I order a grey sweatshirt and grey jogger for my husband, when I placed my order you can clearly see in the picture and in the description line that the both items were grey. When I received my order I got a grey sweatshirt and a Black Jogger(sweatpants) When I told them I received the wrong item they just told me to send it back and it will take 18 days to replace it. I'm going to Italy and I don't have 18 days to wait for this pants. A sorry don't help. Do not order from this store this happened to me twice already but for sure it won't be a 3rd time.In the labels you can clearly see that both were ordered in a grey color. I do believe that they didn't have the color I order, instead of asking me or notify me, they just send it, since it's so difficult to return or get you money back they figure no body have time for that they just going to stay with the order. I really dislike this website never again.
First there clothing is designed for women without any curves. I purchased a dress in my size (8) and it was loose in the chest and arms and extremely tight in the hips. I tried to return it per their instructions. I dropped it in a mail drop box and thought that would be it. Almost two weeks later I emailed customer service and asked when I would be seeing my refund, they told me they wouldn't refund me with proof of postage. I explained that I used the return postage that was provided in the original package. They ignore this fact and continues to tell me they couldn't do anything. I lost $160 to a company that doesn't have any trust in their consumers.
I specially registered here for writting this. This shop is nightmare. 4 months and still no information from shop. Just this stupit words 4+ monts. "Just a quick update...
Your order has left our warehouse and will be with you soon." How shop shipping their items without tracking and even they can not know where they are. WIll never buy here.
Ordered my wedding dress from them and got all the shipping information.
On the day of delivery, I got all the other items in my order that didnt have shipping information, EXCEPT the dress.
All i wanted to know where the dress was, but all i got was a bunch of passive aggressive checks i have to confirm to make sure i didnt "miss" my delivery. I got a delivery, just not the item they said they'd delivery.
Had to pay customs and everything and had to demand they refund my customs amount as well.
Got my money back, but not really sure what to do now that I dont have a wedding dress...
Feedback? Don't do bridal if you can't deliver, that stuff is TIME SENSITIVE and if you can't keep to what you promise... don't do it at all.

