There is one way of explain how I feel about Amazon Prime. I love it, 2 days delivery and boom, the items are in front of my home. I have been a member of Prime for 5 years now. Considering how much I shop at Amazon I would say it worth every penny
I really like Amazon Prime . At first I was a little spectacle of buying anything off their site ,But I decided to give it ago why not They have everything and anything you can think of ,I always get my package on time and love what they have to offer,They also have good customer service and if you have a problem with your product you can call them, So if you haven't tried them you should . This is the only site I will do all my my shopping for now on.Thanks for reading hope this helped .
I can't express into words how great Amazon is. They don't mess around. Good deals, free shipping. Amazon is very customer friendly, even if you royally **** up.
I moved states (military) and accidentally sent 3 items to my house in the other state. I thought I was ****ed, called up Amazon about it. They contacted the UPS/FEDX both for me and sorted it all out! AND they refunded my items that day!
Will never shop on another website besides Amazon.
For the past 9 months or so, I have noticed that the Prime filter and label is useless. When in a hurry, I use the Prime filter to only browse items that I know will arrive within 2 days. I then purchase the items and check out. Only later, on my email receipt do I notice that the shipping is 3-20 days, not the two days promised by Prime. At first I thought the mistake was mine, but as I continued to shop and continued to only add items to my cart that were labelled shipping via Prime, I noticed this was a common occurrence. Looks like Amazon is engaging in a bait and switch, which I don't appreciate. I pay for Prime to get 2 day shipping. If I knew shipping speed for crayons or school notebooks was actually 20 +days, I would never buy them on Amazon.
Saying good bye Amazon Prime! Think about this for a moment...what do you really get for $147. And some odd cents, if we round up that $150.00!
I have to go to the post office to pick up my Amazon prime packages, Post Office won't deliver package to my door! So I am saying Good Bye to Amazon Prime for good!
At this time so many people are having problems paying bills! Look at Grocery bills heating cost and I haven even said anything about Gas prices!
So please, just say no to Amazon Prime!
Delivering time is ok but every time I order a book it comes damaged, just like receiving an old one product. You should wrap the books in bubble or protection before you ship books I have been having a problem almost every single time.
Getting Amazon Prime is one of the BEST things I could have done as an online shopper. I can place an order knowing that most of my items will come to me in less then 3 days. Paying the price to become a prime member is more than worth it. It's not just the fast and free delivery that's included, but the music, movie and video streaming as well as the audible books. It's worth it! If you place online orders that you need in a hurry, you can see for yourself online that the cost of shipping is often more than the items themselves. NOT WITH PRIME! Pay the fee man!
I have recently begun buying more and more online from Amazon. It is easy to find what Im looking at very reasonable prices. I also have had great luck with the shipping. I have Prime and I hardly ever have to wait more than a few days. Anytime I have returned something, it has been no questions asked. I trust Amazon for online shopping more than most places and will continue with their service.
Every time that I contact Amazon with an order issue they respond politely and always take care of the issue. Many times they do not even request that you return the item, but still, return your payment!
Not only do you get free movies and TV shows, you get 2 day shipping and access to Prime Pantry. They usually always deliver on time, I have never had a problem, and for things I don't need right away I can choose standard shipping in order to receive a $1 credit. I highly recommend it.
Amazon put the funds they attempted to steal from me back into my bank account.
I recommend removing your payment cards from your "wallet" in your Amazon account, especially if you have not made any purchases from Amazon in a while.
On 08/10/2022, I checked my bank account, as I regularly do every few days.
I immediately noticed that my balance was not what it was supposed to be.
My account activity showed a $16.15 charge for Amazon Prime membership, a charge I didn't make myself nor did I give permission for Amazon to make.
I was FURIOUS.
It has been about one year since I have purchased anything through Amazon because I had decided to never buy from Amazon again.
I had forgotten I had saved payment cards in "my wallet", with Amazon, and on 08/08/2022, a criminal working within Amazon, used my stored payment card and charged me for a one month prime membership.
I was told the charge would be reversed in 3-5 business days by the Amazon representative "Roy".
