Since I live in Kelowna, BC I was given the name of the florist by a nurse at the hospital. I called the next day and spoke to a very pleasant lady and gave her my top dollar figure and for her to make the best choice of flowers, vase and to deliver to the hospital for a friend who'd had a stroke. From the information I received from those who were visiting Vera that the bouquet was very nice and Vera had tears in her eyes when it was delivered.
Our orders are always handled promptly. The staff are friendly and courteous. We highly recommend Bloom.

The positive point is that they delivered on a short notice order. The negative point is that the flowers didn't look very attractive, no color just light pink but lots of nice looking greens. Some of the flowers had started wilting within 2 days and in a week there wasn't much left to see when I went to my mom's to see the bouquet. Then, I'd say, it was too costly for what it was. So far, I don't think I'll order from there again. Sorry... 🤔
I ordered online it was ready quickly and when I went in to pick it up the flower stylist was very friendly and happy to have the creative freedom. The blooms were beautiful and long lasting.
Ordered online. Received confirmation of order via email at 10:22 AM. By the end of the day I still had not received confirmation if it was delivered or not. I called after checking their hours online since they were closing soon and was told that their system is such that it's not an automated immediate confirmation of delivery (in her words as it is when ordering pizza.) I received an email after I phoned. However, on the phone I was told the flowers had been delivered and the email said confirmation that the order is on its way, when it should've read confirmation they had been delivered etc.
Typically, I receive a photo of the arrangement from other florist experiences in this city and my local florist in my city, They did not. I still don't know what the arrangement looked like so I can't comment whether it was satisfactory or not. They did deliver on the day requested on my online order.

It was seamless. I called the shop. She took my order and made suggestions. The sympathy flowers were delivered to the house the next day. The recipients sent us a picture of the beautiful bouquet.

I ordered a floral arrangement to fill a small basket that I provided for Bloom Florist.
I arranged a pick up time after work & just before they closed for the day.
I was running late so I called & asked them if they could wait 5 minutes past closing for me to arrive. They did & I picked up a beautifully created floral centrepiece for our organization's Spring Event!

I needed a floral arrangement to bring to a friend.
I went into your shop thinking I'd order an arrangement to be be made & picked up the next day but when I went in and realized there was an arrangement ready made that only required a few more blossoms & filler added for my order to be filled, I walked out with it that day.
The next day was stormy weather so I was glad I had picked it up & delivered it to my friend that day!

This was my second time using Bloom because my girlfriend finds their flowers last longer and they tend to have better arrangements than others in the area. But it's not just the quality of the bouquet, their customer service is excellent. I asked for a few modifications in my online order and wasn't sure if this would be possible. They reached out to me after they received the order and we were able to discuss my requests. They're very kind and easy to work with. I see no reason to go with anyone else.
Although I did not order or purchase any flowers for me that day, my husband, family and friends did. They were most beautiful and delightful. Thank you for your exceptional service.
