So unless you manually remember to select the next day option each time at check out they will automatically use standard delivery method so your one year premium delivery is really quite useless.

I've made my purchase on Thursday (Mar 30) and paid for the next day delivery. I'm moving back to Brazil in a few days and because of this I paid for the next day delivery. Unfortunately the delivery wasn't arriving in time. So I decided to look for some reviews about the shop, as that was my first purchase with them - and I saw really very bad reviews, so I start to be concerned. Most of reviews was saying that they do NOT deliver the purchases or that the clothings come in different sizes etc. I went onto the Customer Service and sent a text - quickly I had an answer and we were in touch basically all day long, trying to solve my issue. Today, Sunday Abril 2nd, I've received my parcel and all the items are in the right size, with no one damage, very good condition and quality. Also they gave me back the money that I had paid for the delivery service.
Basically - the parcel wasn't arrived in time, but 2 days after, but at least that IS arrived and I'm very glad to have that wonderful clothings now. I don't know if I'll have new purchases with them because this experience was quite terrified - but it was because of the bad reviews, and not because of the service.
I place my order based on pictures Boohoo posted of their clothing/apparel.
Quality is not as it appeared in pics. Very cheap quality.
Package came with a return slip that was shredded/damage. There were no contact information available except for their email which no one ever respond to.
I had to go on their website to find the return address & did a return in hopes that they get it.

Only to send it with proof of return slip w/the post office which cost me an additional shipping fee of almost $15.
I did not like anything I received & returned everything purchase.
My cost was $53.40 & Boohoo sent me a confirmation email that they received my return afer a week an a half only to Refund partial payments made of $47.
Why did they do this I wondered? My email from Boohoo said that was after the discount applied to my order.
I can't believe they tried to cheat me out of a full refund & of course this doesn't include money lost from sending it back of almost $15.
I call my credit card company to dispute it & thank goodness they took care of the charges from Boohoo however I still lost the shipping return fee.

I thought I was a fan of Boohoo's decidedly cute, instagram-worthy style, so I decided to order online. After an average wait time, my packageof 6 items arrived.
Out of those 6 items... 3 were simply not what I wanted. Each had their own special problem.
Instead of my embroidered lace-up shoes, they just sent me an altogether different shoe. Even my receipt confirms I ordered a completely different shoe. How did they mess up the order that much?
I ordered another pair of shoes: while they got the style right this time, the size was way too big. I did not order this size; now they're unwearable.
The trousers I ordered are not only so flimsy and poorly made that they feel more like lingerie/lounge pants, but the "tie waist" actually means they give you a strip of unattached fabric that evidently you command: tie away, but don't expect it to look put-together and presentable like the photos show!
They got my order of the kajal liner right (it's not even their brand, so I guess that one was hard to screw up), another pair of shoes right, and then a plain top right. So... good job!
Very disappointed. The mistakes and poor quality are just too egregious for me to ever want to order from Boohoo again.
Worst online shopping website ever they deliver packages with no information mentioned on it just my name and to a courier and it took me 7 days of follow ups and nothing has changed. I havent received anything from their side until now the worst website ever existed
They've developed the habit of listing things in US sizes while sending UK sizes. You then have to go through the hassle or returning (in a pandemic) before getting a refund even though the issue is on their end. And somehow, even though THEY messed up it's still your fault.
Never received order although boo hoo insisted it was dispatched. Requested a refund after many many ping pong e mails. Still awaiting. Go to Asos. I would never recommend nor use this company again. Surely its simple to call the courier to shed some light. Up to now i am out of pocket and no order
I love Boohoo, and the fact that they are European and have better fashion sense than the boring clothes in the mall here in Canada.
I have ordered multiple times and although their sizes do vary alot depending on what you order everything is great and you get what you pay for.
My third Boohoo order stopped being scanned in tracking and got lost somewhere in the UK. I contacted customer service and without skipping a beat they fully refunded my money (as a few items were out of stock) so that I could reorder, which of course I did.
Just recently I made my biggest purchase at Boohoo. After 3 days of my package being "delivered" and the shipping company not caring at all I contacted Boohoo. In no time they replaced my order that I did not receive. I am grateful to them for this as I was planning on wearing the clothes to my grad photos, and now I really can!

