I have cancelled my booking 1 year ago and they have deducted refund amount from account and in next they have credited back after asking for refund they are saying they have refunded after sharing the bank statement... Ridiculous service i ever had... Don't book from this $#*!ing site

Booked tickets to Bangkok, noticed return date incorrect. £1600 gone...
Read the reviews, panicked, saw that this company preys on errors or slight off hand maybe even contributes to them because whilst they give you the option to change or cancel the flight in the acknowledgement email after you buy, however this means nothing, they have no intention of allowing you to do either. They just want to keep your money... Get your money back. I paid using a debit card, thought I lost the money however I did not know that the law changed a year ago regarding pending payments, so whilst its still pending in your account and has not left, you can go into branch access your account and tell the bank to stop the pending payment from leaving your account... I did it yesterday, Visa card Brarclays... Happy days, they still sent me the ticket two days later what a scam.

Misleading

Booked a flight they send me confirmation that I'm allowed carry on luggage when I tried to check in with the air line been asked to pay 130£ for the carry on luggage. I contacted budget air they don't want to know absolutely scam

Do yourself a favour and never use this website. They cancelled my flights and it's now been over two years since then, and they haven't refunded my money or provided me with a voucher, and they refuse to give me any solution.
They are thieves, total scam. Be very careful

I booked for my cousin traveling from Pakistan to dubai and he had return ticket and when he went to the airport they said as we are unable to find your return e-ticket number so you cannot travel and it happens today on 18th Feb i called to Emirates and they said it not not Emirates flight its operated by fly dubai and you need to contact travel agency since that time i am calling to customer care number but not answer. Never gonna book with this bull$#*! again and recommend to people please dont just do booking blindly they have hidden charges as well.

One of my leg flights was canceled. I opened a refund process, where they would lie everytime when the process will take place. Each rep gives you different lies, they say they contact airlines for refund which is a lie, because i followed up with them. Thank you American Express Credit Card, after 2 disputes of back and forth against budgetair they refunded the full price because all facts provided by BudgetAir was false.

Absolute scammers!

They changed the name in my booking then charged me 100 Eur for it, and asked me to pay in less than 24 h, otherwise they cannot guarantee the booking. Their customer service is utterly rude, have never been shouted at like that in my life. Didn't get any clear arguments, it was just my word against theirs, now I'm afraid that if I pay, I risk them cancelling my booking. Stay away!

Worst client help desk, never use this company, you will just have problems, what you will be able to solve, with your own money. At first they promised to send me an email with a detailed explanation of why my reservation was suddenly canceled in 3-4 hours, no one sent anything of course, again I had to go inside via chat and ask what my request was for, it's my own fault that you didn't show up for the first flight, the airline canceled your flight., it's your own fault that you didn't read the policy, we won't give you anything, cool answer. It is convenient to act innocent, but to receive a commission for it and not bear any responsibility

CAREFUL.
Better to pay extra 100$ and avoid the stress and possibly lost of money.
Wasted 40$ to call international to be kept on hold only to request to correct a a mistake I made of Single letter in family name. They informed me airline cannot do it. When i spoke with the airline they told me it can be done only from budgetair.

I have not received a refund yet for the flight that was cancelled in march of 2020. On january 2021 I got a confirmation and proof from the airline KLM that they sent the outstanding amount to BudgetAir. BudgetAir now states that they "cant find" the refund from the airline KLM. Are you serious?! How ridiculous is this excuse?!

I am beyond frustrated and advice everyone to stay very very far from this company. It has been a dreadful long process and BudgetAir simply denies to pay back an amount of money which is my legal right. Im a honest person that tries to see the good in things but I cant say otherwise than that this company has outright scammed me.

They are rubbish. Dont book your flights through these people. They are unorganized, dont know what they are doing and you have a very small chance of actually getting the flight you payed for. Absolutely awful.
Their customer service always just says they cant help you, they move flights around without your consent. Please dont use them

Terrible horrible customer service. Almost 1 hour on hold on telephone and once connected the woman said they couldn't change the departure date on my ticket (which I paid extra to ensure that I could). When I asked why I was 'cut off'. So ridiculously terrible. Never ever use BudgetAir.

5 months ago with book a flight from Canada to brazil for the holidays to visit the family.

We had a total of 6 flights on our ticket. 3 flights to go and then 3 flights to come back.

We found out a month before our flight that the principal flight for coming back, from brazil to New York had been deleted from our ticket without letting us know! They did not even put us on another flight! When calling customer service they do not have any solution. It is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

So basically we paid a full price for a ticket that doesnt work.

When something goes wrong the customer care service keeps you engaged in some consoling emails and waste your time. When you provide them with all the documented proofs, they stop responding. I sent them a reference number and a proof of money debited from my account to Budget air for a failed transaction for which the money was deducted but the tickets were not confirmed. I have sent them several emails but they have stopped responding after getting all the proofs.
Previously I was using budgetair but now I have decided to stop others also to use that.

I had the misfortune of using this company in July of last year. They took the money for a flight that had already been cancelled. I have contacted them on numerous occassions but each time they do nothing. What a waste of time. Avoid them at all costs! Tony.

Schedule change, from a 1 hour stopover to a 7 hour stopover (with 2 kids) in just a local flight... bad communication, poor service. Now I'm deciding on trashing the tickets and buy new ones. Once you buy you're sold and the air company just refers to BudgetAir. Avoid!.

We booked flights at £4,000 for my daughters wedding.
They kept changing the flights.
The only option they gave us was accept or cancel and pay a fee.
They eventually said Singapore Airlines had cancelled the flights saying we would get a refund in 8 to 10 weeks.
Singapore Airlines confirmed the flights weren't cancelled but were now full.
Most flights are full have doubled in price.
There should be a law against this kind of scam

They have terrible customer service. I have been them every month after the cancellation. The original email mentioned that the refund will be processed in 10 days, and it has been more than 5 months today. I am not sure what I am supposed to do other than call and wait for 30 minutes to get to the customer service, and then be told the same thing.

Cancel the flight. Chase up refund over and over again. Talk to a bot then a human who eventually just says Thanks have a Good Day and logs you off. Never see the refunds. How can this business be allowed to operate?

This company is incredibly manipulative they've try and find anyway to dodge their responsibility. I booked a flight with them and needed to cancel because of Covid I went to reschedule the flight and they kept blaming the airline. I would speak to the airline and then they would blame some mysterious policy that did not exist. Every time I found a solution to there made a problem, they would dodge their responsibility. I lost $400 here. Do NOT book with this organization!
