Always go to the cary n. C store for all our electronics and appliance buys. Always been a great experience for us and the.com site has always been a 5 star for us.we have bought so much we always get free shipping which is a plus... love best buy...

This is long overdo, but in January, a year ago, we went into a Best Buy and ordered a dishwasher, and another high ticket item, that we found on their website. On the delivery day, we get two conflicting texts, bottom line is they have no more machines, since they dropped ours that morning., and the other said it is on it's way here. The new delivery date was 6 weeks later, and we had already waited 4 weeks. I called and talked to the store itself, where we were fed more lies, and then I called corporate headquarters. The lovely lady yessed me to death, made nice, and that was the last I ever heard from her, despite assurances that she'd call back as their computers were down. I gave up and bought the machine locally, from an independent that delivered that weekend. Fabulous machine, by the way.

Best Buy reminds me of Crazy Eddie. The site is in existence because of its well known stores. The merchandise is overpriced and who wants to go through the hassle of disputing prices after the fact. Avoid this mouse trap.

A New Computer?

I bought a new HP computer at Best Buy 4 months ago and just last night wanted to insert a disc in the disc drive, but THERE IS NO DISC DRIVE. The outline for the door is there, but no way can it be opened. When I called Best Buy this morning I was told most computers now do not include disc drive. He said of all the computers in their store today, only 3 have disc drive. I had 2 choices...an external disc drive for $20,00 or they could install one for $65.00. Of course, I took the external cause I don't want to do without while they alter mine. I suggested it would be a courtesy on their part to at least warn prospective customers. Hope this helps you!

Be cautious when purchasing items from Best Buy. They promise free items on some products and then you never receive the email on how to claim them. When you chat with them on-line they just give the run around and tell you that you have to call their hot line and chase the information down yourself and find out why you never got the email. What a crock. So much for their customer service, they seem to forget who the customer is.

I recently purchased a couple things for my iPhone through Best Buy - I realize I could have just driven a few miles there but there's never a guarantee that the story will carry what I need. Purchasing through bestbuy.com is easy, and I think the site is pretty well organized and easy to navigate.

I tend to go to Best Buy when I need something quickly. It is helpful to be able to go online and then pick up the item I want in store. So while I may not like their prices or their staff at least when I need something quickly I am able to get it. If they could improve the politeness of their staff and make them feel less confrontational that would be great.

After rescheduling my delivery appointment almost a month ago, 9 minutes into my new scheduled 12 to 6 delivery window, someone called to say that they were too busy to deliver my appliances. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. We're currently on hold to speak to a customer service representative on two phones. One to discuss this and one to cancel our month old order.

Good Quality

With my experiences with Best Buy, they have overall kind, helpful workers. Whenever I buy any technical devices they usually have it. The one thing I don't like about it is how expensive it can be there. Some people just don't have that kind of money. However, I am aware that everything is growing more expensive these days. Overall a good store to buy good quality tech.

Self pick up

When I arrived to the warehouse office the receptionist greeted me very warmly and professionally. She asked for my receipt and ID. I informed her that I needed to do two trips and she said no problem and took care of everything quickly and professionally. Thank you for having employees with a great attitude and knowledge. Thank you Arcarla and Adolfo warehouse man (not sure of spelling)

Bestbuy service is going from bad customer service to fraud. I took my Apple Watch for service they diagnosed it and mentioned that it was a manufacture defect and they would fix it. After I handover the watch they damaged it and were saying it was physically abused. When I asked to give that in writing, they refused to give it. If anyone want to go to best buy for service make sure you take pictures before you give it to them. They are liars and don't ever believe their word. I will never buy anything from best buy ever again.

Excellent Service

I went to Best Buy in Roseville MN today. Austin, a staff, was really patient to fix my daughter's cell phone. It took almost an hour. I was very moved that he worked so hard and tried many things to solve the problem that I had.

They are really Bad

Do not order online, or do pickups. This store will eventually go under due to incompetent management. This is the third and final time I will order from Best Buy. I refuse to shop in a place that takes your personal time for hostage and treat you as though taking your money is doing you a favor. And forget about the "open box" thing. It just seems like a poor bait and switch tactic for you to purchase something more expensive. To Best Buy as a company, if you don't fix your online ecommerce platform, and you inventory management system, you are going to end up on the "history" shelf right along side Circuit City and Radio Shack. I purchased a refrigerator for my 85 year old father back in August 2020. Here is it December 28th, and no refrigerator. Actually, the first one came in September and the door was severely damaged. I refused delivery and here I am still waiting. My poor dad had no fridge, and they do not care. They rescheduled it again for tommorrow, and never had the decency to tell me that they cancelled again. I happened to check up on it so that I could go down to his house to help him accept it and clean out his old, barely working one. Now, who knows when they will decide to deliver it. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere for appliances. Best Buy stinks! I tried contacting them every which way, and I cant get through to even send them a message. Now my poor dad's food is all going bad every day. Shame on Best Buy! They should be ashamed of themselves.

Best Buy Deception
December 11, 2020

I ordered an item that every other retailer including Amazon said was on back order. I foolishly believed Best Buy that said the item was in stock. I ordered for store pick up which was the fastest. Of course the item was not ready for pick up on the designated date and will not come until the same date as when the other retailers more honestly said it would be available. To cover themselves Best Buy states, sometimes items are delayed in delivery. But it is abundantly clear that this is a ruse that I fell for.

I love coming to this store. I am a tech buff. I love technology. If it makes life simpler, I love it. What I like the most of best buy is the fact that they always have refurbished items at very low competitive prices. I usually come here to buy tablets, laptops, and PCs. Mostly electronics. And whats important is that they all come with warranties. So you are in a way covered. If you are looking to purchase refurbished goods and decent prices. I think this might be the right place :)

I purchased a new Iphone for an event that my wife would have in 5 days. I was promised by the cell phone sales/technician that the phone would be shipped by two day shipping. Twelve days later (a week after my wife's celebration party) I got the phone. Double Bummer: I had to go to my wife's party with only excuses. Honey, I used Best Buy. Never Again. Back to Amazon

I brought a laptop computer through Best buy marketplace. But it is defective. I took it back to bestbuy, try to get my refund. What they said market is not belong to best but. You have to contact the seller yourself.it took me 3 week still no refund. But as I look at my online payment, the money is charged buy best buy using PayPal. Why they don't serve my return.My trust to best buy all this year's, now is gone. Anyone buy online from them make sure is not from market place merchant. You got no guarantee and no support from them. Buyer beware!?
