I love the Apple

I had heen the Iphone user for past 3 years I am using Iphone as my primary phone. Iphone have it's own legacy as once you became the Iphone user you will not wanted to switch yourself from it.

Let me tell you how much I hate Apple. This company is a complete joke. Somebody hacked my Apple app information. Took little amounts but then big amounts like $34. I reported it to Apple, they said they couldn't help me or refund me. Which like what? You are a trillion dollar company and nobody can help me with that situation? So then I had to report these charges to the bank and get bank card. I went to play my music the next day and it was gone. I mean completely gone. So I contacted an agent, who was rude and unpleasant. She said my account was disabled due to me reporting it to the bank and that I shouldn't have reported to the bank. Which is outrageous! She fixed my account. Here we are two days later, and my music is gone again. I contacted Apple again, and now they are saying my account is permanently disabled! I mean from everything! Like are you kidding me!? The music is hooked up to my husbands account he shares it with me, it's not even hooked up to mine! I feel disrespected by Apple completely. I want to get rid of my phone. Spotify does not do this to their customers and I knew we shouldn't have gotten rid of it. I literally can't even download Spotify because they disabled everything. What is the point of me having an iPhone if I can't do these things!? Apple is a joke. Maybe they should actually step back and care about their customers situations. If this is fixed I am getting my lawyer involved. Somebody hacked my Apple account and basically Apple is like screw you as a customer.

Day1 they say I can use buy apple care + using apple cash, Day2 when I come back and ask them to make the purchase. They say it's not possible, very inappropriate.

I recently purchased the new I phone 14 pro max, and also I have their new Mac book air, and to both, I was not able to recover my apple ID because I forgot my password, and the phone number left to reset is from 15-16 years ago and I no longer use it. Then impossible to call their customer service, and I received an email that my apple ID is ready to reset at a certain time on Nov 13 which is almost 1 month from now, this is absolutely ridiculous, as I have my Iphone now to use only to call people as everything else, all apps are connected to your apple ID which is impossible to retrive. I tried creating a new one, and now they do not approve my master cards ( I have tried 2). What a terrible, but terrible service from Apple, I am so dissapointed, and I have been using all different apple products for so many years.

I would give less than one star if it was possible. The worst customer service I have ever come across. McDonald's has better customer service. There was an unauthorized purchase on my account by my 3 year old. And because I was FOUR days late on the 60 day return window I was told by the manager Niesha that there was absolutely nothing she could do. I was unable to find any contact info in the apple store or how to stop the subscription in the store. It was for a relaxation app and one year subscription. And was never used. I reminded Niesha, the manager that we are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic and I am dealing with many issues at the same time. You would think any business would have a little compassion for those sick & mothers stuck at home working full time & babysitting full time. I have not asked for a refund the entire 10 years I have used their products. So because of the crappy service over a $25 subscription, I will be returning two iphone X, iwatch, ipods, and the ipad that I own. I don't want anything associated with such an ignorant company in my house. You charge enough for these phones you would think you could have better customer service. From the many reviews I've read this seems to be the going trend.

The new apple watch is yet another example of it, to use it you have to have of course nothing else but I phone. Making ''new'' iphones all the time, one copy of another, under different number.

I was charged over $100 by Apple for service NOT recieved. I was hung up on twice by customer service. Wells Fargo will be looking into this for fraud.

WILL NEVER BUY AN APPLE PRODUCT AGAIN, BOUGHT AN IPHONE 6 ON EBAY FOR MY 14YR OLD DAUGHTER AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE ICLOUD LOCKED, I CONTACTED APPLE AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T HELP.
STEER CLEAR OF APPLE AND THEIR SH1T PRODUCTS, BUY OTHERS FOR HALF THE PRICE AND GET SAME SERVICE.

