I am so surprised to see so many negative reviews that made me hesistant to order from boo hoo at first but I took my chances because of all the cute clothes they have. It was hard to resist and I absolutely LOVE the site. Everything is so cheap and the quality is amazing! I've ordered something every week since the first visit on the website. I just love it!
I returned the item purchased just as instructed. Even after 3 weeks passed after post office confirmed delivery, they continued to claim that they never received the delivery. Thy never refunded me even though I provided the confirmation to them. I wish I read the bad reviews before I ordered. How are they able to get away with this?

Return tracking showed delivery complete. A representative said they had the return. When I received no refund after a month I followed up. They demanded my tracking receipt even though the representative confirmed they revived my return. They would not accept the word of their own representative and will not refund for a return they have received. They now have my money and their clothing back. This is called a scam.

I read all the bad reviews, but the cute clothes were too much to resist! I placed a small order and it shipped to CA, USA to check them out. Arrived in around a week and a half and the clothes are so adorable. I saw most everything was polyester, but it looks like cotton not cheap polyester. I received a plain tank top super great color and style and an off the should top that is really great. Also got a silver bracelet. I'm 100% happy and will buy from Boohoo again.
I ordered stuff for next day delivery and it hadnt arrived of course on time. I even contacted the customer service saying that cancel the order as i would be travelling away from the country. But they delivered it 5/6 days later and asking me to take it from my neighbour when im even not in England. Rubbish customer service + no contact number. Boohoo is the worst clothing retailer for customer service i can be certain of after using reputable sources like amazon, asos. Please guys dont use it no matter how cheap their products are, its a trap!
This site is AWFUL! They lost my order then I asked for them to just put the order back in and ship it to me because I wanted my clothes and THEY WOULDNT. All they did was refund me. I was told to just reorder my clothes and put them on two separate orders and they would pay for ONE of them. This is awful. I am so disappointed and upset. I have worked in customer service and you want to make the customer happy... they failed. They are continuing to insist that I reorder an order THEY lost and then pay MORE for it. DO NOT order from this site. It is a scam. They just take your money.
I have ordered from them before and have been pleased, however, for NYE I express shipped 5 items, tried them on, and returned 3 of the 5 items the following day after receiving them. Sent the items to the address that was provided by boohoo. According to the USPS Tracking, the items were delivered December 23rd. It is now Jan. 21st and I am continuously being told they have not received the items and can't refund. They will not have a manager call me, nor have they provided a resolution! I have all documents showing my purchase and returned items but can't get a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS!
Those of us whom have the same issue should all get together and file a class action lawsuit!

