I love this product for my dog. My problem is with their ordering online. They need to hire a competent IT person as their ordering system is the worst I have ever seen.
Every time I order, the site hangs up on screens and refuse to let me finish the ordering process.
I cringe when I run low on the product and need to order, knowing that I am going to get frustrated at the extremely dysfunctional site engine.

I purchased $4,300+ worth of dinning furniture in three orders. The table was back ordered for 2 months, of which I wasn't advised till after the purchase.
The delivery of the chair orders (2) were plagued with delays by their freight carrier. After taking 2-3 days to travel 1400 miles, It took 12 days and 16 days respectively to get the chairs from the local delivery outfit to my home, a distance of only 100 miles.
I got limited value updates on the table (extending the delivery date) and was told I had no options on the use of the same unresponsive freight carrier (AIT) for the table.
Great products, but totally nonexistent customer service.
Never will use them again, even with the good products.

Fast shipping but no customer service. Multiple times items were "not available" and they kept providing new dates, but never actually shipped.
Tried to contact them, left multiple emails, not a single response.
Cancelled prime.

Ok on the PC, but nothing but headaches on an iPad. They changed they programming earlier this year, and cannot access many functions now. I have been trying to get AFF to acknowledge the problem since May 2014. Very poor customer service. After multiple email relays, they would act like the problem was new, and I had to start all over again describing the issues
Then they said it was an iPad problem, strange that it worked fine for the first few years!
Unfortunately I had extended my membership just before they modified the site, and they say they cannot refund.

Uses a third party to do online billing for Cobra insurance, has a $7.95 per payment fee!!!
That's 20% of my monthly bill!
Ridiculous, get with the modern world of online payments!

Had Allstate life for about forty years. The policy is fine, but like most companies nowadays their customer service access is via a horrible phone menu process that wants verbal responses instead of buttons pressed. But the system does not recognize half the prompts given by my clear and educated MidAtlantic voice.
Very annoying, then finally I get through and I am talking to someone whose foreign accent was so thick I had to ask her to repeat herself many times.

Most people on here are talking about Verizon, or Verizon.net, NOT about Verizon Wireless which is for cell phones only. Two totally different parts of the mother company.
Verizon Wireless has the best area coverage, but unfortunately their customer service is just as bad as Verizon's.

I have ordered from Cabela's for over 10 years. Great selection of items and they have super inventor. Spent thousands on guns, ammo and camping gear. 50% online, & 50% in store. Sometimes they have things you can't find anywhere else, and always good quality.

So so internet service, but incredibly terrible customer service. Ever time it rains the DSL service goes down, and then it takes 30 min of phone button pushing to get to a real person. Then they demand a time you will be home to send the tech - hello idiots! It is not raining in my home, it is outside!!!
They always claim they have checked and it is not a line problem so it must be in my home. Well for this electrical engineer/HAM radio operator, I can pretty much tell where the problems are!
Every time they come out, check at the interface box outside my home all ok there - then go work on the junction boxes down the street, and miracles, fixed!
I live in a rural area, and no other options are available.
I can only dream if the day I move!

Lowes beats Home Depot in every aspect. Wide open isles, friendly and knowledgable staff, and better quality in many departments.
Wish they were closer to me! Lowes is 60 min away, while 2 HDs are within 15 min of my location.

Almost everything is poor quality, but they fill that niche - when you need a one time use item or, for me, extra tools too keep in the outbuildings & sheds. Since they are only occasionally used, I do not want to duplicate with the type of expensive tools I keep in the shop, so Harbor Freight tools fit the bill.
As many have said - expect to get what you pay for.

Great store! It is like Christmas when I go there! They carry a great selection, and also have frequent training classes. Good prices and frequent sales. When I get their sale brochure, I often find one or two items I need/ want, and then I go to the store and leave with many more items.
Love the place, but need to limit my visits....

I only use delta when it is the only available flight. I will never use them for international flights.
They have cancelled more flights, lost and damaged more bags, and supplied the most incompetent and rude customer service I have ever received. Their solution is always a few dollars voucher for food, or the biggest I received was a $50 voucher for a selection from an internet site. All the choices were junk I did not want, flowers, jewelry, restaurants I do not frequent, and travel coupons.
All the US airlines have gone down to the bottom compared to Asian and European airlines, but Delta is the worst or the worst!

Have dealt with B&H photo for over ten years. I have probably spent over 25,000 USD there. Pro DSLRs, Lighting, tripods, bags, etc.
Great prices, great inventory, and fast delivery, even overseas.
Can't say enough about how good they are!

Ok on the PC, but nothing but headaches on an iPad. Been trying to get TWS to acknowledge the problem since Nov 2013. Very poor customer service. After multiple email relays, they would act like the problem was new, and I had to start all over again describing the login in issued.
Next they said I was not logging onto their site, so I sent them photos of their login site, radio silence.
A week later I inquiries on the progress, and they ask me to AGAIN describe the issue.
Then they said it was an iPad problem, strange that it worked fine for the first year!
Unfortunately I had extended my membership for three years, and this is how they treat me? Want to bet I never see the three years refunded?
Update - they returned to old format and now works great again. And they extended my membership as compensation.
