Received item that was not even remotely what I ordered. Returned back over two months ago. Asked for them to send what I ordered instead of wrong item. They couldn't. Instead had to wait for them to process return... Nothing to date and same bot reply message when trying to contact for return of funds.

Took an unauthorized payment from my account due to automatic renewal which I did not sign up for. Would not refund and could not get paypal to refund. Accused me of fraud and canceled my account. Funny things is there should be some kind of gain with fraud. I am now out over $100 USD, no reverb account and no refund. Where is my gain? TERRIBLE service!
