I recently looked back in my emails and saw that I have been ordering roses from Heirloom since 2015! Although the ownership has changes, they continue to be a vendor that I trust and enjoy doing business with. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
I love your roses but your website isn't super friendly. I can never log in. I have to log in through some other app to get it to work. My favorites and cart don't save. It's hard to find things like the companion plants. There's no link to find them so if you don't know their name you're out of luck.

I love ordering roses from Heirloom. Their roses arrive healthy and vibrant. If ever I have any issues, I just have to reach out and someone from their staff will make it right. It's important to buy from family owned companies and I feel good about that.

Had such kind and thorough help from Brittany. Ordered a supply of fish fertilizer for the year - supurb product! Unlike what I've seen on the market in its category. This is a fine company.
I made some suggestions about the website, one include a disease-resistant section, and was blown away with the positive response. After some talking, I got to learn a bit about how customer service is trained, and how they give their own input into the company. I really enjoyed communicating with customer service. I have had attentive and thorough customer service before from other companies, but heirloom is personable and over-the-top. I'm very pleased.
Own-root roses, quality products and plants, terrific customer service.
I really love the high quality, beautiful roses that Heirloom Roses offer! They are beautiful and arrive alive and healthy. They offer advice and helpful tips to get started and plenty of soil amendments. If anything goes wrong, their warranty is excellent and their customer service is very good!

Quality and selection of roses.
The Beverly hybrid rose bush looked almost dead and quite small when it arrived. It's slowly starting to respond with some leaves appearing.
I'm disappointed given the cost of the plant.
My Plum Perfect own root rose arrived on time, which was remarkably quick, and in great health. I have purchased other roses from Heirloom and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this breeder.
Price and reputation.
Wonderful selection of roses and great customer service! But the important thing is the Type of plant. These have grown wonderfully since a planted them then left the country for 10 weeks, with housesitter car, but not my knowledgeable touch. I can't wait to watch them grow and hopefully won't have the problem some of my grafted roses have presented. One lavender rose had a red spot last year, and after the winter and pruning, the entire bush is coming back red. My deep yellows rose next to a white rose that has gone very pink, has lost it's vibrancy. I do have something going on in this garden, but I can tell these roses which have already bloomed in brilliant colors will stay that way. Hooray

This was my first time to order from Heirloom Roses and I was not very pleased. I received and email with a video explaining how I should expect to receive my rose. The package was delayed by several days and when it arrived, it was missing the rod to keep the plant from shifting in the box, the plant itself was protruding out of the box, and the contents of the container (dirt and rose plant) were emptied into the bag it was wrapped in. This was ordered as a Mother's Day gift, so it was quite an embarrassing gift to give. I also am not sure if the plant will live considering the condition in which it was received.
I received an email saying that my email would be sent to a person to address it. I have not heard back. That was just yesterday, but then I received this email to rate my experience. I’m still hopeful that someone will respond to my inquiry.
I had seen a review on Instagram and explored the site. I was impressed by what I saw and hopeful to have a beautiful plant to add to my mother-in-law’s garden. I was also hopeful to order for myself in the future.
I received my roses late but it was no fault of heirloom roses. Shipping company had them for 8 days and I was worried about the plants being DOA. Spoke to Sonya at HR and she described how they were packaged and what they prepared them prior to shipping for just such circumstances. They arrived in great shape and all is well. Thanks Greg

My roses have always come in healthy and ready to grow. Some have done better then others after planting, but that's not Heirlooms fault.
Own root roses
Just getting back into creating a garden after living overseas for 7 years. We had Heirloom Roses before, as well as some David Austin and loved them. Looking forward to a new generation of roses.

Wide variety, good prices, more availability than competitors
I have two of these climbing roses and need a third, (of course). Purchased last Fall and it was recently delivered in wonderful condition. It's up to me now.

Were rude on the phone I want to acquaint myself with the roses you stock and was told since I was not a previous customer that they would not send me a catalog.
I was to receive my Impressionist rose May 1, was notified in late April that it would come shortly. It was shipped April 28 (per Heirloom). In early May got a notice from FedEx that there was some sort of unspecified problem. It did not arrive till 5/9. I would say that is an unsatisfactorily long trip. Some of the smallest branches were starting to yellow. Perhaps you need to change your shipper. FedEx was a disaster. I think the rose may be ok - I soaked it well and planted per your instructions. At least I hope so. This is no way to ship live plant material. At least it was beautifully packed. Now - fingers crossed!
I received a response from Sonya yesterday. I only contacted them after FedEx appeared to have lost the rose. I think I wrote her the day before the rose was suddenly and inexplicably delivered. She seems lovely but FedEx seemed to have resolved the issue, so I don't think she had to do much.