I then went to my Amazon account and removed all of the payment cards that were stored.
Now I am hoping this will be enough to keep the thieves working for Amazon from attempting to steal any more money from my account in the future.
I plan to share this with news outlets to hopefully alert the public.
I love Amazon Prime for its speedy shipping, no question asked refund policy, plus the extra features on prime video and music. The free shipping makes shopping very convenient. Definitely worth the money!
I have had Amazon Prime for around three years now. As the majority reason for people getting Prime is for the two-day shipping, I'll focus on that.
Delivery: It's two days from shipment, not from ordering.
Returns: You may have to pay for return shipping if you simply change your mind and send an item back.
Third-Parties: If the item is not fulfilled by Amazon, you don't get Prime shipping.
I have been a Prime member for years but their policys have been changing for the worse. I no longer get the speedy 2 day free delivery. Sometimes 3-4 days. I have paid extra for next day delivery on more than one occasion only to get my item a week latter. When I complain to Amazon they say that it was in fact shipped next day( but didn't ship out for 3 or 4 days after I ordered) so they will not refund the extra money. I have also left some bad reviews because of this only to have Amazon not post them.
I was a big fan of Prime. Now it's terrible. Get two day shipping they claim...that used to work, now it's more like 8 day shipping if they don't lose it.
Customer service is terrible, shipping is terrible, prime video is terrible.
I've subscribed to Walmart Plus. Same day delivery for most stuff, free shipping for all else and it's significantly cheaper. They also have Paramount plus for free. Sure, Paramount plus isn't great, but it's better than Prime Video.
Amazon sucks now.
I have purchased few items in the past forever ago from them( paid In full) -then I noticed recently o. My bank statements - that they were charging around $12.00 each month - for some sort of " membership". I have never agreed nor did I ever sign up for any " membership" through them. I called them and requested explanation - no reasonable explanation was given other than the fact that I got " memenership" with them... very frustrating, I reported this fraud to my card services, and new card is on the way because of this fraud. Very annoying... i recommend staying away from them and never give them your financial info!
I have been using Amazon for a while now. I will say when I have a product issue, they have taken care of it fast. Recently, my order was lost in transit. Amazon sent me a replacement within 2 days of contacting them. They really do value their customers.
We've had our Prime account for a few years now and we love it. We've purchased all kinds of things including movies, music, craft supplies, shoes, etc. we love the convenience of shopping when we have time and having our purchases delivered to our door. It definitely makes our busy lives easier to manage.
After years of being an Amazon Prime member - buying and returning items with no problem, we have noticed a disturbing trend in the last six months. After issuing a credit, they have re-billed the amount credited stating they never received the return. Of course, the burden of proof is on us, and we have had to gather the pertinent information, make a call, and provided proof of our return. Coincidentally, it appears the returns that have been questioned have often been returned to Whole Foods, Kohl's, or the return was shipped to a local warehouse. The point of this post is to be aware! Amazon appears to be losing its focus on customer service.
Ordered many things with prime and Never received anything in two days! Talked to 9 customer service and a supervisor nobody had an answer for my questions. I never had talked to such terrible, stupid, dum people in my life where do they get them from. Prime is a ripoff service in New Hampshire because packages don't come in 2 days even if the sellers item says Prime on it. The best way is save money and have it come UPS.
Answer: Probably because Amazon Prime would rather be straight forward with their customers and ensure they get their customers' questions answered to the absolute best of their ability to avoid any sort of confusion using chatbots, and/or a most likely VERY busy email address that very few people probably have access to via their site. I have actually never heard nor seen anybody complain about authenticity, or live chat, or phone call where you can get your question or questions answered much faster, vs. waiting for and possibly potentially even missing their reply email because you would have to be sitting around waiting on an email reply, for however long that'd take. Trust me, if you really want your question(s) answered, this would by far be the best option. There is even an app and/or extension you can use called "Amazon Assistant" That feature normally gets any and all issues solved, and FAST! I hope this helps! :)
Answer: Click on the left-hand corner, then go to books and audible, then to prime reading. There is a selection of books that can be read for free
Answer: Call the Amazon phone number listed under contact us.
