From the time I confirmed and paid for my item, to the time I did not receive it a month after their estimated date of arrival, my tracking was untraceable. Their courier partner in my country told me the tracking number does not exist. Agents I chat to online all have the same approach, I'm so sorry, I understand your frustration, yet none of them kept to their word! They are taught to be empathetic, its actually annoying. Once the date passed where I was to receive my order, yet nothing arrived, they asked me to rate my item, I explained what had happened and my review was rejected. Four months later after speaking from agent to agent I finally got my refund. Will definitely not purchase from this site again.
Very stylish, and comfortable for all-day use. These are running shoes, but I will be wearing them for regular occasions and maybe training. They look great and fit perfectly, with no complaint of any kind.
Fast delivery, good new collections, good and fast website, fast support. Best online shop!
I never had an issue with ASOS until recently. The live chat never works, and it is literally impossible to reach anyone for customer service. Their "contact now" button is down, there is no e-mail provided as an alternative, and no number given. I received a dress with broken sequins and a zipper that won't zip up, and I don't know how to contact them to get help.
Asos is like H&M, but with more flare and better discounts. MUCH MORE student friendly than any other site comparable to what they specialize in. Still, it's a hit or miss with asos. You could either get something that is fabulous and has perfect quality. Or get some abysmal fabric that sits on you like a convict suit. That's the beauty of asos. You have to really know what they fabric is made of: not just how it appears on photo.
Ordered a pair of expensive Levi jeans because they looked top notch, but when I got them they had those really annoying fashion slits in both the knees. The picture on there site certainly didn't have them so I am kind of disappointed with what I got. Gonna think next time before I order a pair of jeans off these guys again.
I several times ordered different items from asos. I was satisfied with some of my items, sometimes dissatisfied. For me, the main problem is with your shoes. Try to fix it.Until now I bought 4 shoes and 3 of them are not my size. Despite all of them are size 4. Anyway you have very stylish and in good quality clothing.
After reading reviews on asos I think I'll skip the cute black lace up boots. It seems the better business bureau has ALOT of complaints about this company were customers are not
Receiving thier items ordered and also not getting thier refunds. They also have a no contact number only a online assistant through text. This company needs to work on that.
Terrible customer service. Overseas chat/call centres with no complaints team. What company has no complaints team? ASOS has really gone down hill and I will never go through the hassle of shopping with a company with no adequate customer service. I was told incorrect information after being on chat with them for two hours and then the manager "Rafael" cut off the chat when I informed him that the information was incorrect. There is no recourse for customers.
I'm not really sure how some of these reviews that I'm reading are able to get a hold of a customer service person. I was told there was no phone number. Chat but that said getting a person but the answers to everything were so scripted I do not believe there was an actual person. I will never do business with this company again only companies that have phone numbers so you can talk to an actual person. Unfortunately it cost me $300 to find this out. ASOS hates their customers.
Shame on you asos and on aramex also, my order got delayed 1 month. Then when i received it i rejected for return as asos costumer care advised me. Then the return was delayed almost 1month also and have passed the timeframe for return and now i dont have the item amd i wont get a refund what is this logicc! This is unfair and unprofessional and unacceptable shame on you!
I've been customer to ASOS for a long time because it had free delivery and good return policy which is important to be competitive on the developing market of internet shopping. They've recently changed their return policy, so read carefully! It says "28 days for return" as a headline but you actually only have 14 days to register your return and the rest 14 days are to send your items back.
I always read carefully the return policy so I noticed this change. Unfortunately, I started to register my return last day late in the evening and experienced technical issues to login to my account so I didn't manage to register my return before the midnight. After I updated my iOS I was able to login to my account again but the return button has already disappeared. I contacted the support team directly next day and asked them to help me with returning of some items of the order (some I wanted to keep). They refused and said that it's against return policy even though I explained the situation and said that it has been just a several hours late (not even one day). They also asked me to send print screens of my login issue which I unfortunately didn't do. So my advise - do print screens on every step that you do on their web page or just do not order from ASOS to avoid complications. There are other market places which offer better return and refund policies up to 60 days (not just 14). Really disappointed!
