Please stay away from this fraudulent scam of a business. I ordered over $400 worth of merchandise for some clients. Boohoo/Boohooman stayed the packages were being delivered in four packages, only two were received. Myself and Fedex have attempted to reach out to the company because the packages were received by Fedex as empty boxes with no content inside. Over a month and I still have not received a response from them but they have my funds. I am warning you all STAY AWAY!
I attempted to download letter from Fedex but it would not accept it. If I shrink the letter anymore you can not read it. I will be forwarding it to BBB with my complaint.
All of their products are made with Cheap material! I have never left any reviews on anything online but this was BULL$#*!. I got a pair of White shoes that looked NICE online and now that I've received them, they are $#*!ing made of ONLY FOAM! Looks cheap as $#*! and like even wearing them outside once will ruin them. I thought at least the clothes I got would make up for it but I was Wrong. They look and feel Cheap as well. Do Not waste your money in Boohoo!
I never written a bad review about a company but boohoo will be my first! I took 2 weeks for my item to get to me when on the website it clearly says 7-8 days max for delivery! Was really disappointed when I received my sweatshirt and it was very very poor quality. It may look nice on the website but trust me it's very cheap material. The sweatshirt came with some of the stitching underneath the arms and on the cuffs already distressing and fraying! The bottom part of the seaway shirt that's supposed to hug your waist is completely loose and streched out! And I bearly opened it
I ordered this bag to go to uni so it was very important that my laptop was able to fit in my bag. Based on the measurements given in the info tab there would be no problem to be able to fit it inside my bag. Now I have the bag and it appears that the measurements are quite a bit off. About 9 centimeters (3,5 inch) to be exact. Pretty sure that's some form of wrongfull advertising or whatever but hey who am I right?
When I message them about this they simply state that there can be "discrepancies" in the measurements and if I want my money back I'll have to return it. Which would cost me 13 euros (15 dollars) extra while I'm not the one in the wrong! Never ever ordening again from them that's for sure
I ordered a dress from Boohoo.com. I received it around a week later and was happy because it was all packaged nicely and folded. But then I unfolded it and one of the straps of the dress was missing. So instead of two straps to hold the dress on my body, it had one. Unwearable.

I purchased from boohoo online twice. The first one went through without a hitch. So decided to give it a second go.
They lost my package. Never contacted me about it being lost or delayed in my delivery time.
The package is still LOST and they refuse to offer me a refund.
I asked to get connected with their management team and no one connects me to them.
I've now spoken (emailed cuz they have no phone) to 5 different people and it's the same response- wait 21 days for us to find the order.
I've given up on this company and ever getting my money back.
I bought couple of lounge wear and when they arrived they are see through lile even even pjs are better. Shein would be better honestly. So i reached to the company advising how dissatisfied i was with my purchase they have asked me to return the item that i have to pay even though their faults for sending absolutely rubbish quality clothes and nothing you would at least consider they will accpet the free returns nad further more to claim my refund i have to post the receipt to them to make i get my refund never again with this rubbish company stay away.
I ordered a dress which was over 30e and a pants.
Quality of the dress i cant even explain its not like in the picture first of all. When i took out the dress the whole glitter fell off straight away i couldnt move it around. The pants quality was so bad for 25e penneys quality is so much better. Last time i order from here. Did return the items hopefully all goes well. Be careful
I wasn't so sure about the credibility of the website when I was ordering but I'm really glad that I did, especially when it was on black Friday sale when it was 60% off. Only thing it was that it took a little bit longer than it was supposed to to be delivered. But I definitely recommend ordering from Boohoo.com
Made two purchases on two different occasions. After the 1st order which was missing an item, customer service basically ignored my request for the correct item and provided refund. I restated my request but refused to send the item I ordered and paid for. 2nd order came with a wrong item. Upon receiving the order, I requested for the correct item and verified with the customer service about 10 times to ship the correct item. Customer rep assured that the correct item will be shipped once return of the wrong item is initiated. As soon the return was initiated, they proceeded to refund the money and refused to send the correct item. They SUCK. I will never use their service again. Waste of time and money.
I had to wait 2 weeks for my order they said would take 5 days. I ordered 2 pair of jeans in size US 8 and they sent them in UK 8 well thats a size 4 in US and I was positive I put US Size 8 because I knew it was a UK company. Still waiting my refund. It's a joke. Don't buy from them!
This company is awful terrible costumer service, terrible shipping, terrible everything! I paid my well earned money and did not receive my stuff and costumer service did not help! No refund and no product. This is so unprofessional! Worst place ever!
WORSE WEBSITE EVER! First my order came in 3 weeks late and they were absolutely no to help me track it down (order received on Dec 4th). Their clothes is so cheap and NOTHING like the pictures. I ordered 10/11 items worth of clothes spent $110. Sent back everything, it was so terrible. NEVER got my money back, had to go through customer service, no help. I'm currently in the process of suing the company because they've been claiming this refund is in process. I've been going through this for a month and a half. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Overall so so merchandise with non-existent customer service. Out of my order of 5 items, a pair of supposedly stretchy lycra leggings didn't fit WHATSOEVER. Sizes were soooooo off. Supposedly they were composed of 3% lycra so they should have stretch in it but they did NOT. Extremely cheap material. I emailed their customer service team and didn't receive anyyyyy response back. Extreeemely poor customer service with no customer service skills whatsoever. They just lost me as a return customer.
Ok my order was supposed be delivered to me on March 19th but FedEx has been holding my shipment in the International shipping department since then. I paid over $70 for this order and I'm just so upset that my items are being held. I know that it has to do with the Covid 19 but I feel that Boohoo isn't sending the right documentation with the packages so it won't be held. I won't be ordering anymore things from them until they start using USPS again.
I would not reccomend ordering anything from boohoo. Their products are low quality and the sizes are completely innaccurate. Their customer service is awful as well and you won't be able to exchange faulty products. I would just order from somewhere else, ordering from boohoo is a waste of time and money.
I've ordered shoes, some clothes, and some outerwear. The shoes and outerwear were good quality. The shoes were a little big, but I assume that's because there's a difference in shoe make between the UK and the US? The clothes that were cheaper were really cheap, but I do have some pieces that I absolutely adore. If you shop on Boohoo, I would really only buy pieces that are more pricey because I think they're the only items of quality. Truthfully, I have never returned anything, so I can't say what dealing with customer service is like, but I always got all the items I ordered and always got them in a decent time frame.
Package lost in the post - tracking clearly shows this. But Boohoo will not refund or resend until a month later leaving it too late for me to buy other Christmas presents. Disgusting customer service. They have stolen my money!
I ordered 2 sweatsuit sets. One came with a hole in the crotch. I contacted the merchant and they want to refund me $6.95 and asked me to fix the hole! 1. I didn't order damaged products and 2. I shouldn't have to repair a brand new pair of pants. I will not purchase from them ever again!
I ordered two graphic tees and one culottes. Love the graphic tees, they are so cute! I might just buy them more! However, the culottes (Product code: DZZ*******) felt like they were made from cheap material. It's £9 so I'm not expecting a high end material but the fabric is rather thin and slightly sheer (when put against light). I wouldn't want the general public to see my undies! Decided to keep anyway since I couldn't put up with returning it since there is no free international returns...
The parcel was somewhat almost ripped when it arrived. (Most likely went through inspection but didnt bother to seal it properly back) Shipping incurred approx £6, the duration is standard shipping - takes about 10 days to arrive to my country (from 17-27Nov)