Very bad service. Haven't received my item for almost a month. I asked for the refund but they are just all the time delaying. Would not suggest ordering if you need it on time for some special occasion etc. I stated that I need it for my trip but they just don't care. For comparison, last time I had some problems with online shopping the seller issued a refund the same day I said I hadn't received it!
In some cases like tops and jeans have fitted perfectly and i haven't ever complained before about boohoo because i do like some things, i recently returned too skirts because they came and looked nothing like the pictures on the website, in the pictures they seemed short and tight fitting. However when they arrived they were both very long and not tight fitting at all, i am a size 6 and the skirts were meant to be a size 6 but seemed way to large. However i am short but even if i were tall the skirts would still be way to long and to big! Boohoo is usually a great purchase the times i have bought from boohoo. But boohoo needs to sort out sizes and show the clothing how it really is on the pictures as it is very miss leading i hope to be getting my refund back, the website says it can take up to 14 days or more! I just hope that i do actually receive my money back. Otherwise i shall be very upset :(
BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
My order was placed on December 26th. I was to receive it on January 8th. I did not receive it till January 16th. Apparently, my order sat in customs for 10 days. Boohoo's customer service is horrid. Instead of someone researching why my package wasn't delivered in a timely fashion, I would receive generic email responses. Also, no apology was issued for their lack of consideration.
I have recently made a purchase from Boohoo website, prior to which, I contacted customer service MULTIPLE time to request some information regarding maternity sizing. I was told point blank that customer service reps did not know the answer and someone would get back to me. No one ever got back to me. When I contacted customer service to follow up I was again told that someone would have to get back to me, basically they are not educated in their own product. I did mention that I didn't have much time as I wanted to purchase a maternity dress for an event I had to go to. I was told to order it and return it if I wasn't satisfied. I agreed to do this because I was very anxious to order something too late. My order did get delivered in a reasonable time frame (7 Days). However I do not know who they have delivering their parcels but the courier literally whipped it at my front door from down my walk way. I have a security camera that caught this, not to mention I was in fact home and heard the thump from inside. Needless to say, I am totally dissatisfied with the service and my product. On top of the terrible service, the dress does not fit, because of course, I had to guess my size. Also, their customer service team has yet to respond with the sizing information for their maternity clothes! Its been over a week! Boohoo carries an entire division of maternity, how is it possible that you do not have a size guide for you customers?, but whats worse, is that they provide such terrible customer service that if someone asks a question they cannot answer and they don't even try to get one for you. I am so disappointed, this is my last time ordering from Boohoo and I will make sure that everyone knows that this company is just junk, terrible quality of clothing, inconsiderate delivery service and by far the most incompetent customer service department.
Do not deal with boohoo unless you are comfortable losing your money. I was fraudulently double charged for my order and though I emailed them as soon I saw that this had happened, they dispatched both orders anyways. When both arrived I immediately emailed them and was told this in return:
"I understand how concerning it is when 2 order go through. I have had a look at your account and can see you did not pay for shipping on both orders. However, if you accept 1 parcel and rejected the other one it will be returned back to us and once we receive it back in the UK warehouse you will be refunded automatically for it."
I did this, but of course you do not receive a tracking number when you simply reject a delivery so I have no way of knowing if it arrived. Nearly two months after this incident I have not yet received my money back. I have no doubt that it has arrived and they are withholding my return just because they can. In the most recent email I was told: "As you have chosen not to follow our returns process, we have no way of chasing this matter for you". I am absolutely appalled by this customer service and will never make an order from this company again. I advise that you do not either. It's just not worth it.
Placed my first order after sitting up for hours in the middle of the night to make the end of sale deadline after seeing a bag I liked on their site. I shopped the site for many other items, some of which were going to be Christmas gifts.
Much to my surprise & confusion, weeks later, when I was expecting my order, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled and refund was being processed. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?
I then contacted them and asked why & how this happened and the reply was as if automated, didn't answer the questions, just said they would refund. It had already been refunded...
I wrote back asking for it to be escalated (hopefully to a real live human being that would be able to answer questions) and they said I must send a letter, yes, by post, to the UK to have it escalated. A written letter sent by mail for a complaint to an online store... really?
I then spent a couple of days "discussing/arguing" about this and still trying to find out what happened to my order on FB messenger, all for nothing...
The time I wasted on this was huge.
1) By looking all over the site making a large order
2) Having to re-shop for Christmas presents that never arrived
3) Emailing back & forwards numerous times
4) Days spent on FB messenger
They have no idea what happened, likely they cancelled my order accidentally & for ALL of this inconvenience, they didn't once offer to reship or credit my account. When pushed, after "300" contacts with them, they offered me $5.50?!?!?! WTH can I do with $5.50?
Save your time and sanity and NEVER use them! I wish I had read all of the other BAD reviews first.
Worst service I have ever had. I paid extra money to have my dress shipped quickly and it was 2 weeks late. When the dress finally came, it REEKS of perfume and has red stains near the bottom of the dress (I don't even want to know what those stains are). The dress itself feels thin and light and is not good quality. Do NOT order from here. Worse than Fashion Nova and I didn't think anything could be worse than them.
Where do I start? First of all they mislabelled both my packages. One had to be returned. When I contacted them they told me my username, email and password didn't match up (they were incorrect), and they shut me off. I had to contact them through Twitter, where I get the same "I'm so sorry, what are your details?" I had provided this to you 10x previously via twitter, FB AND email?
They blamed the incorrect addresses on me. But when I called their shipping company they confirmed that the address they had on the package was different to the one I provided to Boohoo on their website. They basically chopped off the numbers on my address, but luckily it got delivered.
I contacted them again - and only when I threatened to escalate it I got a response that my refund would be sorted in a week. It was, but without the postage fee EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ESTABLISHED THAT IT WHOLLY THEIR FAULT. I emailed (no response) and messaged through twitter (same "I'm so sorry, please provide us with your details" crap again).
Try this company at your own risk, there are a lot of people who have had the same problems.
If you've had the same problems and you're based in the UK I'd recommend lodging a complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority or getting help from the Citizens Advice Bureau. Both are free and honestly, they're not going to change their practices until someone investigates.
Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these crooks! I ordered a skirt for my teenage daughter for Christmas and paid to have it expedited. Then it didnt come in then 2 Days I paid EXTRA for. They did CLAIM they would refund me... HAS YET TO HAPPEN. When I received the item, IT WAS DEFECTIVE! The zipper was clearly broke! They said the do not do exchanges and I could pay $6.95 to return it and wait 2 weeks for a refund... told them NO THANK YOU! I will donate the skirt. I will also copy this post and paste it ANYWHERE I see their name. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am a very frequent customer. I returned a full parcel over $200 worth of clothing and they claimed it never made it. I printed the return label from there company and they claim to have no knowledge of the shipping information...
I will not be shopping at boohoo again.
