I placed order on July 8th. Says on site. Will get in 6 days. Tracking # is bogus. MY post office still has not received. It. Do Not Order from this. Company. Worst customer service ever. No # to call. Just endless emails. To get n0where. 1 excuse after another from them. $#*!d up
I ordered $110 worth of clothes from this company months ago. When I received them most of the things were either the wrong size, broken or had holes in them. The quality is so cheap I wouldn't even compare it to forever 21 at this point. So I sent my items back and paid $20 in shipping to send it back. That was 5/30... my item delivered to them on 6/5 the tracking number told me but they "didn't have it." I've been chasing them since to try and get my money back... I honestly wish I kept the crap clothes cause that would've been better than the nothing I'm left with now... not even my own money. So here we are on 7/11 and still no one has told me a day I will get my refund. All they have is a robot based email system you can't even speak to a human. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I'm not the first person they've done this to they just delete these comments. Luckily I screenshotted everyone else saying this happened to them before PLT could delete comments. Raise the awareness!
Bohhoo, Trendyol, Preety little thing, Misspap, Nastygal, Dorothy Perkins; all belonging to Bohhoo brand should not exist! Very cheap materials, all plastic! Waste of money. Either you improve, Either stop lying people with your garbage!
I ordered beginning of december and paid extra for fast shipping. When it arrived a bunch of items were not there and some were switched up. Because it was a big order and it was just a bunch of chaos, I decided to return the whole order and just have it cancelled. I have now been mailing with them for a MONTH and nothing has been done, the payment is still open and waiting for me. I have done everything as agreed upon and they keep saying things that are incorrect and keep changing the amount randomly. I am getting so frustrated because NOTHING is being done about it! I would not recommend anybody to ever shop here, it just feels like I am being scammed with their wrong packaging and now trying to make me pay for it. Horrible!
They have a big assortiment of clothing, but when you try them on, the fit isn't good or the quality is very cheap. One item was faulty already, it had a tear in the fabric.
When I wanted to return the whole order, I had to pay for the return shipping costs. Since I don't live in the UK, I had to pay 14(!) euros... Such a waste of money. I am never ordering at Boohoo.com again, and I am cancelling my account once I have my money back.
I've ordered a multi-way romper, two 2piece set ( crop top and shorts), and one 2 piece set ( crop top and pants). Each piece of clothing was ordered in a size 6. However, when I received the clothes, some size 6 were clearly not true to the size. I gave one of the shorts from a set to my sister who is a size 10, and it fits her. Yet, the crop top of that same set is extremely tight. The romper's straps are extremely long and I will have to cut a few inches off. Also, the 2 piece set with the pants fits, but is way too long so I will have to get it tailored or wear it only with heels. This is ridiculous! I am spending more money getting the clothes fix than the price I've paid for them. The second 2piece set is ok. I'm hoping it will not shrink too much when I wash it.OK quality, but I will not order from them again.
Paid next day delivery for a Christmas present in November. On 30th November was marked as delayed on the shipping agent. I tried contacting customer services via their virtual chat several times throughout December only to be told to keep waiting. In early Jan, I found an email for customer services (which was NOT easy) and contacted them. I was told to wait 11 days from 30th December which is the last time their internal system was updated. Contacted them again on 12th January only to be told that didn't include bank holidays so I've now got to wait for 14th Jan to see if it turns up.
Appalling customer service. The parcel is clearly lost at this stage but they are making me wait as long as possible before acknowledging it. Still waiting for my refund and waiting to hear what the next excuse will be on the 14th.
I ordered what I thought was a cute top I paid for express shipping and I didn't even get it on time. The material of the top was horrible it didn't even look like the picture from the website I ordered an XS and it was huge! I also ordered leggings and I promise you the only thing that would fit into those leggings were my arms a 5 year old would probably fit into them. I ordered a black top and a crop top and I didn't have a problem with the material or size so I guess it evened out the situation
The WORST customer service of any clothing brand I have everrrrrr purchased from. I think it is a fair thing to not want to pay to return an item that is nothing like it is advertised. I ordered leggings that literally were equivalent to pantyhose. I even got multiple sizes of them in different colors. They all were so see-through you should see the tattoo on my hip. Shout out Sania for absolutely nothing!