Beware of scam

I have family sharing on and have all my family members to ask before they buy option on. Well I got a $59.99 apple service charge on my bank statement on a Saturday morning and I couldn't figure what I had bought because it didn't show up on my purchase history. I called apple support and they told me that my son of 11 years old downloaded an app called "custom keyboard" and bought a subscription. I told them it's impossible because I have "ask before they buy" option on and they told me it was off on his account. That was a red flag, I never turned it off. I remembered that my son was sick and slept in that day and woke up till noon. I checked his iPad for that app and it wasn't there, there is no way he did that purchase. I also asked them why doesn't it show up on my purchase history since I'm the one getting billed. They said it doesn't show on the primary account history when a family sharing makes a purchase.
My take is that apple employees are running a scam and turning off "ask before you buy" on child accounts, they buying a subscription for an app they own and blame the child and use the "ask option was off" as an excuse. I wonder how many more people got scammed and didn't realize they got charged. Thankfully I caught on and called to cancel and get a refund.

I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with Apple product and customer service. I'm having issue with new iPhone Pro 11 which I recently bought. I Called Apple support after calling them 10 to 15 times and resetting my phone 4 to 5 times I was told by Apple that it looks like it is a manufacture defective device, I have to send it out to Apple for repair which can take more than 9 days and I will have no device for that many days. I asked if it is manufacture defective device then how it is my fault. I have no landline and fully depend on cellular phone. Then I was advice since I have an Apple care they can do express replacement but they will put hold on my visa for $1558. I requested if I can go to the store to get replacement than putting this much money on hold. I use my visa and don't keep cash. I was told by Apple I will only get replacement device if I'm willing to put hold on my visa. I felt like I'm getting punished by Apply by buying an IPHONE. Also I was told that I will get like new device (a device made with parts of returned defective phones). I was shocked that Apple sold me a defective phone now they will give me refurbished device. It is total RIP OF by Apple. I'm very disappointed that a company like Apple would provide such a substandard customer service.

Bad Company! No Support!

When you spend $250.00 for a pair of earbuds and you get no support when there is an open recall on problems with their product and the find every reason not to send a replacement wether it's an update with the software or anything else! Will not replace their faulty product!
I am done with APPLE FOREVER AFTER 5 APPLE IPHONE PROS 4 APPLE WATCHES 3 APPLE IPAD PROS 3 MAC BOOK PROS 1 WHICH THEY HAVE A FAULTY GPU THAT OVER HEATS AND SEPARATED FRON THE LOGIC BOARD THAT THEY WONT COVER 1 MACBOOK AIR THAT HAS AN EXPANDED BATTERY THAT BREAKS THE TOUCH PAD THAT THEY WONT COVER! BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAS COMPANY! I WILL NEVER BUY A ANOTHER APPLE PRODUCT AGAIN!
So sad you won't support your faulty product!

I officially HATE apple and will never give them a cent of my money. I bought a defective MacBook Pro full price and within first time using it there was an issue with a piece of hardware that was causing display abnormalities. I sent it in got it back 7 days later which I had to drive to drop it off and pick it up. I later had issues with the keyboard which I was blamed for. Then another hardware issue which was causing the screen to glitch out and had to send it in again for repair. At the same time, I had issues with the keyboard again which they "fixed". That all happened within the first 12 months of owning this brand new laptop that cost half of my school tuition ($1,500+). Fast forward 2 months later and I am having the same issue with my keyboard. I asked for a replacement because, at this point, this is ridiculous and I shouldn't have these problems and be out of a computer for 7 days at the time. I was on the line with the manager for 1 hour and all he kept repeating was how we could get me set up for a repair when I made it clear I wanted a brand new computer that was not defective since this one clearly is. So now I got to send it in for the 3rd time in 14 months for another repair which will take up to 7 days if not more. I let the manager know that he lost a customer and he showed no care whatsoever. I will be selling this piece of crap laptop and iPhone and switching to Samsung if anyone would like to join me. As a college student, I need something reliable and apple is not. And they do not stand behind their product. Cheap donkeys.
