Can shop for products by manufacturer, user ratings, price, color, etc. I love that it's SO easy to narrow down my options.

Also like the option of considering their re-manufactured (used) computer products at an even better price. I've purchased these before and have never had any quality issues over years of use.

I purchased an LG front load washer/dryer from best buy Ocala, fl in May 2014. Of course at check out they wanted me to purchase geek squad protection. Best buy told me this was the best washer/dryer. In March 2015 this washer started leaking water. I phoned LG and they sent a service man out. He couldn't find the leak and stated if it leaked again to call back. Sure enough that week end I used the washer and it leaked, again. I phoned LG and they stated it was my laundry detergent. I explained I'm using what I've used since day one, why did it take 9 months to leak. They were totally uncaring and just kept blaming me. I phoned best buy, Ocala fl and the man attempted to help me. He stated LG needs to replace the washer. He phoned LG and they again sent a repairman. Again, he couldn't find the leak. I phoned best buy Ocala, fl again and now it was a different story. They REFUSE to help me. They stated I didn't buy geek protection. What an absolute joke. I haven't made it through the manufacturers first year warranty. Best buy has no customer service. They sold me this washer/dryer, they took my money. I spent $2400. 00 but that wasn't enough for them. They want consumers to pay extra for them to stand behind products they sell. I've filed a formal complaint with consumer affairs. Anyone wanting to purchase washer/dryers, check out consumer affairs. They have over 1000 complaints on LG. I've cancelled my account with best buy. I will never spend another dollar there. They don't care about anything but making money.

Prices and selection are as bad online as they are in-store; I don't know how this awful company stays in business. Product descriptions are sketchy. Questions take days to get a response and when it comes, it does not contain an answer. Ridiculous.

AWFUL

Broke my mother's MacBook Air and completely refused to fix it, despite the facts that A) it was their fault, and B) it was still under warranty with their store. AVOID BEST BUY. YOUR WALLET DEPENDS ON IT.

The prices are always too high at Best Buy. I used to love going to Best Buy till about 5 years ago. But ever since 5 hours ago Best Buy has been a place where people are not very friendly. They really don't help you. And act very obnoxious if you are not educated about a certain technological thing. Overall I prefer other stores.

Exemplary Service

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding exemplary service I recently received at the Best Buy store located in Homestead Pittsburgh. While looking for a wireless router to boost my internet signal I spoke with a sales representative named Dustin. Dustin was very informative on the different types and brands of routers, and spent significant time discussing each option. Before speaking with Dustin I had very little knowledge on routers and was unsure of the type of product I needed. His time and advice was very important in my decision on which device to purchase and gave me a better understanding of the product that I was buying.

Along with Dustin's superb service, I also had a great experience with the customer service desk while making a return at the same location. When returning a computer docking station, that I found to be incompatible with my laptop, the product was retuned without hassle and I was given a full refund. I was very happy with the employee's understanding of my situation and the time they spent with me in finding the correct product for my computer.

I am bring this to your attention because the service I received from both Dustin and the customer service desk have led to my return to the Homestead store several times, and due to my experience I will continue to shop at this Best Buy location.

Though a very organized outfit, they have something to be desired with prices! Why should it cost me $200 to just have a membership for computer repair. They used to charge $75 for the same exact thing. Guess they need to make money. Also, their return policies stink. I dreaded ever having to return something for they act like as if you kicked their dog or something. I don't need that and I especially don't need to pay higher prices on things either!

I buy almost all my electronics here because they have great wannabes and they stand behind them. The stores are all set up similar so it makes things easy to find. They have a huge selection of products.

Best Buy is the Best! Great products, excellent customer service and competitive prices. I've purchased three computers, a couple of televisions, Beats Speakers, Beats Earphones and many more electronic items.
The only problem I've ever had was the Beats Speaker Box I received was wired for service in Europe. I had absolutely no problems in returning it.

I've bought a lot of computers, electronics, etc. from Best Buy. They have improved their return policies. I especially like "Geek Squad" and their help by buying a yearly maintenance package which I have used a lot.

Not enough employees to answer questions but generally very knowledgeable.