Received an item in the wrong size. After emailing them and being told that I was wrong until I proved it without a doubt, I was already frustrated. I was then told to send the item back and tell them which size I would like so they could send it out. I sent them proof of postage immediately, but got no response. I then emailed again when it reached the warehouse, and was told that I was refunded. After explaining the situation and that I didn't ask for a refund, I was accused of not sending proof of postage, and told that they wouldn't send the correct size out to me. And then again, no response to further emails. I still have all the proof that I did everything they told me to, and yet somehow they can't answer my emails or send out the right size when it had been settled like that weeks before? Unprofessional and embarrassing. Don't buy from here until they learn the correct way to label and send out their items, instead of just guessing which tags go with which size :))
Literally the worst online store ever! I ordered $100 worth of clothes from them and when I got them in they were all too big or too small and mad $#*!ty quality. So I returned it all. I got a tracking number and everything from the USPS store yet the boohoo tracking says I never sent it out. They won't give me a refund and they don't even have a phone number to talk to someone. Scammed me out of $100. I hope this business burns what a piece of $#*!.
I ordered my items March 29th, I paid for express 4 day delivery. It is now April 17th, they have no updates where my package is, and they keep telling me to wait a little longer. This is a scam, they took my money, do not know where my package is and keep giving me the run around! Absolutely horrible I do not recommend
Very bad service. Haven't received my item for almost a month. I asked for the refund but they are just all the time delaying. Would not suggest ordering if you need it on time for some special occasion etc. I stated that I need it for my trip but they just don't care. For comparison, last time I had some problems with online shopping the seller issued a refund the same day I said I hadn't received it!
Good News - Product shipped extremely quickly and tracking was very helpful. Bad News: The quality was HORRID. There's a reason why there aren't any reviews listed on their site. Stitching was loose in areas, material was extremely cheap and 100% see-through and not comfortable whatsoever. It's not even worth the trouble of returning. DO NOT BUY "Blazer & Self Fabric Trouser Suit Set".
Ordered a size S / 26 ladies 8 and received an outfit that reflected a parachute! Baggy terrible product the waist twice her diameter.
But on the up side she has a Halloween costume for Beetle Juice next year!

WARNING! DO NOT SHOP HERE! They charge you $6 to return an item (to get a return label) and then have the nerve to give you a partial refund because they "don't refund the delivery fee." So you will be out of pocket $15-$20 bucks after returning one item. DON'T DO IT! Terrible customer service as well. Let's all make this known and get this company canceled!
I hadn't ordered from the site before so I was a bit hesitant. My order arrived a week later. One dress had a small whole in it. But I didn't return it as I needed for a Wedding. I did contact boohoo about that and they said if I returned the dress, they would express ship another dress once they had received dress back. But that meant having to pay more money to ship the dress back and then potentially not having a dress for the wedding. Sizes also seemed to be inconsistent. One dress fit perfectly, but the other dress was too small. All up I ordered 4 items and I returned 2 if them. The return process seemed to take 5-6 weeks. However I received a full refund for the items I returned. I found it easy to contact boohoo customer service and they always replied to my emails in less than 24hrs. All up I would order from them again as I know I can return it with out any problems.
AVIOD AVIOD AVOID. How this bogus company keeps trading is beyond me... Looking at recent reviews i can only echo every negative comment. Will NEVER use them again.

I ordered about 5 pieces of clothing from this website and it took two weeks for me to receive in which the order number they gave me was not allowing me to track. So I email and ofcourse it take days for a response then when i receive a response it's not much help. I finally receive my items and which i return some for different size and reorder the items because they don't allow exchange. It's been almost a month since I brought my package to the post office and I have not received my refund and when I email the company they aren't much help and I'm not getting answers... feel like I'm getting the run around and part of me wants to return my second order but I'm nervous I won't get my money back from that either!
Such poor quality clothing and the sizes are so far off it's a joke! I am a size 8-10, and I ordered a size 8 dress and 2 other size 10 items. The size 10 top wouldn't stretch enough for me to even get it past my arms and head. I also bought a dress in an 8 which fitted fine but the material quality is shocking! The other was a set of lounge wear which were nice in a size 10, the top fitted ok but the size 10 bottoms were super tight! I am done with boohoo and I will never buy from them again.
