This package can not be tossed it will damage the door sensors and this was a replacement because the first one was damage the same way, it showed the person doesn't care about doing there job Wright

I pay a pretty hefty price for Amazon Prime, then have to pay more for most anything I want to watch and STILL have constant ads. Not worth it and I won't be renewing.
I have been a Prime member for 13 years and the increase in membership cost is understandable, not being able to find great deals any longer is disappointing, but 2-day delivery makes up for it a little. So why the one-star review? The last of my Christmas presents where out for delivery on 12/24, the delivery window was between 1 and 3:15 pm, at 3:15 it changed to before 10pm, at 10pm it changed to, will be delivered on 12/31. Well Amazon, if you want to tell me to F OFF, I will. I removed all my cards and cancelled my subscription.
Subscribing of prime videos is total waste of money. There is no new movies all are old movies. I want to unsubscribe this prime
They offer you free membership for 30 days and tout that it is ad free. So you try it and suddenly they start adding ads to your shows with no way around them.unless of course you PAY more - only 2.99 more - the key is MORE. It's on top of the $14.99 you are already paying making the grand total around $18.00 a month. Is Amazon content worth that when they already have only 1/3 of their content included in the membership? I think not. I unsubscribed. Save yourself the disappointment.
Enough is enough. Being compelled to pay to prevent publicity viewing or harassing is too much.

I pay for monthly membership for two day prime delivery and for the past couple months my merchandise is not being delivered on time!. Above frustrated at this point. Considering canceling my membership.
I have been an Amazon prime member for 10 years and now they have started running advertisements within their programs and movies on Amazon prime video. If you want to avoid watching advertisements on Amazon prime, you must now upgrade by paying $2.99 extra a month to get ad free programming.
Like paying $139. A year to be a prime member is not enough? It's a shame Amazon has started nickel and diming it's Amazon prime members. I am opposing this extra fee by no longer subscribing to paid channel subscriptions through Amazon prime. I will go straight to the channel (STARZ, BritBox, HBO/Max, etc.) and purchase my programming subscriptions.
Used to be a great thing. Now Amazon is seemingly continously raising rates, instituting fees and overall decreasing value.

Paid 145 for annual service. Very rarely used it. Found out it was billy me monthly as well. Then they shut the service down and are refunding less then purchase price because taxes are non refundable.the picture shows what I came home to most of the time after paying for a year subscription and being double billed monthly. Terrible service. Tech help wanted credit card info before they would help fix problem on their end. Do not waste your time.
I haven't been able to receive 2-3 day free Prime shipping for about 3 months. I've now waited 8 days for a new mac charger. Cancelled the order and will be cancelling my Prime membership, Walmart+ actually delivers when they say they will. Btw it is the day after delivery expected delayed date.
I've been an Amazon Prime member for a very long time. It used to be fantastic but they're getting too big and customer satisfaction is going down. You have to pay extra for many Prime video selections and Prime shipping is no longer quick and painless. Shipments are constantly delayed and if there's a problem with a payment, they don't let you know until days later which if you're expecting something by a certain date you're stuck.
The cost of membership keeps going up and the quality of service keeps going down.
I'm not going to renew my membership this year.
Have spent thousands with them over about twenty years.
Their returns and refunds are inflexible. I have a brain injury so often just take the loss. Once they refunded $10 for a late cable.
But they twisted and rejected my claim for a car cover $170 not as described and months late. Their own system even said it was not delivered.
No integrity.
I moved 2 years ago and Prime has delivered to an address a block away and different address each time. At least 20 times. They also send pictures of the front door, but not my door.
I am close, 2110 and they drop at 2120. Why can't their people get this right?

I recently submitted a review for an item that was a scam. I bought a couch in canada from a seller who used an existing shipping track number to a product that was delivered in the USA.
My review was to worn other shoppers on Amazon so they did not fall for ads similar to this and Amazon blocked me from making reviews.

Spoke with someone with a very strong accent that refused to help a prime member. The picture shows that the door was gray not my red door. Red and gray are far off. These drivers are under so much that they just drop anywhere. Members are taking the heat. I requested a gift for Amazon which was generous on my part since I had to purchase the item from a retail store. Contacted the same day and was told to check the neighborhood. Give me my money back
I have had a membership for years, finances have changed though and I had to unsubscribe from prime video.
I went through the process on the website and was alerted that I would have access for the rest of the paid term.
This was months ago, I had only paid monthly, so I was surprised to see a prime video fee in my account just today.
Their help section on the website is just FAQ, no number emails or live chat provided.
They are just as bad as scammers wanting only your money.
Amazon prime is not worth it any longer. They don't provide prime benefits especially with shipping next day orders come in two to three days. It's ridiculous and a total waste of money. Plus they outsourced their customer service so the reps you get are like robots. No more friendly, caring reps. Don't waste your time or money.
Fast shipping but no customer service. Multiple times items were "not available" and they kept providing new dates, but never actually shipped.
Tried to contact them, left multiple emails, not a single response.

Answer: Probably because Amazon Prime would rather be straight forward with their customers and ensure they get their customers' questions answered to the absolute best of their ability to avoid any sort of confusion using chatbots, and/or a most likely VERY busy email address that very few people probably have access to via their site. I have actually never heard nor seen anybody complain about authenticity, or live chat, or phone call where you can get your question or questions answered much faster, vs. waiting for and possibly potentially even missing their reply email because you would have to be sitting around waiting on an email reply, for however long that'd take. Trust me, if you really want your question(s) answered, this would by far be the best option. There is even an app and/or extension you can use called "Amazon Assistant" That feature normally gets any and all issues solved, and FAST! I hope this helps! :)
