I ordered a Moose on the Loose sweater on June 24,2022. I received a sale discount and free shipping. My $89 sweater was discounted to $71.96. During the following week, my ship date was delayed four times. When I emailed customer service, they responded that the sweater was no longer available nd would not be re-stocked. I've checked their website several times since then and it still lists my size sweater as available and "in stock." Should I conclude that they cancelled my order because they didn't want to honor the discount? I don't know what else to think?
Fifteen years ago, I shopped at Coldwater Creek frequently. Then I noticed that the quality of their goods began to lessen but their prices remained the same. In 2018, I bought 2 pairs of cords. I liked the look and fit and didn't notice any difference in the shipping time. Before the winter was over, the wales were wearing off! So, in 2019, I bought a different style and the same thing happened. And I'm not talking about just on the knees, but all over. When you read about corduroy, it's supposed to be a more durable fabric. These aren't durable by any stretch of the imagination. Now this is compared to a pair of cords I bought from them maybe ten years ago. On that pair the wales are still there, even on the knees. I don't see myself shopping with Coldwater Creek in the future. I have already found better alternatives where I don't have to pay as much.
Less than one star in my opinion. Ordered three dresses, took a long time to receive. Sizing seemed way off and so far, have returned two using the pre-paid usps shipping tag. Three weeks later and I still have not received my refunds, and these were not cheap purchases. Not a happy shopper!
Returned an item with Smart label provided with my order. Over a week later, I still have not received notice of refund. I emailed customer service twice and never received a response. I called the 800 number, spoke to Jasmine and was told a return takes 4-6 WEEKS to process! Absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from Coldwater Creek again!

I used to shop here all the time when they had a physical store. Since the stores closed, the service has been dreadful. I recently placed an order on April 4 for 2 items. I received an email several days later saying one of the items was not available as it was not in stock, but that the other item was in stock and was shipped. I received a FedEx tracking number. Now almost a month later, I find that the entire order was cancelled. And I only found that out when I called - no notification. Someone at that company is lying or incompetent - I'm guessing both. Never again.
Ordered a new item #******* a vest made available the end of Nov 2019. Immediately returned the fit / cut of the vest was ridiculously off. Got an email this morning from CC to review this vest and the link was mysteriously broken. When trying to look at item ******* it says it doesn't exist. Looks like CC knows they have a quality issue AGAIN and don't want the horrible reviews posted. What happened to CC? It's become a site to avoid for me.

Submitted a large order. Received someone else's order. Had to take my time to call, wait on hold, repack up the wrong order and go to post office. They have sent items from original order. However, today instead of a pair of black pants I received a blue jacket. Called and now black pants are not available so picked another color which I really don't want. Now I have to pack up the jacket and drive over to the post office. One mistake was forgivable but two... no. Coldwater needs to get their act together!

I submitted an order on line yesterday and requested overnight shipping (paid extra). Checked order status next day and saw order would not ship until 1 Feb which was past date I needed order as I was leaving town to visit daughter. I called to cancel order and was told I could not cancel, as order was already being being processed.
The only thing they'd do is change shipping address to my daughter's.
Credit card company was sympathetic and said once charge posted I could file a dispute…
So unhappy with CC and their business model. Won't order from them ever again!

I have bought from Coldwater Creek for years and have seen the prices go up and the customer service go down. It is also hard to find the quality items they used to have. Cold water Creek needs to clean house and get new buyers and help with postage. I guarantee your company will keep losing customers until you change some things. Too many companies are helping with some kind of returns and they are keeping up with the trends. You have the tired old items for the past 2 1/2 years or so. Your customers service reps leave a lot to be desired. They have no personality or helpfulness. This girl will be looking else where for clothing and accessories.

