I wrote a review on Apple's forum, actually I was looking for assistance to an issue. Apple wrote me back and stated my review was too negative so they pulled it down, AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY ASSISTANCE.
Any iOS for the MacBook, newer than Catalina, is absolute toilet. I have submitted feedback and the Engineers responded 1x and stated that is how the iOS was designed and expected to perform. They refused to answer any of my additional questions. So, the Apple Music app doesn't work correctly and whatever does work is extremely inefficient compared to earlier versions. Also, any external device: mouse, trackpad, etc. will not work correctly.
Rather than address my concerns, they stated my review was too negative and pulled it down. I'd say, get some better engineers so you receive positive reviews..
I bought a new iPhone since my old iPhone got damaged and its screen was unusable, i tried syncing my new phone with old phone but i had to reset the apple ID password since i forgot, when i tried resetting it sent instruction on my old phone, how i can read the instruction on old phone if its damaged and screen doesn't work. I still tried but it put me on account recovery list and said it will take 15-30 days to recover the account and since i don't have apple ID password i can't download any apps from app store since it requires you to enter apple id and password if you want to download any apps which is needed in day to day life. Now i got a message that my account would be recovered in 13 days, if apple knows that my account will be recovered in 13 days then why it should take 13 days, why can't they send instruction immediately on how to recover, in current time should a consumer wait for 13 days just for a password to use his phone, its a frustration at its peak. I called customer care and they said, account recovery is a automated process and they can't do any thing which another level of frustration. In 13 days a new product can be launched in market but here apple will take 13 days just to recover my account and they say its an automated process, what type of automation is this which takes 13 days to complete its work. Didn't expect this from apple at least, but now i'm informed, iPhones may be good but experiences like this will put customers (at least me) away from apple for sure.
Apple ask for my other devices pass code as verification, twice this has recently happened where it says the pass code was incorrect...how does this happen...just isnt the apple of in years back
For all people that wish to buy the new I phone x, let me tell u if u used Samsung before u will be shocked, a lot of new features of the new I phone is just like Samsung features u would really feel that u just bought Samsung, and believe me the woow feature which is the mobile open when u see ur face its really work only by 60% and the remaining times I have to insert the password really disappointed
I Use Apple phones since when i was in my highschool, I never got any problem of anything. Smooth, Easy to carry and Sound Quality is awesome. Apple phones are the best available in the market.
I bought my iPhone X from Telstra, rather than Apple so I could pay for it over 24 months. Very impressed with the face recognition - even with my safety glasses on it knows who I am. I have been an Apple fanboy since 1989, but decided mistakenly to swap to a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 after the iPhone 4. Waddamistakatomaka! F*cking Android - irrelevant advertisement after advertisement popping up EVERY TIME I turned the Samsung phone on. Fingerprint sensor did not work with dirty or wet hands. Complete WOFTAM - last time I buy a Samsung product!
This is my 10th headphones I buy from apple. I understand that they don't last forever. The fact of the matter I bought another pair of POWERBEATS PRO WIRELESS, at the time Apple was not offering apple care so I could't purchase, well exactly 1year 1 month later my headphones stop working. Spoke to a supervisor and all he can say was "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do" PIECE OF $#*! APPLE HAS NO LOYALTY TO THIER CUSTOMER. I explain to him we are 5 members in my family and we all use apple products. They dont care, they only care of making more money and screw over consumers>>>>>
You cannot go wrong with an Apple product. I have owned several iPads, several iPhones a couple of Apple Watches, iMac, Mac Mini, Macbook, MacBook Air, Macbook Pro, and even several Apple TVs as well as their Airport Express. EVERY SINGLE ONE of them will works, albeit the older ones are slow since they're over 9 years old. Even my 9 year old iMac still runs great both MacOS and Windows OS. That's quality! The iPhone 4 that I purchased for my then girlfriend now wife still works. We've upgraded our iPhones every two years, but the older ones that we passed onto loved ones are still running great. At this point in time, my oldest Apple product is 9 years old and still working. I have NO dead Apple product as of this writing.
I purchased an iPhone 7 14 months ago for $648.00. Apparently there is a recall on 3 different models and mine is one of those. Upon doing my own research I found this out. After calling apple 3 times they finally said they would fix the issue if I would bring it in to a store. I made arrangements to drive two hours to Nashville and upon arrival they said they couldn't fix the issue as it was out of warranty but the apple techs would if it could be shipped to them. I agreed to do this and a week later received an email if I wanted my phone fixed I would have to pay $149.00. I called the number on the email to find out they couldn't or wouldn't tell me why they were wanting to charge me. So much for a recall there Apple. I would recommend no one pay the outrageous prices for apple devices that last (just out of there warranty) just to be replaced less than a year later. No wonder they are a trillion dollar company. This is my first and last Apple device I will ever own. I will try and convince my friends and family to turn away from this product as well. I sincerely hope this gets out to a lot of people and people start going back to their android devices that last longer than a year.
