I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Bloomex. Flower bouquet I received was very different from the picture on their website, much less quantity, much smaller, and with some wilted petals. Product was delivered in a different date from what I got promised in purchasing. I chatted to customer service several times, they sent me a helpless email message and a coupon for next shopping in their store. I really hope no one else in the future will have a good day ruined by buying flowers from Bloomex.
I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. It was delivered two days late, and the recipient received a sad excuse of a bouquet of only tulips. I paid for an arrangement, not a small bundle of tulips. The tulips arrived half dead and wilted because they sat in a Purolator truck for two days, and this obviously defeated the whole purpose of Mother's Day flowers. What we received was NOT worth the $65 we paid.
I ordered a "White Blooming Planter Basket" for my Mother, expecting she would receive a basket overflowing with beautiful white blooms per the picture. The basket shown was elegant with a lovely handle and would look great both indoors and out. However, the basket that arrived, was appalling. Not only were the plants sparse, damaged, and in some cases, nearly dying, but there we NO BLOOMS. Not one single flower in the entire basket. The basket, itself, was also heavily damaged, with scratches, and colour peeling, and broken weaves. The product looked like it was dragged out of a "free if you want to save me" pile at the local nursery. It's absolute trash for nearly $80 and the only compensation offered to me was a $20 credit, which is ridiculous considering they already issue a $20 gift certificate with every order. Their reasoning was that their substitution policy allows them to replace plants with something similar of a greater value and substitute colours as needed. None of this was true for what I received. There's no way these plants were of greater value, and there were no blooms of any colour whatsoever. I will NEVER order from Bloomex again. Absolutely shameful business practices.
I ordered a big bouquet of flowers and who I ordered from the man responded and told me all what's in the arrangement when my friend received her flowers she I asked her for a picture of them and it was a totally different bouquet. It was just roses.
I was very disappointed for what you spend could've gone to Costco gotten a dozen roses for 20 bucks beautiful flowers. I guess this is the last time I'm ordering from blue mix cause this is the second time they've done this to me.
Oh, and what they offered was a credit, not a discount of money being returned of any sort but a credit so that means I would've had to order flowers from them again no thank you

I ordered flowers for a special occasion, but unfortunately, this business failed to delivery as promised in the accepted and payble order. I agrred to change ETA to a day before. They changed the day and promised to notify with any changes. Than they changed color of the flower. So when the flower finally arrived, they were the wrong color- not even close to what I had originaly ordered. Bloomex coompletely ruined my plans.
If you are looking for reliability and attention to detail, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Very disapointed with the lack of communication and service.
We were not notified that a Bloomex order was being delivered to us. We found a Bloomex box on our front porch and the bouquet was frozen and flowers died quickly. It was -18 degrees when delivered.
Like most other reviews here, I agree there is NO customer service and NO responsibility taken by Bloomex for their errors. What I ordered: Designer Sympathy Collection III Supersized. (website shows 12 roses and more - 60cm H X 50cm W for "regular" bouquet)
What I got: 40cm H X 30cm W (with 4 roses & other cheap flowers) which is even slightly smaller than the "Regular" Designer Sympathy Collection I... PLUS the guy I ordered from on Chat convinced me to upgrade to the crystal hand blown glass vase "as my bouquet was SO LARGE" (what a joke) but they sent the cheap vase.
Every msg I sent had the same generic response, "we can't help you as its 24 hrs past delivery". If it had to do with the freshness of the flowers, this would make sense but if they would've read my emails, they would've known it was about not sending what I ordered and me wanting a refund for the difference of the cost of the vase. They definitely didn't read! "We Care". What a joke! I WISH THEY WOULD'VE TOLD ME WHEN THEY ADVERTIZE 50% OFF THEY REALLY MEANT 50% FEWER FLOWERS!

