I ordered two bikini tops, one of which they sent the wrong one. Both were poor quality and the one that was correct looked different to what was on the model. The one that was wrong was not even CLOSE to my real order. When I went through the process on their website to return them, I was directed to a payment screen. $15AUD to return? It's not worth the hassle. I will just steer clear of Boohoo from now on. Very disappointed.
I ordered a playsuit on sunday in preparation for a party on saturday and bought delivery which was 3-5 days so I was sure I would have time to try it on, see if I liked it and have the whole of saturday to find something if I didn't like it. However I sat inside the whole day saturday waiting for my outfit for the night and had to leave to go to the party without it being delivered. I emailed once on friday and once on saturday to see what the hold up was because I tracked my order and It said it was in transit yet was ignored both times. If you order from boohoo don't expect it to arrive on time or get an answer from customer services either.
Do not order from Boohoo! They are a scam. To make a return they state you must print your return label from their website and drop the parcel in the mail. However, they will not give you a refund. They claim you need a photo of a receipt from the USPS as proof of return, which would not be provided since Boohoo gives you the mailing label. This is their way of scamming you out of money and keeping their merchandise! This service is horrible!
I paid $9.99 for my 6 business days deliver. It was suppose to come in today, I have an event I need to wear it to tomorrow. When I tracked the order it said its estimated deliver date is 11/04. I order my item on 10/02 and today is now 10/30, that is 6 business days and its still not here. BooHoo are thefts they said 6 days when in actuality its going to take 11 days. DO NOT SHOP AT BOOHOO!
I tried them for the first time recently. Ordered three dresses. I didn't like them so decided to return them. Mailed them out three days after I received them. Two weeks went by and I was still waiting for a refund. Emailed them to get a status and was told I had to wait at least 21 days after the return date for a refund. I followed up again five weeks after the return date and was told that they had no record of my return. They told me I would have to produce the postal receipt which off course at that point I couldn't find. I sent them the proof of my order and a copy of my bank statement showing the charge for the postal and was still told they couldn't do anything for me without the postal receipt. I never receive my refund. So disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered a shirt and it was too large to keep so I returned it. I paid to ship it, and then they still charged me a portion of the payment. If I returned the item, why wouldn't I get the full amount refunded to me? Don't buy from here unless you know for sure you are going to keep your item!
A friend and I wanted to buy clothes for Prom. The site said the clothes would arrive a week before prom.
We were worried and mailed boohoo, they said the clothes were going to arrive in 48h.
Today is the day before prom and still nothing has arrived.
Never again am I going to order from boohoo again.
They sent me 2 items out of 6 when I went to request the rest of the order they told me they had footage of all items being shipped & they weren't going to refund or send the missing items. Which is bull $#*!!
I came across boohoo.com because I was looking for plus size clothing for a cheap price. I ordered 7 items and the whole was very reasonably priced. The quality was so awful all I could do was laugh. Out of 7 items one didn't ship but the refunded me as my items were shipping. The skirt wasn't the color I ordered, the jeggings were not jeggings and the rips went off to the side instead of down the middle and the mom Jean's were like 3 sizes too big. Never again, and I have to pay for returning their crappy clothes. Just do yourself a favor and don't even bother.
Didn't get my order, as in didn't even get the tracking information and they went and took the money from my account. The worst thing is that I couldn't log in anymore with my email and password... the worst online shopping website ever. Please don't order from them...
I ordered a dress from here based off a review from a REAL person thinking it had to be good. WRONG! I placed my order and it was shipped April 24th, my email had a "Track" button which lead me to the Landmark shipping page with a message that they don't have nay information with that tracking number. I waited a couple days for it to update and still nothing. I contacted customer service...the chatbot is a joke and NO help. I emailed stating my issues and asked for the "Carrier and tracking number" and the response given in my reply was "your package is on track to still deliver by May 3rd".
That is NOT what I asked and it's May 3rd and still no package and no tracking. Sent another email but I'm not holding my breath. If I have nothing by May 4th I will be contacting my credit card.
I don't like bashing companies, and I have ordered a few times from boohoo thinking maybe this time it'll be better. But no, horrible quality, yes its cheap but come on see thru stuff? Ripping shirts, itchy sweaters... never again whats worse is. The return you pay for, on top of that it takes them at least 21 days to process. And when you try to get in touch they tell you the same thing "your package hasn't arrived yet' liesss. I sent my package 3 weeks ago via fedex fast shipping. WORST PLACE TO SHOP FROM. DONT EVEN BOTHER.
I ordered a dress on 8/17 on 8/21 some random dress was delivered to me it was not what I ordered at all. Now this $#*! company wants me to PayPal them 4 dollars to return this Ugly dress. First and last time!

I bought a blouse, the blouse was ripped, I needed to return it, they told me I needed to pay 4 dlls for a return label, I paid the fee and they never email me the label.
I email them a bunch of times to let them know I didn't get the return label and they still haven't sent it to me, they keep dragging it and avoiding me, I asked for my 4 dlls refund and they ignore me.
They are unreliable, unprofessional thieves.
I ordered on the 1/16. I paid for express shipping. After waiting 3 days and seeing my tracking number had not updated and still said label created i messaged and they apologized blaming a shipping delay. I can tell that it had not ever shipped. But i said ok and waited a week after that it still said the same thing all in all they wouldn't do anything until the Feb. 2nd. Honestly if i didn't send multiple emails and messages i doubt they would have done anything. In the end after telling them to refund me I wasn't going to play that game they refunded me then had the gall to say as an apology if i would like a $5 voucher for my next order. I told them no I'm not ordering from them ever again. So my suggestion don't order if you do i stay on top of it. Horrible company. Side note for the entire time i wanted the tracking still said 'Label Created'.
Placed an order with this company for tha Cara Camo print parker Thanksgiving. Dec18th still had not heard anything about my order emailed customer service only to have them tell me the jacket was out of stock and that my order would be cancelled. GUESS WHAT went back to the web site that same day only to still see the Cara Camo parker still listed and being sold. Will never shop with them again
I ordered a dress one month ahead of the date I needed it. I was a week out and it still had not arrived. I tracked my packaged and it had said it was stuck in a city 6 hours away from me for the past 2 weeks. I emailed support and they said it would arrive the day before I needed it. Well, it did not. I tracked the item again and it was still in the same city. I emailed support and asked for a refund. No reply for 2 more weeks. I emailed again, this time angry and asked if I was being ignored. No response. I tweeted their customer support page on twitter (like they suggest doing). No luck. I emailed a third time and still no response but I got an email saying I had been refunded. I will not be purchasing again.
I have sent at least 30 emails back and forth with customer service because I want to return products, for some reason the return portal isnt working with my email and order number and every customer service person that emails me comes back saying something different but no one actually helps! So until now Im not able to return anything I will NEVER buy anything from there again.
I bought a teddy oversize coat, I returned same day it was delivered due to size, it showed received at warehouse on march 31st, until now no refund, I have contacted customers service and I keep getting the run around, I will not give up on my refund, this is a scam company
I had ordered a set of nighties for a bridal party. 1 Wifey and 7 Bridesmaids. The company shipped late and we received the nighties the night before the rehearsal dinner. Also, there was NO wifey nightie, all bridesmaids nighties. The bride did not get one but her bridal party did.
The company reshipped the order with the request that I pay for shipping back for the original wrong item, which was unacceptable. I was re-shipped the WRONG original order again. I still do not have the item I originally paid for.
Absolutely terrible experience.
