IPhone 16 Pro Max India Scam
November 5, 2024

I ordered iPhone 16 Pro Max on 2nd Oct 24 and waited for 22 days before it was supposed to be delivered today, 24th October 24. I took a trade-in deal which offered me INR 20,400 discount. The old phone was supposed to be checked by BlueDart delivery guy. I was quite apprehensive as to how a delivery guy will check the condition of the trade-in mobile. My doubt was cleared when he took more than an hour to run the diagnostic app called Verify on my mobile and failed every time because he didn't know how to use it. Since he was wasting my time I offered him to pay the balance of INR 20,400 in cash and in return asked him to state in 2 line in a plain paper with his sign that he received the amount so as to make sure I am not in trouble in future. This guy plainly refused to write it. I had already paid INR 1,24,500 almost 3 weeks ago to Apple and I was left to fend myself for the solution!.

I called the Apple support and asked them to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I later got an email reply from Apple stating that they are cancelling the order because trade-in phone was detected to have damage – very funny! I had myself called their support to cancel the order and issue the refund to reduce my trouble in the first place. More intriguing was when I checked the status of waybill on BlueDart website and it says "Consignee Refused To Accept"!.

Both Apple & BlueDart tried to put blame on me when I paid more that 85% of the product value in advance, waited for 3 weeks, tried training BlueDart delivery guy on how the Verify app works, how to use it, tried the Apple support to end my misery but at the end the blame was all on me.

Yes, it was my mistake in the first place to order an overrated iPhone and take all this trouble. I reached out to Apple support again asking them for an apology but got a plain email that they will investigate further and keep my advance payment for another 5-6 days before they could process the refund.

Today after exactly after 14 days they said the refund will be processed I called up the Apple Support and got a blunt reply that the product is stuck somewhere in their return supply chain and the refund will be processed only after they receive the product at their Mumbai warehouse. How am I able to now control how BlueDart work and what is the deal between BlueDart & Apple. I think Apple has lost it completely and I think they are going to either keep it like a pending case or give me some frivolous reason at the end to scam me of INR 1,24,500.

So, guys better be aware of this overrated phone, their trade-in deal and the resultant mental pain and thus avoid iPhone.

My Experience with Apple: An Unexpected Disappointment
August 21, 2024

I always thought the Apple brand was synonymous with reliability and trust. I've been using their products and technology for over 15 years and had never worried about the fine print in their contracts. To me, Apple was a guarantee of quality.
On April 21,2024, I bought an iPhone 13 for my son. After using an iPhone X for years, he asked me to upgrade his phone. However, after just four months of use, my son, very concerned, came into my room and said, "Dad, my phone won't turn on. Last night I had it in my pocket, and suddenly it started to heat up excessively. I turned it off, and it never turned on again." I calmly told him, "Don't worry, son, we'll take it to the service center. It's under warranty."
When we visited one of Apple's service centers in Peru, they informed me that the phone was no longer under warranty because it had a small crack in the screen, in the top right corner. They explained that, according to the terms of the warranty, any physical damage, such as bumps or cracks, invalidates the coverage. I asked, surprised, "What does a crack in the screen have to do with the phone overheating and not turning on? It's like if my car's window breaks and I lose the engine warranty." They responded, "We understand, sir, but those are the conditions of Apple's warranty contract." They told me that the repair would cost 2,000 soles, approximately $550, which represented 80% of the cost of a new phone. I started to suspect that the service center was just trying to make money, so I called Apple USA to verify, sure that it was a case of abuse by the local distributor.
Apple USA treated me very well and confirmed that, in fact, these were the warranty conditions. However, since the issue was related to overheating, they suggested that I visit another authorized service center. They efficiently arranged an appointment at a different service center, but there they confirmed the same information as the first service center and Apple USA.
Still unconvinced and skeptical, I called Apple again. I couldn't understand why the warranty was voided if the issue wasn't with the screen, which, by the way, never stopped functioning properly. The phone overheated and never turned back on. I was transferred to a very kind supervisor who asked for more details and requested that I send photos through a link. That was over 10 days ago. I've tried contacting her several times through the link, but I haven't received any response. Today I decided to call Apple USA again, and after explaining everything once more, I was transferred to José, the supervisor on duty. He listened attentively and promised to analyze my case carefully, but he reminded me that despite his best efforts, the response might be the same. A few hours later, he confirmed that the warranty did not apply.
Now, disappointed with a company I trusted for its quality and reliability, I reviewed the warranty once again. I realized that Apple is no longer a company I can trust. It's clear that the likelihood of a phone getting a crack or dent is much higher than it being damaged by an internal defect. Therefore, if the warranty is lost due to this type of damage, the number of accepted claims is probably almost zero. Apple's warranty has lost its seriousness.
I hope other companies, like my car manufacturer, never reach the level of Apple's lack of seriousness. I don't want to lose my car's warranty just because a window or headlight breaks.
Apple bases its warranty exclusion on highly probable situations, such as a phone falling. This way, they avoid being responsible for the quality of internal components, such as the battery or the phone's motherboard, which were very likely the cause of the iPhone 13 overheating.
I'm writing this story to warn future buyers who think that Apple is a reliable and serious company. Remember that if your phone falls, gets scratched, or develops a crack in the screen—damages that do not compromise the phone's functionality but are highly likely to occur—you will have already lost the warranty. And this warranty, which you may consider important if your phone experiences a more serious problem affecting its functionality, will be of no use to you.