I ordered a SUPERSIZE Christmas dreams centerpiece for a dear friend for her Christmas table. It was to be mostly green branches with a center candle - NO carnations. It was to be delivered on 24 Dec 24.
The delivery went out days early and had already been in transit. The item was NOTHING as I had ordered - was not much bigger than the palm of a hand with mostly dead sprigs, one decimated pine cone and red carnations. I have photos attached.
NO customer service - NO Tracking as promised until I phoned and NO refund - except a partial credit ordered for future order for a business that I will NEVER EVER support again - SHAME ON YOU!
I tried to order 2 festive baskets for 2 separate clients at the same corporate address. After paying online, the website did not provide me with an option to specify who gets each gift. While trying to sort this out on the phone with Bloomex staff incapable to resolve the situation the website sent the order to some random address they had on file from my last year's order. After spending hours on the phone with incompetent staff the matter was not resolved and I was unable to cancel the order to avoid any business embarrassment. Stay away from Bloomex!. Keep safe from embarrassment.
Don't use this service. I didn't read reviews first. Sent a plant basket for Christmas. So embarrassed. Poinsettia was dying and plants just crammed into basket. I contacted customer service and not a good response from them. Altered my good review sent right after ordering and my bad review was rejected? Never again. Deal direct with a florist
Birthday flowers ordered but not delivered. Tracking stopped day of delivery. Bloomex will NOT offer a refund as it is "beyond their control" but does offer an instore credit on next purchase of $20 (original order was $98). The end.
I ordered the bouquet with a teddy bear, chocolates and a card and a balloon via site florist.ca, 3 weeks in advance cause the date of the delivery was super important and they delivered nothing! They were fast on charging my card almost 100 cad but play dead when I was asking for an update. Chat support disappeared after their employee took my info and told me to wait a minute. After that chat was unavailable. On e-mail support they ask for a order number and while I give them the number provided on the website, they don't have it and keep asking the same thing counting probably on me giving up. Very disappointing, I'm sorry I haven't read the reviews beforehand
I recently ordered a sunflower basket for my mother, as my uncle passed away. They are her favorite flower. What was delivered was a far cry from what I ordered. Not even a liner in the basket so the hot mess could be watered. Spent $90. Not one sunflower. Tried emailing (*******@bloomex)right away, no answer. I tried again next day(with pics) ignored again. I tried live chat. Was offered a $20 in store credit. Not good enough. I was then told by Paro that a manager would be in touch. That was days ago. I will NEVER use this company again. I ordered flowers spending so much money and ended up in a box even after ordering the vase, the get well balloon which was not a get well one but a smiley face one and a card. The dumb delivery person had just left it at the admission desk of a private hospital and gone. The staff at the admissions, advised me that they requested the delivery person to take it up to the ward, as they were leaving for the day, but he could not find it, so came back and left it unattended and sent me a photo saying it has been delivered. What an awful service. I received the email saying it was delivered, but when I checked with the patient at 7:15pm, she said that she did not receive anything. I had to call the hospital in circles to see where this idiot had left it. Very bad service and will never ever order from you again. Worst ever service I have had. I have ordered so many bunches of flowers which have been delivered in a proper way and in a nice vase, but this came in a package like a box. Imagine those flowers were all boiled up, by the time they reached the patient and mind you she had to get the nurse to put it in the vase. What a service? Flowers should not be left at admissions, but at a Reception desk if they are not in a position to find the area. Get better staff. What more all details are in the proof of purchase as to where and to whom it needs to get delivered too. So fed up with Bloomex

The flowers were arranged with the regrettable 6 small roses, one of which was already in bad shape.
I ordered the mega size, but my best friend got the small standard as it looks.

If I could give -5 I would. I have ordered flowers for my brothers wedding - paid about 200 cad maybe more in fact - what I got was pathetic - plus there were 0 lilies - obviously they were advertised answer was well it's as per our policy. Stay away from them - they are scam and plus chocolates never arrived
If I could give zero stars I would, stay away from this company, order white peace lilies due to death in family, yellow was delivered…was sent an email that they were substituting yellow at 8:27 and then 5 min later it was out for delivery, literally zero chance to change. After 4 phone called (3 hung up on without saying anything) I was offered a basket or new set of flowers….this is after the fact of the funeral and not acceptable…was not looking for refund, resend or anything else…refused them…why ask for phone number if you don't call….terrible and useless company…do not order from them.

Our story is they delivered a birthday flower order set up a week before to the wrong address (courier mistake apparently). We found out 2 days late, they offered a new shipment to go out or a credit. I wanted the refund as they missed the whole date and point of the flowers but was denied. Within a couple of weeks the same family had a death and I asked to send a bouquet from the credit with sympathy card and wrote out the words. Unbelievably they did not manage to send that flower order out not just once but TWICE. Meaning did not deliver the order 3 TIMES! They continue to refuse to refund me after they screwed up a birthday delivery and funeral back to back! Words fail me. Their refund policy states no refunds due to 'acts of good' well this is purely repeated man made errors and I STILL WANT MY MONEY! They keep emailing me VIP Customer, what a joke. Now they have the order On Hold permanently. This is theft, and I do not want my money to go to this unethical heartless company. Use a grocery store you will be far happier.
