Worst experience ever and cost me $000s
Cancel the flight. Chase up refund over and over again. Talk to a bot then a human who eventually just says Thanks have a Good Day and logs you off. Never see the refunds. How can this business be allowed to operate?

This company is incredibly manipulative they've try and find anyway to dodge their responsibility. I booked a flight with them and needed to cancel because of Covid I went to reschedule the flight and they kept blaming the airline. I would speak to the airline and then they would blame some mysterious policy that did not exist. Every time I found a solution to there made a problem, they would dodge their responsibility. I lost $400 here. Do NOT book with this organization!

Robbed by BudgetAir

Horrible, trash and garbage describe this organization. They incorrectly scheduled my flights and when I inquired about this they blamed me and put me at fault. They did not refund me anything or reschedule my flights so 3K$ vanished to this organization and I never set foot on a plane. I was forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am looking into further legal action because I felt like I got robbed. I would be happy to see this company go bankrupt. Do not ever book anything with BudgetAir. You have no rights and zero indications where your money goes.

Ask your bank for CHARGEBACK
February 8, 2021

After my flight got cancelled I've received few mails ensuring that my money will be returned. After those few mails, no contact at all and no refund. Luckily I used card and could use chargeback option. Bank accepted the complaint and I've received the money back.
Anyone who paid with debit or credit card - contact your bank and try chargeback. I've had 13 months to do it and luckily got my money back.

No REFUND

I've booked a ticket on October last year and canceled it November 1st until now I didn't receive the refund, I called them several times emailed them all the time, and they keep on giving me next to next week, within 6 weeks and so on...
I don't think these guys are any trustworthy...

They never warn me about the cancellation of my flight because they are creating fake adress mail each time you reserved this create enormous black holes and block the refund procedure and the contact with their partner when you ask them for refund they are playing the worst ping pong game I ever saw

I booked a ticket from them for August and when I received the confirmation email the ticket was booked for May! I could not find any search from me for the month of May in my search history. When I finally managed to find somebody on the line they just said that it is not their fault and therefore cannot do anything!
Just never book your tickets via them if you don't want to lose your money!

Booked on a flight that does not exist

They have booked me on a flight in September to Shanghai through Taiwan but currently flights through Taiwan to China are suspended. They want to charge me 155 pounds to cancel the flight- but they have sold me a dud service. It seems like there is no other choice other than be stranded in Taiwan.

Have fought for nearly 14 months for a business class refund. Had excuses from "the airline doesn't give refunds only travel vouchers" to "the airline has gone into administration". All the excuses under the sun yet when I contacted the airline direct they advised they'd honour a refund as long as the agent made the request. This went on for months with BudgetAir denying that I was entitled to a refund. It was not until I recorded the conversation with the airline and sent it to them with a threat of legal action that they actually bothered to call and request the refund. Unsurprisingly about 4 weeks after the recording was sent to them I received confirmation of a refund. Don't give up, check directly with the airlines and if you are entitled to a refund keep chasing them...!

BudgetAir is a SCAM! Our flights were cancelled due to the red list placed on our country. Our flights were rescheduled without our consent to dates not allowed by our country. We have tried to reach BudgetAir over FB, email, phone and have had no response in over 6 months. This is a SCAM company that steals money and has no customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible Experience
November 25, 2020

Price might be slightly cheaper but the headaches that come with it are NOT worth it! Do not go with budget air. If everything goes smooth it might not be too bad but if anything ever happens, they are extremely terrible to deal with or contact at all. I would advise not to go with them if you don't have to. I have been waiting 5 months for a refund with little to no information or responses from them.

We had used Budgetair to fly from Porto to Berlin and back.
According to their rules you have to check in online or face a fee of 50 euros per booking.
After trying all the avenues even at the airport we were unable to connect.
We had no choice but to have the check in done at the counter.
The 2 minute job at the counter cost us 100 Euros.
They are unfriendly and unhelpful and just make us the scape goats.
The lady on the phone even smashed the phone down on me.
Won't be using Budgetair any more.