Seeking justice

These are Donald Trump Jr.'s kids in Sullivan County Indiana ******* with an underage girl Sydney Aynes Berg
Donald Trump Jr. You should be arrested and awaiting death row for raping Taylor Berg, Madison Hill, Sydney Berg, Collin Berg, and Devon Berg all of Sullivan Indiana ******* and to save the life of Collin Berg from a small arms bullet, where Donald Trump Jr. Stays low to make this kill and possibly has someone else do it so that he can take this little cops place (Collin Berg). Donald Trump Jr. You also should be on death row for the murder of unborn children, breaking and entering, money laundering, sex trafficking, assault on an officer, bribery, kidnapping, aggravated sexual abuse, identity theft, racketeering, abusive sexual contact. Donald Trump Jr. Brought a hammer in on his narrative where a man gets brutally beat by a hammer where Donald Trump Jr. Never changed that play from Sullivan County Indiana which came in with a Nancy Pelosi's husband, Donald Trump and Donald Trump Jr. Would you like to explain why this happened, people can hear you on blast Jr. Changing everything to try to make your daddy president again, you both are truly disgusting individuals. I hope the public puts you on DEATH ROW since you don't want to stop these crimes. I hope the public finds you out and makes you choose from one of the crimes that you have committed. I hope your Trump organization crumbles along with you!
The son of real-estate magnate Donald Trump was bashed in the head with a beer stein early yesterday morning in a dispute at a Manhattan comedy club that was no laughing matter. Donald Trump Jr., the publicity-shy son of one of New York's most famous figures, had his head stitched up after a run-in with some comedy fans who didn't think his act was funny, law-enforcement sources said. According to the sources, Trump, 24, was becoming loud and obnoxious around 2 a.m. at the Comedy Cellar on MacDougal Street in Greenwich Village. Sources said people at a neighboring table thought Trump was reacting too enthusiastically to a comic's ethnic humor. Other sources said Trump's beer splashed on a woman with a neighboring party. "You think that's funny?" one of the men yelled at Trump. He and another man at the table then pitched steins at Trump, and opened a gash in his head that required 28 stitches. "Three couples kept telling him to be quiet, but he refused," a source said. Trump, according to a source, was sitting at a table with two women near the stage. Police were called, and they took Trump to St. Vincent's Hospital, where he was treated and later released. Two men, Joseph Derrico, 23, of Staten Island, and Anthony Pozzolano, 23, of Brooklyn, were arrested and charged with assault. They were released last night on $5,000 bail. Trump wasn't charged. A relative close to Pozzolano said the suspect isn't a hot head. "You'd have to push his buttons really hard," the relative said. "You have to throw the first punch for him to fight back. He had to have been provoked." Trump could not be reached for comment.

