Be warned that this is a fraudulent company, I would recommend others to better avoid them at any cost. While I can accept the hidden fees during their booking process, and even that the fact that they requested that I pay more money for the tickets that I had already booked and paid, due to the prices for the tickets had supposedly increased during the time that I made my booking (reliable travel companies would not have you do this if you had already paid for your tickets). However, the fact they issued two economy tickets, when I had booked one economy and one business tickets, is a complete fraud in every possible regard. After not receiving any response from them for 3 full business days, I am now filing a police report.

Booking was ok but for issues like airline schedule changes or anything that you need to deal with. Zero options for reaching customer care. Have to wait for days to get reply email only. You will be left with zero help. Look for other who has custom call center or non-bot based chat support. The bot chat they have is useless. It has only few options to choose. Useless..

I requested a ticket change and paid on December 22. On the 26th (one day before the flight), the reservation did no longer appear on the page, nor could I check in. They had me waiting for a day without giving any kind of solution. They constantly say that it is being managed by a specialized team. A few hours before the flight, they still had no solution and just asked to wait. They even closed the support chat without resolving the situation and ignored the emails. They care 0 about how customers feel. I totally discourage you from booking flights through BudgetAir. The funny thing is that they have problems issuing an electronic ticket while they are selling that flight on their site. Given the impossibility of resolving the situation, I requested a refund of the money I paid, and they asked me to wait longer to solve the situation. What until my flight leaves?

I purchased my tickets through this site via Skyscanner. My flight was canceled, but I never received my refund for the ticket. When I called the airline, they said the funds had already been sent to a card that was not mine, and not the card I used to purchase the tickets. Now they are avoiding my emails and they do not have a customer service phone number.

If you need a refund, you'll never get it with this company. Just spend the extra few dollars and book direct.

They just try to steal customers money.
Absolutely unprofessional, they keep sending email templates and rejecting our request of refund - for which we are eligible even after proof they asked for. They should close.

Had a bad experience with them. I bought my ticket with them and the airline cancelled the flight, so I was supposed to be refunded by the full amount. They return less than half of my ticket price after almost two years and several emails. No customer service!

Purchased ticket with seat reservation. Upon checking we get seats somewhere in the back in the middle.
When checking with the airline itself they never received any reservation and I did receve confirmation from Budgetair. Now 100 euros down the drain and no support, feedback, help, apology whatsoever

I found this budgetair through skyscanner websites,i booked the ticket on may 16,till now we didnt receive our confirmation itenary and e ticket,But they withdraw some payment already in my credit card.They have only virtual assistant.Dont have any customer care number itself.

BAU-******* absolutely disgraceful. Cancelled ticket, no refund, no contact number, no updates, no respect. My bank did the dispute, it was rejected and therefore they charged same amount second time! Try contacting again with no luck. This agency do not care about your rights but your money. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. If I could give -5 stars I would. If Budget Air fixes my issue I will delete this review. Let's see their level of care and professionalism. It's about time this agency stops scamming customers like that and at least show its face. Not happy at all!

So I took 2 hours specifically to write a review for this company. God gave me a lesson by choosing BudgetAir to never save a few bucks while selecting flights via Google Flights. So I book the flights and later got some change in the plans.
1) They don't have customer care any on the website and want you to mail them.
2) Got a reply after 1 day with super high cancellation charges.
I get customer care no in the mail and then I finally call them. Guess what talked to three reps and each one quoting different charges(some doing it for free if done now, some reducing price to 50$ and some charging 100$) for cancellation. This is where I smell something fishy.

I would never book a flight using an agent and especially BogusAir.com. Save yourself from their trap.

We booked our flight through budgetair. Not the cheapest options, we paid extra for reasonable take-off times, reasonable landing times, reasonable transit times. Then all of a sudden the flights were changed, 5 out of 6 fligh numbers totally different. Guess what: super early take-off (problem with rental car drop off etc), 9 hours transit time. Totally unacceptable, major changes. I enquired about cancel and refund. No reply.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from budget air, I lost money to them today. I was unable to board a flight due to misinformation and they don't provide any clear information to travel as well. And they are connected with a lot of 3rd party companies for their services so it's very hard to get a grip of them. No real people to talk to like no phone number or even a registered business address. Your only mode of contact is a live chat on the website which resets every time and they don't have a record of what's happening.

Useless and unprofessional. Needed to change/cancel a flight 4 days before departure, website says if it's such a short notice to call them. Phone number nowhere to be found. First advisor (or a humanobot by the way they speak) on the annoying chat first proceeds to give me a number to a random unrelated airline, then finally says there's no number for budgetair. Second advisor gives conflicting information about refunds, both take ages to reply, speak in codes and shortcuts, don't answer your questions at all, lie and suggest that you're the one trying to manipulate them. Filed a formal complaint, no answer. Avoid!

They somehow are a third party company that you get directed to when you are booking certain flights through google flights. They book your flight with their on cards! When a refund is issued it goes to their bank card not yours

Stealing and scamming people are two things described budget air. We booked our family trip in 2020 january with cancellation insurance extra $70 per ticket and when covid hits just 2 weeks before our departure date every flights got cancelled. I have confirmed the refund has been given by the airplane company to the budget air but they (budget air) decided to keep it. We lost $5800 in total while every other people who booked from other travel company got their money back. We reported them to the police but that's all we can do. Cause they chose to block any communication from us.

I should have cancelled going through them when both of my credit cards declined the charge 2x.
Second red flag was when I got a call back from them with a "scam likely" number.
They owe me over $2250 USD and told me "do whatever you want".

I have cancelled my flight with them and I have bought their premium package which says that in case of cancellation you get a full refund.
When you call them ( they put you on hold for 45 minutes) they say no sir this is not included in the premium package. And also please contact Air canda to refund the ticket.
Air Canada refunded the ticket to them since December 2018 and till now They say they have not received it.
I called them today they say please call us later because the fiance team is not there.
They dont even bother to call you, they just send standard email saying waiting for the refund from the airline.!
