shoes didn't and showed a 1/1/25 ship date, which was news to me. As of today, the ship date is 3/21 and I have never been contacted by the company with an update. I did cancel the order after they lied and said the shipment was going out in a couple of days...three weeks ago.
First time ordering arrived early. Shoe fits smaller needed a half size bigger. Don't have, customer service states unsure when they will so it needs returned.being charged to return. I guess I will continue to use Amazon won't be ordering again
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They are horrible. My order has yet to be refunded after 2 months and countless phone calls. Shipping charges are ridiculous ($14.99 for a $69 sweater) but it was a Christmas gift specifically picked out my the recipient so I paid. When the sweater didn't fit and I had to return, they charged another $10. So from the get-go, I am out $25 plus no refund yet. They lied to me over and over about processing my refund. After another 30 min phone call, I was promised again it was being processed, but I am doubtful. This company is beyond awful and is why people will continue to order from large corporations like Amazon.
My mother likes their clothing and attempts to purchase via the catalog, but when the clothes came, they didn't fit at all. Yeah, you can return, but they only refunded 2/3 of the cost - excuse me! $32 for a return - HORRIBLE!
I would them no stars if I could. I returned gifted items to be exchanged and items are still in stock. Could have placed an order for them today. The return form was clearly marked on both sides that it was an exchange but instead refunded the money and anything refunded goes back to the original form of payment. Customer service told me I could call gifter and let them reorder for me. What a terrible company policy - there are no gifts cards or credits. Only exchange and refund. I would have loved to try the clothing that should have been exchanged. Don't do business with this company.
Beware company will keep your taxes that you paid for items. They don't refund all your money. Customer service is useless. Plus the rewards program said they reimburse you for shipping but you will never see your money.
They're under new ownership. All customer service calls are from overseas. I returned an item and 5 weeks later they are saying it's still in transit. They refunded my credit card for the item but kept the taxes that I paid. Now they keep saying they will put it back on my card but a week later they still haven't. Company has gone down hill,
I love their clothing, however their $17.95 shipping fee is ridiculous and then heaven forbid you need to send something back, you pay $9.85. I have rarely ordered online from any company that charges a shipping fee. It's outrageous that a company with this quality and high priced clothing charges such a high fee. I will never order from there agat
Returned item using their prepaid label on June 5,2020. As of today, June 30, their tracking info shows it still in transit. I emailed customer service it took two weeks for a response. Unbelievable!
In their email back to me they said it takes 10-14 days to receive a refund. How is that helpful info when it's already been 25 days? Ridiculous. Never again. LL Bean and J Jill will continue to receive ALL my business from now on.
Purchased two items which were way too big. Quickly returned them in original packaging for refund. No refund after several weeks. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get money back. Such a shame. Company being poorly managed?
I loved how this sweater looked in the picture. Beautiful colors and striped design. I ordered a Medium. I usually take a large at most places (I am size 12,5'8", 152 lbs.) but the medium was very large on me. Baggy under the arms and wide in general. The sleeves were just long enough which made me realize that they would likely be too short in a Small. I was going to try the small, but when I realized I had to pay to ship an exchange and that I may need to send the Small back, I decided $20 trying on clothes is too much. Most places do not charge if you are exchanging an item. Cute clothes, but I'll need to shop elsewhere.
I received a very nice email message from Coldwater Creek and they have now processed my return and also offered to waive the shipping fee, so I feel the situation has been corrected. I'm still disappointed that it took this long, but I say better late than never!
I sent back about $200 worth of clothes 2 months ago and haven't received a refund yet. I've tried calling and emailing customer service and they either don't respond or tell me to keep waiting. The wait time at the call center was almost 40 minutes! Terrible. I'll never buy anything from them again.
I used to love Coldwater Creek. No more, tried to email customer service, pretty impossible. Cannot shop anywhere now ( virus) but can find wonderful things at Stein Mart. I am a petite and ahem mature. None of their T's have 3/4? Sleeves, do not love your upper arm unless Michelle Obama. They are overpriced and then pay for shipping to boot. Bye Bye Coldwater Creek get attuned to customers!
LOVE IT... A definite favorite. Customer service has always been top-notched, even with returns from catalog at the store. Clothes are trendy AND classic types that hold up well & I've got some "vintage" stuff! I've been a customer for many years and shop website as well as stores. Prices can get a little high for some items, but usually a sale or promotion helps make it affordable. Used to be able to get sterling jewelry, not anymore, so I miss that & I think the quality of the jewelry has gone down in general, but still a fan.
Wonderful clothing but these folks are a bunch of thieves! Their latest scam (7/23) is "free shipping". Except to get the "free shipping" you have to join their "club" and be charged some amount each month. The specifics of their "club membership" go by really fast during their sign up so you end up agreeing to be charged before you understand.

Have bought from Coldwater Creek for over a decade, always assured that what I ordered fit well, and was of excellent quality. But my last two orders, I see slippage in quality, and in sizing. I ordered a pair of jeans in size 16P. I must have 15 other pairs of pants and jeans from Coldwater Creek in that size that I wear all the time. Well, when I got the jeans, they were so small I could not even begin to try on. I also ordered a dress, and that was way too small as well. So very sad that a company that I could always trust for fit and quality has gone downhill. I called customer service, and asked if there had been a change in their sizing measurements. The lady I spoke to (who barely spoke English) had no idea, nor any contact she could provide who would know. I know they went Chapter 11 in 2020, and then started back up again, and seemed fine. But they were actually bought out by a company. In September 2020, Coldwater Creek's inventory and intellectual property assets were acquired in a $12.2 million deal with Hong Kong procurement company Newtimes Group. Coldwater Creek's new website went live on December 12,2020, and Newtimes plans to relaunch its catalog, as well.

Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label.