Apple - Your a DISGRACE - Tim Cook ( So are You)
August 22, 2023

I have more than multiple Apple devices, IPad Pros, iPhone Pros, Ultra Watch, AirPods Pro and other Apple devices.

I purchased outright a new IPhone 14 Pro 1TB over a month ago and due to the iOS 17 is still not released i can't migrate any data from previous years phone to this one. $3,000 that cannot do its intended purpose that Apple states. (Nobody at Apple can provide any solution to resolve this now)

Whilst trying to dot all (i)'s and cross all the (t)'s I needed to update my new country location, from multiple attempts from Apples contact us page - ( not a reply thanks we will contact you soon generic response)

After 5 separate calls and 3 messages through Apple support, I was able to update App Store location to access certain apps that are required for visa's and paperless/appointment free personal updates you have to provide annually to immigration. I am retired younger than most, when talking with this country about what category is best for me that I couldn't see in a number of options they listed. It was a rare case but after a few consultations it was cleared and not of any issues for me to have to use any of the local financial institutions for anything and I would have no problems using foreign accounts that I have.

Well now I'm here I can't use the App Store to do anything download, update or even purchase a single app or subscription due to Apple support just telling me i should get a bank account here or change my location back to the old country. Well this country has no issues with my international visa or amex or mastercards I have. Apple are you just completely so unattached to the real world that commonsense is not even spell able? If I change back locations I cannot do the e-immigration process updates annually.

So I am in my late 30's and am very comfortable without ever going without for the rest of my life, I worked hard and had goals.

Apple you are unfairly alienating me in the most discriminatory ways that are not acceptable regardless what continent you are on in this planet called earth. Might I suggest to anyone who has been reading this, Google Apple Yearly Settlements - hundreds and hundreds every year they payout to victims from the dirty business acts it commits. Some years it's over billions of dollars (USD)

So knowing this and articles you perhaps have read also, it's one of the largest companies in the world with one of the worst reoccurring offenders that has no care for anyone or anything except themselves.

Why are you still buying inferior products that they unfairly manipulate without us even knowing until they have to pay another class action that has had victims stand up to them and not take the cash offer from Apple to stay quiet.

Apple you are the worst and most horrible experience I have ever experienced, Tim Cook your a spineless parasite who finds pleasure in allowing this. R.I.P Steve Jobs, he stood for something and not this $#*!!

Apple is a completely incompetent company. Stick to Windows
May 28, 2023

I am giving Apple 1 star because I cannot give it a 0. What a nightmare! There is a chaos with the apple account that nobody seems to be able to solve. I have already spoken with two customer assistants for HOURS on the phone, I am talking to a manager, Ilay, however you write it, right now but he apparently can't solve the problem either. The original problem was that I keep on getting this pop up saying that I have a virus. More than two hours afterwards, we had to change both the passwords of my laptop and Apple ID. We managed to change the one for my laptop but my Apple ID was unsuccessful. And then is when the true nightmare began.

I went to the shop directly and spoke to the "Genius" technician. I WASTED all Sunday in the shop, but I couldn't stay there for so long, oh no. Apple doesn't want frustrated and unhappy customers in the shop-they might put off other customers. Of course not, even when they are being absolutely incompetent at problems they created. So I had to spend one hour waiting in the mall doing nothing until I could come back so that the guy tried to recover the password once again.

Anyway, it didn't work again, so I had to wait almost a month to get a six digit thing sent to my phone and recover my apple account.

Did it work today? Oh, no. Of course not. So I called again customer services. Somebody called Ilay who said he was a manager was giving me instructions, but half the time I didn't even know what password he was talking about, what he was describing. The guy looked bored as hell, but I was not bored, I was angry and upset.