I could go on and on about the scam-artistry played by Apple Inc. But in this review I will try to keep it as professional as possible. Apple products have always been the pinnacle of the computing industry. But why? Is it the speed of their products? No. Is it the revolutionary hardware? Absolutely not. From what I can tell its the Apple computers ease of use and the fact that many want an Apple computer device; Whether it be An iPhone, iPad, MacBook or iMac simply because it can be used as a status symbol to other individuals. I do not hate Apple Inc, but the fact they are still selling hardware from a previous generation of technology with a polished design for a premium price tag Is absurd. Customer Service through Apple Inc. Has always been something thwy do very well. Their representatives are thouroughly trained and know exactly how to handle most situations thrown at them. If you had an in app purchase that refused to work for instance, with a quick call or chat with a Rep, you will be happy to know that your premium-priced device has equally premium customer service. The only reason I can give Apple a 3 star review is for the thought they put into the polish of their devices and the superior customer service.
I have been a apple customer for many years and this year decided to go for Samsung phones due for the reason I am going to specify. I owned a iPhone 7 Plus and the microphone stopped working exactly when I updated my phone, seems like apple added a bug to harm the older phones to force you to upgrade to a newer phone, long story short I took it to apple and they said ' there's nothing they can do it's a hardware issue' when to me seems like a software issue due to some times I reset the settings on the phone and it would work for a short time, this is obviously something related to software they could have caused this issue with the updates and coincidentally it happened right after the update and I was growing tired of getting notifications of updating my phone and feeling harassed also my other source of evidence is others reporting the same problem which is mind blowing indeed. Just my input on the matter and the reason why I decided to go for another company that gives more control over your purchased device if apple improves in this regard i would be happy to purchase another iPhone due to the synchronization with the device and the software is honestly second to none but other then that Samsung has apple beat in almost every other direction in my honest opinion to date short conclusion way to much money for a new phone to give out in 2-3 years time to upgrade to newer phone after just doesn't make any sense to me since people are actually they are getting a quality device, well hopefully i don't offend anyone and help someone making a choice here, hope this helps.
I use Apple products for a long time, the reason is simple, great product with great costumer service and the best par of it, I never have a Anti-Virus, just Amazing. My laptop is as old it can be, still running and better and faster then many new Windows computers out there. Another terrific part of Apple is that if they have a new platform, or is free, or cost peanuts. Now, if you run Windows and Windows come up with new one, well, good luck with it.
Now, why I don't give them 5 stars? The reason is simple, I still have to a windows computer if I want to do everything. I mean, there's still softwares and products that don't work with Apple or has a lot of limitations.
As for iPad, iPhone, iPod, I just don't like them, they're not match to Android, like or not. My wife has an iPad Air, I have a simple Android Tablet, well, her iPad Air is a lot faster, I know that, but my Android is easier to use and has more stuff for it.
So, I can't give 5 Stars if we put this into account. Can I?

I'm really disappointed and now I know that I CAN NOT trust apple anymore.
Apple is a terrible company. They only care about making money and don't care about their customers at all. They allow app developers to break the law by false advertising and scamming people and they deliberately make their products to where they stop working completely within a few years. For example, if you have any Apple product (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc), after 3-4 years it will not update the software at all, forcing you to upgrade to a new device. You can't keep a credit card on your account because they will make charlottes to it without your knowledge. These are charges you did not make or approve.
I think Apple should be held accountable for allowing apps and app developers to false advertise and scam people. I think there should be a maximum amount a developer can charge and I don't think developers should be allowed to charge a monthly or yearly subscription amount. Nothing should cost more than $5. If you pay for it once, you shouldn't have to pay again. Also, apps should not be allowed to show fake ads, such as ads where they claim you can win real money on a game and ads that have absolutely nothing to do with the actual app.

Customer service sucksssss they need to adjust that a little better for real. Everyone gets on the phone and acts confused on what "THEIR" job is I HATE ITTTTTT Where is the help and what is the point of working customer service if you guys act so incapable of helping out?
I ordered a new iPhone a year ago and it is one of the most disappointing things I've ever owned in my life. It's battery life is only 6 hours long without battery power savers, with the savers on it's only 11 hours and it's always locking in 2 minutes on me whenever I'm trying to do something that is urgent to do and forcing me to restart the task. I'm unable to connect 3G wireless service anywhere and I keep hearing that it doesn't need resetting but apps freeze or can't use my location which means it needs resetting every month. Autocorrect almost always resets the word to the wrong word and I can't use the keyboard properly because it swing sideways in a landscape orientation when I'm typing in portrait orientation. All the time I hear that it is possible to make a little side income from loans, games, or selling photos taken or uploaded to the iPhone but all of that is completely false and Apple willfully encourages these rumors and claims and doesn't eliminate them or encourage people to tell the truth. Recently the device deleted three fourths off all the photos I had uploaded to the device and Apple iCloud. I don't know if I will ever be get the photos and the iCloud storage back. I hate Apple.