I truly don't understand what's the point of sending completely different size than the one ordered? You think people are that stupid they won't notice difference between xl and xs or you just don't care? Disappointed. Never ordering again.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Failed to deliver my order and the order is nowhere to be seen on my account but payment taken through paypal. Tried paypal resolution centre but Asos stated delivery was made (definitely not). No customer phone number only email which takes an age for any contact. Avoid this company its rotten!
ASOS has by far the worst customer service ever. Had refund issues. First time chatting with them, they promised a full refund in 10 days. Never received it. Tried to chat with them again, one manager called "MA" was very rude. Didn't say a word but keeps end my chat. Now my account has been blocked. I can't even chat to them anymore.
Why is this business still running? Why do you even have CS when you offers no help?
Terrible customer service. Have not received items and they've only sent partial refund. Cannot get in touch with anyone. Their chat service never works... I have been contacting them for over a month now with no luck.
Horrible! They sent me broken shoes with ZERO shame!
After paying for express shipping and then receiving my shoes completely BROKEN seriously!
I've read reviews about other South Africa's experiencing this but wow, it's clear they think very little of Africans! It didn't break while shipping! It was in protective packaging and boxes! This is ridiculous! The soles are completely loose!
Firstly asos have got a lot to answer for. Wrong items sent to me, parcels going missing. Returns not been issued. ASOS have blocked my account with no reason given. I have then contacted them to say why it has been blocked. Their response was shocking as it stated they will no longer be replying to my email. I have a condition which makes me in between sizes and as a clothing retailer when you can't try on in the shops of course you are going to return stuff. I also pay a yearly delivery fee which I can no longer use but again asos don't even care. Really poor customer service as they don't want to help at all because the account is blocked. Rather than blocking the loyal customers and really upsetting us why not look into why the orders are never correct or why EVRI fail to deliver the parcels. Shocking way to treat their customers. Really hope they get shut down. I have contacted them so many times regarding my return but still waiting on the money with no help given.
They shipped me the wrong size shoe after I paid extra for shipping. They ask for 21 days to process a refund. I haven't received it yet, we'll see what happens. I would never ever order from ASOS again.
Worst online shopping experience ever! Made a purchase where their display stated the product comes in "2-pack". Received only one. Contacted them, asked them to either send the remaining pack or refund pro-rata. They changed their display from 2-pack back to 1, and then tell me they are correct and it was me that has made a mistake/mixed-up. Not sure if this action is legal. Unethical for sure. They even sent me trustpilot review link and tell me to leave a review if unhappy. Beware of this unethical online distributor. Attachments: screenshots of my order details taken on (1) May 14,2020. This screenshot shows the 2-pack info clearly; and (2) May 16,2020 (where ASOS changed the display after I contacted them).
Super non-customer-oriented service. I indicated 2 different addresses, sent in one parcel to 1 address, which is why I had to pay 20% tax. The support refused to compensate for this, although it is their fault. After exhausted nerves, they offered a 10 percent discount, although they could have done it right away. I have never seen such a bestial attitude towards regular customers. I attach screenshots with correspondence
Answer: Hello Em, Yes it is true. The site has very poor delivery and customer service. I do not recommend it.
Answer: Doubt it, I don't think they sell any knock off's. Depending on the print you got, some of them don't have stripes. Hope that helps.
Answer: No. They will find 101 reasons to screw you out of your money
Answer: No. If anything it has gottten worse.
Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.
Answer: Complain about Asos through the Retail Ombudsman, if more people complain about companies like Asos they will have no choice but to improve their service to their customers.
Answer: Your only option with asos is live chat. I used it just now and also a few days ago and it worked just fine. They solved all my issues. Chat is the only way to contact.
Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
