They dont replay to my mails.
Really horrible experience and service.

Got my address COMPLETELY WRONG even though it is the same as my billing address. I personally don't get how that happened. Plus, you cannot even contact them at all if you have a complaint or any concerns about your package. Really zero care is given and I personally don't know why they exist. My package was from wwe and you would think it would go to FED EX then to Australia post. But I don't even know who borderfree use in australia so you might aswell just sit back and wait until it comes. Or doesn't.
This has had to been THE worst shopping experience. They charged when when they said I would get charged when my order has shipped. I've been trying to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet. Do NOT use this service no matter what. All these Positive reviews are fake!
I was very scared of using this service when I read all these negative reviews but I wanted the item I bought so much I tried anyway. My experience was super positive! I honestly paid a crazy amount of import duties (from USA to Italy of a luxury item) but it had nothing to do with Borderfree; the shipping cost per se was average price for such a long shipping; every step of the shipping was tracked in detail and the parcel arrived even earlier than what was stold me at check-out! Maybe I was among the few lucky ones, but from my experience I would definitely use this service again.
I spent hours looking for items I wanted to buy and they shamly cancelled my order with no explanation! Just wrote me an email that the order was cancelled almost two weeks after placing the order!
Don't buy from borderfree unless you'd like to wait two weeks for a cancellation mail!
Can't submit this review unless I rate Borderfree at least 1 star which they do not rate. I placed the order September 3. It shows that it cleared customs on September 14 - today is September 24. The tracking number they gave me indicates that it is being shipped via Intelcom courier company but the tracking number is untraceable. I will NEVER order from LL Bean again as long as they are using this service. Beware!
I avoid Borderfree at all costs, but when I order from Land's End, it's the only option. I have an account at Borderfree, but it never gives me any tracking information. I count the days from my order, and after 2 weeks, I ask Land's End to track it. It's the only way.
I have an emergency return that will just me 300$ if I can't get a hold of some one but when I reply to their e-mails it gets blocked, when I go to their sites contacts info it just leads me back to David's Bridal! I tried to return some jeans that i bought from true religion usa. The email addresses from true religion are incorrect and borderfree is just giving me excuses. They are waiting for returning papers from true religion and so on. I tried to return them now for 4 weeks without success
You will pay huge fees to ship your goods from the retailer to you and then to return it if the goods aren't usable for any reason. This is a huge waste of money - you are better off shopping literally anywhere else. Its a shame retailers are using this service!
I ordered some items from them and delivery to Germany. Needed to return 3 items and no way to get them returned it appears. Wrote 5 emails to site for return information and proper return approvals and address. No response... ZIP

They lost my order almost a month ago and I've been trying to get a hold of customer service ever since. Customer service doesn't answer my many many emails, doesn't pick up the phone, doens't respond to facebook or instagram messages, doesn't respond to the messages I leave on their own contact page. I paid 80 dollars for my order and they just don't care.
I made one purchase at Club Monaco store prior to introducing Borderfree service by them some time ago, and the experience was pleasant and smooth. After they started to use Borderfree, I cannot complete any purchase, since (despite my stubborn attempts) I can't choose US as a shipping destination. Somehow the faulty borderfree system detects I am based in Europe (and rightly so), and assumes I want to ship over there - not giving me the option to ship to US! Whereas that's what I want to do. Each time I choose "Back to U.S. site", or choose US as the shipping destination, and click OK, the system immediately and relentlessly switches me back to my homecountry. Thus rendering the purchase impossible for me.
After contacting Club Monaco and explaining the issue, they did nothing despite curteous reassurance they were going to take care of the matter and forward it to people responsible.
Borderfree - avoid at all costs.
I orederd from border free October 3rd, sent the money and waited. I tried contacting them by email but no response. I decided to look at the reviews and I was disappointed and concerned with my order. I was going to accept my loss when I got an email saying my order has been delivered to my door on October 13 and when I got home the Mavado watch was in a protected package. Border free doesn't return emails but they do deliver, thank you for your service.
I had a great experience with them. Items shipped in a reasonable time, shipping costs minimal, and an issue with the origin company missing an item was rectified quickly and politely. They even refunded the shipping cost for that error (they should have, but lets be honest, many companies wouldnt). I purchased about $150 in items and there were no crazy fees. Really I have no complaints and I think I experienced everything one could have experienced.
I ordered a hat from Woolrich/Borderfree. The shipping was CDN$6.99. The hat was a poor fit so I asked for a return. Borderfree return shipping was one-day DHL return shipping costing CDN$36.74, deducted from the refund. Borderfree sent an acknowledgement that they received the hat and the refund would be credited to my credit card. No credit was returned. I waited two weeks in vain for the refund before I sent a query. Borderfree never replied. I lost my refund and Woolrich lost another customer.
Paid for express shipping from hisroom, was told 5 to 7 days would be in Australia, that was 11 days ago, so it will be 18 days before it arrives. When I canceled the order surprise surprise they ship it that day and say sorry to late.
I will never buy from a company that use Borderfree. Most Shocking service I have come across on the internet.
I have tried to order through saks and for some reason they couldnt find an order confirmation and when I contacted borderfree they refused to help me and ignored my email, but they still charged my credit card. Saks was not able to find an order or help with anything saying there is no evidence that I have made a purchase! The money was on hold for two weeks and on the 15th day borderfree tried twice to charge my card with the same amount! This is not the first time I face an issue with saks nor borderfree just use any other legit european website. THIEVES. Saks said they have escalated the issue to a higher team but then sent an email asking what was the problem!