Ordered over a month ago. Only got one email thanking me for my order. After waiting and checking for an updated email, I decided to call. The CS rep completely lied to me stating that my order had already been sent. When I read her their email stating the the items were not even available she put me on hold (big surprise) came back and apologized. I did request that the order be cancelled and she assured me that it would be. I will still monitor my card to be sure. My advice is if you receive their catalog in the mail, use it to line a bird cage or if you run out of TP!
Pure customer service, overpriced clothes, and fraudulent charges practices. Do not expect the customer representatives to solve any problem you may have. Pay attention to the sale tax they charge. In my case they charge me 5.32% tax, which supposedly be New Jersey tax, but it isn't. New Jersey does NOT collect sale tax on clothing!
I will never purchase anything from this company!

I purchased a purse from the "old" Coldwater, put it away and forgot about it, only to find it later. I used it once and the whole bottom tore apart. I spent $12.00 returning the purse and just received a letter saying they will not refund or return because it was the 'Old' company.
After reading all of these complaints, it seems like it would be good public relations to at least partially refund or honor gift certificates. I used to buy from Coldwater, but this did it.
I will never buy anything again and will tell everyone my stories and all of the others I read about on this page. One little kindness would have solved all of these complaints. I am sure that everyone who has complained will no longer do business with Coldwater, so they need to think about their policy.
I ordered item from Coldwater Creek and received confirmation email with order #. I contacted them to ask for update on tracking info 2 weeks later. They informed me it was delivered and I should "as neighbors if they had package and go to post office to ask package whereabouts."
Post office had no record of receiving package.
Second email to CC customer service resulted in response that they "lost a lot of money on this and the wrong item was shipped AND I needed to find the item and then my order would be shipped."
Sorry CC. Not my issue.
I do not expect to receive a refund nor my original item. Also, when ordering there's no indication that item is shipped from Asia and will take weeks to arrive.

They accepted an order, took the money from my account, and then pulled up stakes and vanished. I would put money on them running another store scam somewhere that acts the same way so be on the lookout for similar marketing.
Placed an order. Within a day my credit card called me about a suspicious charge from Hong Kong.
We acknowledge the transaction but the credit card company recommended that we cancel our card and get a new one for safety reasons. Days later I went to the email of our confirmation of order and when I touched on it, it went red and said suspicious website. So now I cannot track my order. It has been 3 weeks and no package. Will NOT do business with them again.
VERY slow to ship. Tried to cancel order because I had second thoughts about the price. They said it was 'in process' so it couldn't be cancelled but gave me a code so I could return the item at no expense to me. The All Season Jacket in size small was very nicely made, and I thought I might keep it, but it was way to big (I wear a small in everything). Fit like a medium+. Returned 9/19/23, they received it 9/29/23. Took numerous phone calls to get a refund processed. I finally have the refund on my account today (10/18/23). I guess I should have checked here before ordering. It seems this is a common problem with Coldwater Creek. I won't order from them again.
After many years as a customer I will no longer be giving any business to Coldwater Creek. I purchased a sweater and was not alerted that it was non-returnable. That is unacceptable for an online merchant. I tried contacting customer service by phone and email. I was on hold for over 30 min and gave up. My email went unanswered for 9 days. I finally received a response only to be told in a poorly worded email, Sorry - No, it's not eligible for exchange. Forewarned!
I ordered a dress from Coldwater Creek and I ended up paying over $59.00 for it. It was too long and too big so I returned it but they only gave me back $32.00. They would not refund what I paid for tax and shipping/handling and then when I sent it back with their shipper, they deducted another $9.99 for shipping. This is the last time I am ever ordering from them. Their things are very poor quality now.
Every gift I sent for Christmas, to different people across the country, was mailed to incorrect addresses. I had very carefully spelled everything out by the way. They will not let me speak to a supervisor and I was hung on. I have no gifts to give my family members for Christmas and they are holding my money. The level of dishonesty and rudeness from staff as well as their incompetence is unbelievable and I will never order from them again.
I ordered a coat thru your website. Site indicated a 40% decrease in listed price. Upon check-out, you did not apply this discount. In addition you charged an $18 dollar delivery fee, your next day delivery rate. Six days later I have not received the coat. I attempted contact thru customer service 3 times, with no response.

Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label. Do include your orginal shipping insert (take a pic of it) with the return items highlighted along with the Return Form filled out with the SKU/Style of each item you are returning. Best of luck
