The selection is great, and the prices are OK (I don't mind paying more for the convenience of "everything under one roof"), but I'm only willing to use Best Buy for the collect at store option now.
Beware!, they WILL sell you (or try real hard to sell you/pass off to you) refurbished junk, even after you specifically stated/warnedtheir store nerd/drones that you do NOT want anything refurbished/rebuilt/re-manufactured and only want NEW items, and they charge (or try to) the same for rebuilt as new, that IS a huge No-No! They also overly mark up their prices and they do NOT haggle like NORMAL electronics stores! And NEVER allow their dork squad sissy 'tards anywhere near your computer/laptop/ANYTHING!, they are very untrained/under trained and do NOT know what they are doing and always only want to "reformat" for every little problem that does NOT need to be fixed by reformatting! Thay SHOULD be called WORST BUY!
This time I have purchased 128GB SSD from bestbuy. And now my laptop boots at rocket speed. Really happy with the price and product and their super fast delivery.
Absolutely terrible service and ordering system.
I placed an order online, it failed verification twice for no reason.
I then called in and with a very lengthy phone call manually placed the order and was told everything is fine. Only to received a verification failed email a few moments after putting the phone down.
Further lengthy phone calls and being bounced around, I was told they dont know why it fails and worst still they dont have any answers or ways of doing the order.
This after my bank confirmed there is not problem and they authorised all the order attempts.
I am an international customer, yet the only help they could offer was "please come into the store" or buy on your next visit to the states.
Never in my years have I had any company, let alones such as large one deal so badly with a customer!

DONT ever shop their but if you must pay cash! They billed us over $450 with I 3 years. Insurance for a cell phone and laptop we hadn't used in a couple of years. When you buy these items with credit card the sale automatically comes with insurance. Ours was billed randomly and as it was around $30 a month my husband never looked at bank statements. I got no where with corporate in MN but a run around. I did call the Best Buy Store in Salisbury, MD and talked to a very nice manager that gave me info but couldn't help with past billing. They said I was asked at time of purchase if I wasn't insurance and stated it was the day before Christmas and no one asked us. Manager said cashier could of forgotten to ask but it's put in the receipt he said, probly near the bottom.
It would of cost me more for attorney fees so I didn't persue it. My family will never buy anything from them again.
SCARY thing was I wanted any info from our account closed and the manager couldn't find me. He did find my husbands name debit card number but they had him living at 201 instead of 301 with a Kathy Quakinbush who we know. I went to talk to them and the phone number B. B. Had on account wasn't ours but it was Kathy's fax number she had used in the past.
How does a company mix up and combine info they must use address and hit the 2 by accident instead of 3. Only the store manager have me this info as when I called on account because I wasn't Kathy Quackenbush they wouldn't give me any info. Pretty scary as Kathy could of bought something on line and my husband would of been billed for it.
Best Buy is my go to site for most to all my hard to find cd & dvd buys. I highly suggest check them out for future buys
I never had any problems with buying or returning any item. But I will only give 4 stars because their markup on most items are way over the top. But they stand behind their name brands they offer. At least in my local store.
Decided to purchase two new Android phones from Everbuying as a friend had recently bought one from them.
The phones arrived within 8 days of payment,(very fast shipping).
The phones are very very good and totally as per description on the website, very good quality for such a bargain price.
We are very happy with our purchase and will be shopping at Everbuying for similar items very soon.
Didn't receive the goods and try to ask money back, but i failed.
Not so good as they said... just so so... didn't get good service and products as expected.

Answer: I would write a letter to your state's attorney general. There are laws regarding taking advantage of senior citizens. I would specifically ask for documentation from Best Buy in which your grandmother gave them permission to recycle her 18 month old computer. If they cannot produce that document they may be in very big trouble with the state's attorney general. I would also write the BBB and contact your public officials. This I think would be paramount to theft if your grandmother did not give them permission to recycle her computer. On the flip side of things, ASUS is a very good machine. My son is a computer scientist and swears by ASUS. I have three ASUS machines one of which is over 5 years old and it is a workhorse. Unless something significant happens in the ASUS business world, I will continue to buy ASUS!