P.S. It WAS the shipping company's fault, so if it doesn't show up to your door that is why! A week later I got the package to my door with a note saying that it got dropped off at their house (similar street name, but not close to my address).
Not sure why it took so long for them to get it to me but Canpar (shipping Company) dropped the ball hard on that one.
Although I am so grateful Boohoo was able to resend, I will be sending it back as my package was found, albeit at the wrong location.
3 weeks after I've placed an order and I have received nothing. The tracking shows it has not even shopped. Customer service sends a form letter every time I contact them stating they will contact the courier and get back to me. That is BS.
Ordering online can be a leap of faith and I was hopeful this would be a reputable retailer. It is not. I would have used them over and over if the clothes are as represented and arrived in a timely fashion. I am even ok with lateness as long as there is an honest response and effort. This is abysmal and another lesson in ordering online.
I ordered 4 summer dresses for an upcoming vacation. The prices were great. I was very happy with all 4. I was very careful to make sure I ordered the equivalent US size and the fit was spot on. This was a very pleasant surprise. It was my first but won't be my last time ordering.
I used to purchase quite a bit from boohoo, and had a several issues with the quality of my purchases (one clutch in particular broke as soon as i took it out of the package, the chain snapped right at the loop, etc.) but I've had enough.
October 6th 2016 - I ordered 200$+ worth of items from their website, my order was confirmed.
October 8th 2016 - boohoo emailed me that some of the items I had already paid for were actually out of stock (even though they already charged me for them) and that they would not be shipped and I would be refunded. I also clarified this on the website but the items I wanted in my sizing were still showing as available. I disregarded this.
November 2016 - I didn't recieve my packages until the first week of November, three weeks later than my estimated arrival date. At this point I still had not recieved my refund. I contacted customer service to speed the process along, to which they replied that they could not issue a refund until the items were recieved back into their warehouse. WTF?
They had told me those items were out of stock and couldn't ship.
Their response time was abolutely horrible to top it off, as every time you send an email to customer service (even if you're in the middle of dealing with the issue already) you are pushed to the very bottom of the queue and they send you an email claiming they will respond in 48 hours. And they milk that 2 day window.
I DID NOT RECIEVE MY REFUND UNTIL JANUARY 2017. 3 months after my initial purchase!
I recieved an email from boohoo with a "credit" of $50, with a promo code. I thought hey, I'll spend this 50 and wash my hands of this company forever. This code was refused on their website. So I emailed customer service again. They then proceeded to ask me to go ahead and place the order, and they can just refund me.
I'm flabbergasted. I will never buy from this company. Super shady. STAY AWAY!
I have ordered quite a few things from Boohoo and have never been disappointed till recently.
I ordered a contour kit which arrived in terrible condition and beyond useable.
When I contacted Boohoo all seemed fine until I was told by Vikki that I would have to return this item (at my own cost according to their returns policy) in order to get a refund as the item was no longer in stock - funny since the Boohoo website still has it listed as in stock.
I find this absolutely appalling as my postage to SA would cost me more than the damn product and for what? Why should I have to pay for an item that was given to me damaged and in a terrible condition?

I really wish I would've reaserched the company before buying anything! Spend almost $100 on this website and afraid it'll be just crap. I ordered my things on 03/07/16, and picked the least expensive shipping that said "up to 8 days"... it's been 10 days and I haven't received $#*!. And if you want to get technical and say it's business days, I should've received it today! I'm leaving for vacation next week and was hoping to take the things I bought specifically for this occasion but I don't see that happening. Tracking never gets updated. Like one of the reviews below, mine too said it was in Inwood NY for the longest! Checked the tracking today and it's still in NY! WTH! I will definitely be reviewing this all on YouTube once I receive the clothes because apparently the youtubers who have reviewed it, was all sent to them for free so duhhh they are going to only talk well about sorry $#*! Boo Hoo. Please if you are reading this review, save your money. Go shop on Forever 21 or any other reputable brand. I placed an order with Boohoo and Asos the same day. They are both fast fashion retailers based in the UK. I paid for fast shipping from BooHoo-- which said it would take 4 working days to get to me.
Guess which company got me my package first?
Asos took 4 days-- and I didn't even pay for fast shipping. Boohoo, on the other hand, took 2 full weeks.
I no longer needed the items in question by that time & sent them straight back-- which also was on my dime. Asos doesn't charge you to ship your returns back, which is what EVERY online based retailer should offer, since you literally have no other way of returning your items otherwise.
I complained to their customer service department via their website. It took them a week to respond. Their response was basically, "It's out of our hands!" and blamed it on customs.
Again, Asos.com manages to do the exact same thing-- ship to the US from the UK-- without the drama in shipping. So their customs excuse feels like BS to me. Especially since I was given no updates about the whereabouts of my package the entire time it was being shipped.
I basically stated the above in my response to their excuse about customs & they proceeded to respond like a whiny teenager, basically ranting about how Asos.com is an ENTIRELY different company that uses different logistics and services. How this is out of their control, etc...
Basically, Boohoo.com is a joke. I can't speak to the quality of their clothes because I didn't even open the packaging. Whatever the quality, though, it's not worth the trouble.
I do a lot of online purchasing for my job and this is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered.
I ordered ONE item from boohoo.com in late December. I didn't receive my item in the mail for over a month. The jacket I ordered was too big for me so I returned it on February 6th. After sending THREE emails to their customer service, I still have not been refunded for my purchase. I order online often and I've had little issues here and there, but I have to say; Boohoo.com is the WORST site I've ever ordered from. I should have read the reviews first. At this point, I may never get refunded. No matter how many things you see on their website that you like, DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOHOO.com. They will bull$#*! you in their email response and, like me, you'll still be waiting and waiting for your money back.
Worse shopping experience. I read all the reviews after I placed my order by then it was too late. It's been two weeks and my order still hasn't arrived although I paid for express shipping. From the reviews they should remove all the shipping options and just say it will get there when it get there.
Hopefully my items (whenever I receive them) or at least decent.

Unless you have about 1-2 months time before you need your order, DO NOT order clothes from here. The website claims shipping is UP TO 8 WORKING DAYS to the USA. I ordered well over 3 weeks before I needed my clothes, and they still wont be here in time, exceeding the 8 working days time frame. Worst is costumer service gave me the wrong tracking number and then when they gave me a new one, it didnt even say the expected delivery date. So disappointed, its not worth it for the cheap clothes.
I have ordered clothing from variety of websites and have never been this disappointed. I payed $15 for expedient shipping and it's been nearly two weeks and I am yet to receive my package. I tried contacting customer service and have had no luck. UPS also does not have my tracking information. I was also told by multiple friends that they experienced the same thing. It's the first and will be the last time I ever order from this website. Between customer service, reliability and shipment it has been my absolute worse online shopping experience.
Communication from the company was excellent. Kept me up to date on the shipping and tracking with multiple emails. My dress arrived within 5 business days.
I wear a six normally, and was worried that the dress I ordered (only available in size 8) would be too large. Reviews that state the sizes run small are true, this size 8 dress fits perfectly. It was inexpensive and is nicely made. This site reminds me on Missguided, a company I enjoy shopping with.
