I pay monthly but when I have a problem (ghosting on final .pdf) there appears to be zero support.

There is zero support. Until they do something about it, don't begin with them. Try Snappa instead.

could you please make a template for Bobbkbub ads? They require a 300x250 pixel image. I'd bless you for this and I'll bet others would as well.
Uploading my own photo does not exist on the free program on my Mac. Do I have to pay for a service to do this or am I missing something? No upload

Can you unsubscribe me please. I have never joined and you keep charging me monthly. The bank is pursuing it but it would really help if you would cancel. I have never used Canva.
