I have been using CollectPlus from its early days, so almost 15 years worth of regular business. While had one or two issues with parcels the service was good and especially their support and claims dept.
However after this has been taken under Yodel the support is frankly trash. No more direct contact only a chat feature, and that is fronted by 2nd line support who cant only give out so much information ending with copy pasta in the end.
The final straw was a large printer boxed in retail packaging, so large and very identifiable has gone missing. The receiver contacted them on the 14th and was told there was a postcode issue and it has been sorted and the parcel will be delivered following day.
They gave up by the 17th as they got given conflicting info, and I ended up contacting Yodel chat to be told that in fact the parcel is missing and cant be located. Case was opened and now its the 28th and despite following up on it several times, they have literally zero information.
How this is ok, and more so how Yodel expects an online seller to sit tight with no info for 2 weeks before they propose any action is beyond me. When they fully know that dispute processes only allow a few days before the receiver gets an automatic refund.
At this point, as much as I regret, I am going to have to look at other options. And this is from a long standing loyal customer who even recommended them to others regularly.

I heard about this guy being the one who commercialized this after being kicked out of the original crew.
But the lack of rules enforcement, privacy breaches and disregard to vet claims and defamation of character on there site shows the true colors.
My advice there are plenty of other honest and better places to get your info from, especially the real deal insanelymac.

I placed a very high value order of $500 dollars for several M2 SSD.
I chose the actual shop which is the one who makes the SSD, in order to not have a problem with the order.
YET STILL, I received the order and one SSD is missing.
After nearly a 45 min support chat with AliExpress, they made me file a dispute and give photo of the box and contents, which I did immediately while on chat.
Very next day they make a decision on the claim as INVALID and DENIED, unless I can (and get this) obtain an official letter from the courier the seller used saying that the SSD was not in the package.
Thats right the seller has to give ZERO evidence and is assumed to be 100% right if they say it. But the buyer has to prove it, and by means which they know FULL WELL is impossible to prove.
I have now had to open a PayPal dispute, which I thank God I used.
In one short word the AliExpress Disupte process is an ABSOLUTE JOKE, and is not worth anything to the buyer unless it is a 100% clear cut undeniable reason such as it was not shipped. In which situation it is still useless because there IS NO DISPUTE in that situation as the seller has no leg to stand on in the first place!
Take my advice (unless you dont mind loosing money), either dont use AliExpress or if you do pay via PayPal and / or credit card. So your protected against fraud / cheating.

Avoid, a very dishonest company.
Even thought I was sent a faulty graphics card, they would not even refund a dime to me. The card arrived very obviously damaged, as could be seen when they so call inspected it.
Now I have wasted over $200 and am furious!
Dont take risk, as you not only have the risk of dodgy sellers from there but then you have this so called company who is meant to have your back, but in end will not help. Just there to take a large chunk of there cut and then your on your own.

Made several bookings through Quidco, following the correct procedure and very carefully (disabling blockers, plugins and even my AV).
All my transactions tracked in the Quidco system, however 2 months later they refused all cashback, and said there is no proof that the transactions were done through Qudico. Even though they are tracked in the system. Sadly Quidco were not prepared to do anything, and fobbed me off.
I have never had any of these problems through other major accommodation booking sites such Booking.com / Trivago, com / Expedia.com.
My honest advice, dont use Priceline.com unless you have to. DOnt support companies that behave in this manner, with dishonesty.

Absolutely terrible service and ordering system.
I placed an order online, it failed verification twice for no reason.
I then called in and with a very lengthy phone call manually placed the order and was told everything is fine. Only to received a verification failed email a few moments after putting the phone down.
Further lengthy phone calls and being bounced around, I was told they dont know why it fails and worst still they dont have any answers or ways of doing the order.
This after my bank confirmed there is not problem and they authorised all the order attempts.
I am an international customer, yet the only help they could offer was "please come into the store" or buy on your next visit to the states.
Never in my years have I had any company, let alones such as large one deal so badly with a customer!