In the end he was no help at all and clueless. He is puzzled why the system keeps on asking me for a password of a different computer that I never had. So I cannot have any updates, so my personal and banking data is going to be at risk more and more. This is my first APPLE computer and I can tell you right now that is going to be the last.

So somehow it is my fault that I don't remember the old passwords that I have previously changed from. A new password should override old ones, but apparently not from Apple. And then I kept on getting this pop up asking for the password "for the other MacBook Air which is not this MacBook Air." It is a computer that doesn't exist, and this laptop is my first (and awful) experience with Apple. This is also somehow my fault, and Ilya, this supposed manager, doesn't know what to do except saying "Well, if you cannot provide this password, that's on you."

If anybody is thinking about changing to an apple phone or laptop, I would recommend them to stick with Windows. I more than two decades with Windows I never had such a problem with them, maybe with the cheap HP laptops I used to buy, but not with the account. The only reason for me to have an apple account is to get updates on my laptop. As of now, I am still getting pop ups about virus and hacked account warnings, and maybe an update would help with that. But Apple cannot help me that. They don't know what to do, they ask me for things that don't make any sense like previous computers I never had, and they leave it at that. There is nothing they can do. They won't help at all. STICK TO WINDOWS, PEOPLE!

ITunes Purchase issue
May 24, 2023

Last week between May 16th-18th I had purchased an in game purchased on a span of two days for a game that I downloaded for free. The purchases were to refill energy for the game one amount was for $ 24.99 and the other was for $ 29.99 which totaled $ 54.98. On my end it said that the purchases were successful and everything was good. A couple days after I went ahead and decided to get another purchase from iTunes of a smaller amount but it wouldnt go through due to the fact that my card was " Declined" for verification purposes ( that's the notification that popped on on my iPad). Yesterday after multi attempts to verify my card and the account wouldn't take my card ( Have you I had money in my account with the bank) I got into contact with Apple customer support. I was demanded by Apple advisors that I had to pay the amount because if it was an unpaid pending amount on my account. I had told the Advisors that my bank doesn't show that its pending and that there is a problem on Apple's end that caused it to not show up on my online bank statement. The Advisors told me that the customer service associate at my bank didnt know what they were talking about
When I called my bank and that the unpaid amount needs to still be paid for in order to have my card be used on the account for future purchases. I had spoke to four advisors yesterday ( one was an online chat advisor, one was a man that hung up the phone with me, another was a lady, and the last was a supervisor). I did ask to cancel the 2 amount because it was still in the status of " Pending" but the lady Advisor flat out told me that they could not cancel it because it was out of their hands and the system locked them out of the cancel/refund process. Usually when the lower techs cant cancel or refund a purchase it goes to their collections department so I asked to have the number for their collections department but they didnt have the number for that and couldn't provide me with that information. With demanding that I still had to pay even after I wanted to cancel the pending transactions, with being hung up on, and not providing me the information to the collections department Apple associates/Advisors are not professional. I forgot to mention when I was talking to the lady about getting the numbers for collection and then asking her questions on why they didnt have the number for that department the lady told me to " Stop" yelling at her and that I was wrong for doing so. Please be advised of this.

WHAT IS IT ABOUT: Air-Pod Pro's 1 &2?!?
April 7, 2023

Now, coming into this, I knew how hypocritical I would sound. Since, I too, am an Air-Pod Pro User. But, in my defense- actually no, I can not come up with an opposition. But jokes aside, I can confidently say that I'm the "Air-Pod Pro's; first generation" and not the " Air-Pod Pro's; second generation". Although, that doesn't mean I don't have the justification to share my opinions about the product announced in March 2023, or the same product that will be released, to the public, in September 2023.

Firstly, and before we get into what I have to say, I became acquainted with the product when an Ad popped up on the infamous social media platform: Youtube; and we all know what it is, because your children are (surely) enthralled by it. Furthermore, I did a bit of research and, you see, there wasn't a shift in the planet, cause it was still the same detailed Air-Pod Pro's I know and have. But one of the key differences, that isn't a difference really, is that your kids can ignore you more than they already are.

