This is a great infographics and commercial image service overall and a great supplement in case you've reached a posting limit elsewhere; there is not a limit to how many of them you can post. Plus, you can choose from a lot of free graphics, customize them to your liking then insert them on your blog or website by choosing Download
It is now easy to edit the graphics you already created with ease and without having to start over. Finally, you can use one of the graphics they provide to create a book cover - to do this, right-click the image of your choice then select "Save As" in the pop-up window then save the image to your computer or other storage device such as a flash drive then upload the saved image to your publisher settings wherever you self-publish your books such as Bookrix.

I subscribed to try product and decided I didnt want it. Recieved reminder that they would take a payment and I clicked the support link to cancel the subscription and it brought me to an error page. I went online to try and do it myself - I thought it worked as I got the screen shot below, but this did not work. Then they took payment and have not responded. I have just been made redundant and cannot afford this - I hope no-one else suffers like this - this, this is appalling.

Canva's switch to Canva 2.0 is terrible, to say the least. Everything from the functionality to the document layout has been changed/re-designed. The document layout redesign is visually unappealing. New features that are problematic:

-Document rename (used to be able to do this on the top menu bar)
-Zoom function (you have to hold the button down)
-New layout edit bars covers design workspace so you cannot see the changes you are making as you are making them
-Can no longer easily delete multiple items at once
-Image resizing is terribly fickle (can only resize from corners)
-If you click on text that happens to be at the bottom of the page, the page and cursor automatically goes to the top of the text in the text box and so you have to use the keyboard down button
-Everyone is complaining about the new costs

Canva should go back to the earlier version - the only thing they should've fixed was the scroll buttons (made it easier to see/use) and added a this new search option.

THIEVES... BEWARE!

Worst customer service ever! I purchased the pro package in march of this year. Everything seemed fine. Then in June or July I noticed I was no longer a pro member anymore (which I never canceled) but they have been taking 12.95 out of my account every month. I've emailed them several times and they take over 10 days to respond and they said they cant find my account. I have 2 and they claimed they couldn't find either. They wanted me to jump through several hoops just to prove its my account etc. so I'm asking a question which took over 10 days for them to respond in which I didn't noticed they responded until 4 days later. And because I "failed to respond they CLOSED MY TICKET" I told them its unfair seeing that they take over 2 weeks to respond and close my ticket after only 4 days? I've just decided to stop payment because they are nothing but a SCAM!

Basically, canva got breached for their trash security and got my money STOLEN. I have been robbed away from 1500 pounds, and I'm abruptly really annoyed. Canva might seem legit but they have let many users get pwn'd and robbed from.

They charged me for an annual subscription that I don't subscribe. When I try to solve the problem, they asked me for the invoice number that never arrived! For two weeks I've been trying to get the refund and they are asking same questions over and over again. Then they are staying "Thank you for your eagerness". WTF? They will steal your money and they will laugh at your face.

I would not recommend giving these people your card number! They kept charging me after i canceled my subscription and i could not find a correct number to call them and the number i did find they kept me on hold and never answered.

BEWARE! WARNING!
March 31, 2020

Total deception when trying to cancel a simple 30-day trial. You can't cancel your 30-day notice online as they stated. After jumping through smoke and mirrors to cancel, I finally got through on e-mail and stated I wanted to cancel my 30-day trial prior to 30 days, received confirmation it would be cancelled, then they charged my account, ANYWAYS!

The product its truly breahttaking, but due to their 24h-response policy, it's now taken me over a week to solve one little thing on my Canva website.

So take this, for every follow-up question I ask, about the same support topic, I have to wait 24h to get a response. When Canva did not understand my question, I have to rephrase it, and have to wait another 24h. On and on and on. Very, very annoying.

And the only reason why they do this is to reduce the amount of support requests. But what happens in reality, they place the border on the customer, because he/she has to wait extremely long to get their support request solved.

