I signed up for the free trial but am unable to log into my account. I have been unable to contact anyone at Canva. I was charged without notice!

i went on your site to get a free logo. i never entered in my card info. and now I'm being charged $12.95. i never authorized this charge. cancel

could you please make a template for Bobbkbub ads? They require a 300x250 pixel image. I'd bless you for this and I'll bet others would as well.
Uploading my own photo does not exist on the free program on my Mac. Do I have to pay for a service to do this or am I missing something? No upload
disappointed with the membership that I am paying for.. most of the decent images are still extra money..not much to choose from..
Can you unsubscribe me please. I have never joined and you keep charging me monthly. The bank is pursuing it but it would really help if you would cancel. I have never used Canva. I am going to start posting on facebook about this if you don; t do so. Or posting reviews. This has gone on for two months and no messages get answered. Thanks Donna Gibbs
