I made one purchase at Club Monaco store prior to introducing Borderfree service by them some time ago, and the experience was pleasant and smooth. After they started to use Borderfree, I cannot complete any purchase, since (despite my stubborn attempts) I can't choose US as a shipping destination. Somehow the faulty borderfree system detects I am based in Europe (and rightly so), and assumes I want to ship over there - not giving me the option to ship to US! Whereas that's what I want to do. Each time I choose "Back to U.S. site", or choose US as the shipping destination, and click OK, the system immediately and relentlessly switches me back to my homecountry. Thus rendering the purchase impossible for me.
After contacting Club Monaco and explaining the issue, they did nothing despite curteous reassurance they were going to take care of the matter and forward it to people responsible.
Borderfree - avoid at all costs.