So, to parents around the globe, I am (thoroughly) sorry.

For "Air-Pod Pro's; first generation", the design of it was that I didn't need to deal with wired headphones anymore (which I miss now, by the way). And when Apple introduced it, in 2019, my cousin bought them for me as a birthday present because every teenager and young adult had them, so I wanted them too.

The design was that it came with two "Air-Pod's" you can place into your ears, which were contained in a small white electronic "cube" that could be plugged into an Apple charger and therefore charge your wireless pods when the battery decreased. Into depth, Air-Pod Pro's came with other features, like:

- calling whoever and answering whoever's phone call (because of Siri)
- being able to access Siri more sufficiently
- listen to music with the option of being able to cancel out your surroundings (noise cancellation).
- Softer cushion for your eardrums; so that the rough surface of the "pods" didn't scrape against your ear and cause infection, inflammation or ear damage (such as: tinnitus).

And that's pretty much it.

The "Air-Pod Pro's; first generation" has great attributes, but it can (also) be overwhelming.

- Depending on usage, the ear pieces start to come off (the cushion and dark speaker-like piece).
- Wax builds up (meaning you'll have to waste extra on the cleaning brushes, etc. that is "needed" to clean the Air-Pod's).
- With "noise cancellation," the sound of whatever you're listening to absorbs inside your ears and does cause a bit of problems with your eardrums/hearing when you take them off.
- YOU CAN LOSE THE AIR-POD PRO'S PIECES (the "pods").

With those problems, technicalities can happen as well since (depending on usage) Air-Pod Pro's start to develop a buzzing sound in which you have to disconnect your bluetooth, clean the "pods" and connect it again. Although, it's not guaranteed that the Air-Pod's will work; and you'd most likely have to buy a new set or go to the Apple Store for assistance. (You can call too, if you want).

In conclusion, my general opinion and recommendation about the "Air-Pod Pro's" first and second generation is: DO NOT BUY THE SECOND GENERATION IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE FIRST.

Buying the product coming out this year (2023) is like listening to the remaster of "Rumors" by Fleetwood Mac in 2004; taking away the nostalgic feelings you had for the album in 1977.

The bottom line and final grade is a "thumbs down" and a "C-"; due to what I said and described about the Apple product, that is the result of what I think and advise others TO NOT do. Lastly, the product is not a good value for the customers since you'd be wasting money on a "want" more than a "need."

Apple no longer cares about its customers!
March 2, 2023

Apple no longer cares about its customers, they have already made their fortune now they do not even need to worry if their products are having quality problems and/or the pocket of their customers since they are very expensive! In the last 3 years I have had 3 incidents and 2 of them within the guarantee time and the only response I get from them is: we are very sorry but we can't do anything! I am not one to leave bad reviews but I would NOT want other people to go through the frustrations that I have been going through with Apple for the last 3 years, and this last one!, "because I am not going to buy more Apple products, neither I nor my family", it was with my iWatch series 7,10 months of use, not a single bump, not a single scratch AND WITHIN THE WARRANTY, I took it to Apple for a problem with the Siri assistant that no longer listened to the commands and in the store one of the associates with a brush that women dust their faces with, he began to hit it in the microphone hole and after several tests he decided to send it for repair, after 6 days I received an email saying that the repair is $299 (that is, I would pay them for a new iWatch and they send me a used one) because they say that the mesh of the microphone is perforated, I wonder how the mesh of the microphone was perforated?, will it be with the dusting brush that the associate used to supposedly clean the microphone? The truth is that I do not want to point anyone out, but my question is: one of the most capitalized companies in the world that has this miserable service with its customers and that its COSTLY products that are no longer of good quality and that also ALWAYS EXCUSE NOT TO ANSWER OR EVEN TO THE GUARANTEES OF THE PRODUCT) it only has one destiny, to become a bank or insured failure, be careful with Apple products, even worse with customer service and support.