In black Friday period i have ordered from Asos.com 3 items, but after 15 days only 1 out of 3 was delivered in my address...
They have refunded the amount for the other two items and when i asked them why they haven't informed me before making any action they told me that they sent me an email (they lie as i checked junk folder and there was nothing there...).
I have asked them(3 times 3 different people with the names Jasmine, Conlen, Sophie) when the other two items will be despatched and they told me that they sent my money back so i will not get the other two items of my order because there are not in stock and they do not know when they will be in stock.
Such an unprofessional behavior, i lost the Black Friday period as i would have ordered from other online shop!
My first time order at asos.com, really suck. I live in Jakarta Indonesia. And when i made my order at 22 Dec 2015, i was told by system that my orders will be arrived before and on 22nd January 2016. And now, till today, 29th January, it didn't arrive yet. I made several contacts to the Customer Service, and their answers, mostly are SUCK. And yet, they were asking me to check my neighbors in case they took my orders.
I am so much with this site. I regretted buying things on this site. Compares to Aliexpress.com (China ones), this site really suck.---- Update 24th April, my orders with Asos.com been solved.
On their website stating if product under Cad$150, you don't have to pay import tax but I am being charged $76cad for $115 goods. And now they ask me to pay for it and then return the goods but they will not refund me the tax charges. If I can, I will give NO star for this company
Received item that was not even remotely what I ordered. Returned back over two months ago. Asked for them to send what I ordered instead of wrong item. They couldn't. Instead had to wait for them to process return... Nothing to date and same bot reply message when trying to contact for return of funds.
I have ordered many times from this company. They have great products, but THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you lose your package, good luck getting answers because all they do is tell you to come back another day and they will help. I've been through this cycle for over two weeks now and am still in the process of finding out what happened to my order. There is no need for a 24/7 customer service team if all they do is deliver false promises. Super careless too, they pretty much tell you to come back tomorrow and close that chat.
I'm told that in the past this company was good. Through England, has US website. Don't order from them. I ordered one small item, got all the email notifications saying it was on it's way (including tracking number) and then before it got to my town suddenly the tracking stopped. Tried working with ASOS - finding a complaint email is difficult and got lots of "sorry your package hasn't arrived, we're looking it". Finally after a month of emails, I went to their FB page and started posting comments on their articles - found out that lots of other people had the same issues. Then the FB commentator for ASOS (there are many) responded back and asked for SSN and DOB to refund the order. That's when I quit, filed a bank fraud with my bank and am letting my bank fight it out. I only wish I would of saved myself the stress and read reviews before ordering from this company.
The t-shirt i want cost 35$ can on Adidas website + tax it cost 40,25$ + free shipping.
With Asos i have to pay 40$ + tax/duty + shipping - code CA15 = 40 + 15 + 15 - 6$ = 64$
23,75$ différence between Adidas and Asos.
If you are Canadian don't but form Asos. Its just a wast of money
Asos is one of the best retailer stores ever. They offer free shipping and returns to the US. (They send you a pre paid label for returns). It's super convient and their customer service gets back to you in 48hours at the VERY most.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They will claim they never received your returns, can only help you if you provide documentation (you wont have because you don't expect them to steal) and keep your product AND money.
I order 2 items on monday with express shipping, cause i need the clothes before the weekend. Thursday items are still not shipped, so i contact live chat. They let me know that there has been an error at there warehouse, and he tells me it will arrive on the 1th december, so we agree that he cancels, and i will get money in 5-10 days. Friday morning, i go to my local city to buy some clothes instead, and when i get home, the package arrives, but now i don't need it. So i contact customer service about the problem, and they refuse to refund me the return cost 12 gbp. Why do i have to pay the return cost, when its they're fault?
The company is a joke. They are a billionaire company, but they have no respect for theyre customers.
Unprofessional store that just scammed me. The jacket ripped after 1 month of wearing it. I wrote to costumer service 4 times and they told us to throw away the jacket and they provided a refund which I did not receive. I have never been cheated by any shop in Europe. It seems to me that in the European Union there is a 12-month warranty on branded items. Asos doesn't seem to honor the warranty. Isn't it weird that the store gives out promo codes 5 times a week? They sell waste and that's it. All the things I bought there are already ripped and pilled and they didn't last even 6 months. Buy cheap and short on asos

I recently ordered from ASOS for the first time, sadly I don't think I will again. I ordered the ASOS Curve embroidered sweat button dress. Once opening the package and looking at the item I noticed that all throughout the embroidered parts of the dress random strings are popping out and hanging loose. Now this wouldn't be a huge problem if it was just in one or two spots, but it is ALL OVER the embroidery. I paid $61.66 for a dress that looks like it was barley finished.
I've ordered a Christmas present on Sunday (16th December), I even paid 20 for Next-Working Day delivery and I haven't received it yet! I have to mention that the order was supposed to arrive to Romania on 18th December. And now they are telling me that it hasn't even been shipped from their warehouse and to wait 8 working days until they can do something! They don't want to cancel the order or to ship it. They do nothing except passing from one to another from their team. I was left without 170 and without Christmas present! It's disappointing!
Out of 5 things I ordered I will return 4 (and still in doubt about the fifth piece). All things are very poor quality and do not match the picture at all. The coat I ordered smells really bad, is different colour and texture than the picture, it fits poorly etc. The sunglasses I ordered do not match the picture as well, they seem much bigger in real life. The bralette I ordered is complitely different colour and texture compared to the photo (in real life bright pink, in the photo pastel lilac). The belt I ordered came damaged and does not match the photo as well. The shoes I ordered are really poor quality. Overall, I am deeply disappointed and will not purchase anything from the website again!
Ordered a pair of gold slides I loved online. They came in the wrong size but advertised that my size was available. Reordered the correct size and again the wrong size came, very very disappointed. If my size wasn't available why advertise that they have bigger sizes may or may not try for another pair. Amazon keep looking better and better even tho I want to try other sites.
U bought a sweatshirt and a swimsuit, when I got it, I was charged additional 23$, and when I opened the package I discovered a sweatshirt with a huge stain on it and the swimsuit that literally fits my 9 years old daughter. I wrote to customer service and attached pictures and they just told me they are sorry and I didn't get any refund.

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