I have been using Canva for free for a couple of years now and I've loved it. I use it for assignment presentations, my social media such as Youtube and even my blog. But a few days ago I wanted to use some images which I had to pay for. However, there was an option for a 7-day free trial and 10 free images. I opted for that but not without first asking to enter my credit card details.
I used up all 10 free images on the same day and bam! My account was debited R119.40. If 10 images are free, surely I shouldn't have been debited especially since I still had a 7-day free trial. Now thy don't want to refund me and I'm so upset and feel scammed.

Is that even ethical?

Try as I might, I cannot get anyone to help be delete an account. The online instructions do not match the website and I keep getting emails from Canva asking me to rate them! SCAM. TOTAL SCAM. Reported to the Better Business Bureau for all the good that does and got my IT department to black list them

EDITED: I'm downgrading my review because the response from customer service has been horrible. Said they were refunding my money, then asked me in another email if I wanted it refunded, then told me they'd already reprinted it, then asked again if I wanted a refund. I also found out that, when you say you need something reprinted because there was a problem with it, it is automatically reprinted and no one actually checks it for correctness. Not the way to run a business.

I like creating my own designs, and Canva makes it easy to do that. I will NEVER order from them again, though, because the last project I designed (business cards I needed quickly for a professional conference) were printed with errors the first time, then reprinted with the exact same errors. Unfortunately, I received the second batch two days before I was leaving, so I am going without cards.:-( This really affects my ability to network, which is important for a new business. Canva only replied saying they'd refund my money, but with no acknowledgment of the problems they have created. Never again.

I have been using Canva for at least 5 years. Loved it until I ran into problems. 1) I was switched from a monthly plan to an annual plan without my consent. I was willing to overlook it until now; 2) I was accused of creating a fraudulent account in connection with my original account and was suspended. I was incapacitated during the period Canva says I created the fraudulent account making it impossible for me to have done so. My account was restored; 3) I discovered that despite paying for pro features, I was unable to access most of the features available including video, audio and background.

It took forever, as most Canva users will attest, to get connected to a support team. No phone support. No chat support. Email only.

It is now almost 5 weeks with no resolve. Response from support is spotty at best and when I finally get a response I am told to "rest assured our team is working to get to the bottom of your issue. Almost 5 weeks later — nothing.

4 months into being forced into an annual plan for an app which is now worthless to me. As an example, I have attached 69 messages exchanged over the last 4 plus weeks, most of which have come from me seeking an update and/or a resolution.

Deadlines have come and gone because of this unprofessional and unresponsive process. Fortunately, I have found an alternative. A far greater alternative —- Adobe Express —- perfect for beginners with more options, less money and outstanding customer service.

I cannot in good conscience ever ever recommend Canva. Customers come last. Money comes first.

Can't Cancel Pro Sub
March 25, 2022

I've used Canva off and on for simple social media post design for a couple years without complaint. It's graphic design made easy, nothing spectacular. I upgraded to Pro once before and was able to cancel without issue. I reactivated my sub again for a few months and need to cancel again because I've stopped using it, but now there is no option to manage my subscription at all. They have a redirect that takes me to my Google Subscriptions, but I have no subs with my Google Play Store whatsoever. Basically I have no way to end my subscription now.

Their customer service is God awful. I've worked in the service industry, I know how it goes with unhappy customers, but I've been told the same thing over and over again as though I was not articulating my issue. They keep telling me I can get my refund through Google Play services when I don't even want the refund, I just want to cancel the sub.

It looks like they migrated their subscription services to Google and other app stores. If that's the case, my account has somehow become redundant. I don't have the option to manage it on the Canva website nor can I via my Google services.

I loved Canva. I can use it to make designs for my youtube merch. And a logo for my channel! I would so recommend Canva to EVERYONE because They make design work fun and easy. Even the free version is AMAZING!

I had business cards printed, they were wrong and there is NO way to talk to anyone about it... I am simply screwed. And on top of it, as I have been trying to get ANYONE to talk to me about this at all, they charged me another month of service so now I am out almost $100. I would shout obssenities if I thought it would help and I am NOT that kind of person. I HATE Canva.com now.

Other than that, it's a simple way to create media. If they didn't suck, they would be great. HIRE SOME HUMANS!
