I ordered a dress one month ahead of the date I needed it. I was a week out and it still had not arrived. I tracked my packaged and it had said it was stuck in a city 6 hours away from me for the past 2 weeks. I emailed support and they said it would arrive the day before I needed it. Well, it did not. I tracked the item again and it was still in the same city. I emailed support and asked for a refund. No reply for 2 more weeks. I emailed again, this time angry and asked if I was being ignored. No response. I tweeted their customer support page on twitter (like they suggest doing). No luck. I emailed a third time and still no response but I got an email saying I had been refunded. I will not be purchasing again.
