They are rubbish. Dont book your flights through these people. They are unorganized, dont know what they are doing and you have a very small chance of actually getting the flight you payed for. Absolutely awful.
Their customer service always just says they cant help you, they move flights around without your consent. Please dont use them

Awful company. Canceled my flight within 24 hours and didn't fully refund my ticket. Scam. Never book from this company

I spoke to an individual about my ticket that was canceled by the airline and yet won't refund me for the correct amount. The budget Airline individual was very rude and started profiling me and calling me Pakistani due to my last name and my travel. He threatened me with banned me from Qatar Airline, from Pakistan and so on. He even threatened me with sending cops to my house and stated my home address to where he'll be sending cops because I'm committing a crime by asking for refunds for the flight that was canceled by the Qatar Airlines. He stated I need to take that complaint to the airline and not them. I believe his 1st name is Benjamin.

I had 2 tickets from Tel Aviv to Cape Town, but because of the war, Ethiopian cancelled the flight. Ethiopian said I have to deal with the company I bought the ticket through and confirmed that they have already refunded Budget Air. I have sent 5 emails to date, never ever received a reply and have never received my refund. There is no number to contact, they don't respond to emails and basically are a BIG SCAM. Never use this company. I don't even know why airlines accept bookings with them or how they even still exist online. Surely something must be done about these scammers? Are they really IATA approved and can we report them somewhere? They are getting a 1-star rating, only because I cant give them a 0-star rating.

Needed to cancel my flight and there is only a bot to contact. It will tell you you can cancel and be refunded but the flight stays active and no confirmation email is sent. If you try to use the cancel button it gives an error message 'Oops there is an error.' I tried to contact though the web form and it took until the next day for someone to get back in touch. By that time it was 'too late' to get a refund. There is no number to contact. Just bots. Lost $1300. Shameful business model

Purchased a ticket for my son that is in the Air Force to fly home on leave from Japan to Arkansas for $2622. Did not receive ticket until day before flight 3 weeks later. Flight was cancelled due to a typhoon. No communication had to call airport in Japan to find out anything. Flight was then rescheduled. Received an email the day before 2nd flight saying it was cancelled as well due to bad weather. So my son had to change his leave dates twice. Asked for another reschedule and the only thing we received was a message saying they refuse to reschedule and that my credit card would be refunded in 8 to 10 weeks. Had to come up with another 3 grand to buy a flight from a different company. They would not even give us a credit towards another flight. It's not been 3 months that I have been paying interest on my card. Everytime I attempt to communicate with them they try to place blame on other places and it ends up with well we are waiting for the airport to refund and when they do we will refund you. I even asked if they could call the airport and check the status since we are well past the 8-10 weeks. And they said there was no guaranty on time I said yes you guaranteed it would be 8 to 10 weeks. And why doesn't your company have insurance to refund your customers out of the money you collected from them. Also really strange that they said they had no way to contact the airlines to check the status of my refund. Like noone there has a phone. Just seems like a fraudulent company. I have spoken with a lawyer but was told it may not be worth it over $2622 with them being in another country and may or may not even be a legit place.

NEVER buy a plane ticket from bugetair, they sell you the ticket, the protection plan and even then they don't fulfill what they promise, I bought a protection plan to cancel for any reason until check in time there are still 3 hours and 20 minutes to go the flight and I can't get a cancellation with a refund. They just do false advertising!

I make a reservation with budget air and before my trip by 10 hr they cancel my trip and resell the air ticket to someone else in higher prices and they say that the air line is cancelled not thim I call air line and they say that they are lying then they charge me cancellation fees Iam in the process with loyer …. I don't advise any one to buy from thim … i swear in gad that what happened with me..

There is no service agent, you will not get any answer. Its scam. $#*!ty website, hard to find any things, do not fall for this.

Booked a flight on Turkish Airlines and my miles got booked to account # BR*******593 at EVA Airlines which is associated with Taiwan and China. I lost a significant amount of miles for my international business class trip. Beware of this site.

I've been follo up with the team from last 3 months regarding the refund everytime one new representative will respond with the same lines but none of them are bothered to contact me and tried to solve the issue, useless team and the worst team ever seen they don't deserve one star also

They misspelled one letter on the actual flight ticket when issuing it. My sister just missed her flight. Airline wanted Budgetair to make the change and Budgetair is not reachable. Their website doesnt work properly. NO HELP AT ALL SUCH A WASTE WE WILL HAVE TO BUY NEW TICKETS.

Bad company after I made the cancellation and I accept the fees $110 they contacted me again with 310 $ extra fees this is pull$#*! so I told him no keep my ticket he say is cancelled already and you have to pay fees again please no one work with this company you gone loose your money

NO customer service and worse decision i have ever made on booking a flight. I hope that this review will persuade other people not to use this website. I have no idea why this type of website is allowed to operate. If i can give Zero star PLS!

YOU GUYS HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

I booked a flight last Aug 25 with reference: BPH-*******. Before I got a confirmation, you guys already cancelled it saying that I'll get my refund. It has been 12 business days yet I didnt receive my money back. You guys referred me to the airlines which of course they can't help. My bank can't help as they didn't get a refund from you too. So where did my money go? One more thing, YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER EVER book with you guys anymore! And I will also tell my friends and people I know NOT to deal with you all!

This a Fraud Company scamming everyone.I was scammed out £1400GBP in December 2022.Causing me Heartbreak and Stress as I was meant to attend my daughters wedding.There is a person called James who sounds indian calling you and he will send you a fake itinerary with a discounted price.I fell for it They haven't got a registered address.Becareful People.Book your flights with a legitimate Site.Its worth it don't be tempted with a discounted airfare from a bogus website.
