Have ordered several items through amazon.ca using the Amazon.ca seller. ALL items arrived within 2 - 3 days! AMAZING! Packaging is fantastic, items are as described!
I had a wonderful experience. Order was filled right a day ahead of the day they said it would be delivered. Great Job everyone it was my first time to order and I will definitely do it again!
I have abosolutly nothing bad to say about amazon.
Whenever I have had a issue they have gone out of there way to make sure I was taken care of. Provided contact information email links etc, provided shipping and even offer to reimburse if the original seller refused. And I am yet to have a issue with any of the sellers.
They have let me try amazon prime more than one for free. I don't have wifi at my house so I can't really reek the benefit
As far as price goes I am already aware of a price before I start looking. If your going in blind... well.
They provide me with answers when I had questions, ask questions from me for other people about product I have bought. This I like.
I do live in remote area and shipping is shipping. Let's be honest once it's left the building it's kinda out of Amazon's hands as far as shipping goes. And I'm betting they eat alot of shipping.
So many times I've gone out of my way to make sure I buy from the little guy and feed small business. But at the same time the moment there's a problem... it's your problem...

Ordered some roof rack crossbars from Amazon for my 2018 Toyota Rav4. Had a trip to go on. Received these they did not fit so I called Amazon spoke to a customer service rep he could not be of any help as these came from a third party. I asked to speak to a supervisor was put on hold for 30 minutes and finally hung up. Called back then after talking with a rep she got me a supervisor so she said was put on hold again so I hung up. Received a call back from a supervisor so she said that could be of no help to me. This is my second purchase from Amazon.ca the first was another item for my car that broke in 10 seconds after I received it. Amazon.ca is. Nuthing but garbage and will never again receive $1 dollar from my pocket. Their website is deceptive items are not at all what they are made out to be and any returns are nuthing but a complete hassle.If you want a complete exercise in frustration then go ahead and order from Amazon.if you want a place with customer service take the time to drive to a store that can actually at least have the possibility of providing you some good customer service. I am utterly and completely done with Amazon goodbye
A CUSTOMER BOUGHT AN ITEM FROM MY ACCOUNT. HE RECEIVED IT ON TIME THE CUSTOMER OPENED A TO Z CLAIM AND AMAZON REFUNDED THE MONEY TO HIM AND DID NOT RETURN MY ITEM. THE WORST ONLINE WEBSITE THEY ARE THIEVES
First they double charge me then the day they put back on my card, the very next day it was used to buy games and it was not me An Amazon employee or friend. Not ordering from Amazon no more
My deliveries barely ever get to my place without hassle. It is mostly 2 delivery companies, but Amazon doesn't care to help. They say it is automatic chosen and can't help.
Cannot contact them. Website results in loops. Email now says "due to covid, we don't do email because we are trying to save the people". What a joke. Talk about using the pandemic to screw customers
I would love to shop online, BUT, the search engine RESULTS give EVERYTHING but the product you are looking for... NO SEARCH, as far as I am concerned. I have to browse the WHOLE SITE which seems to be listed in MY SEARCH RESULTS to find the 10 for the ACTUAL PRODUCT that I am looking for... IS EVERYONE ELSE FRUSTRATED?
All orders that I ordered from Amazon.ca were shipped in a timely manner. Orders were received before the due date. No issues at all... all products were exactly as described.
Same day delivery is not same day, waited from 8:00Am to 9:00 Pm and was told the parcel is delayed one or two more day. The liquid bandage is for my dog's wound, how can I wait that long!
Amazon used to be great and then I moved to an area that they use intelcom to attempt to make deliveries within.
Now it is next to impossible to receive a package because over 50% of the time the driver does not show up and you just receive an email saying that a delivery attempt was made. When you call Amazon they simply repeat the lie and tell you that another delivery attempt will be made the next day but considering that they lied about the first attempted delivery it is difficult to say whether or not another delivery attempt will be made at all. I have canceled my prime membership with Amazon and now I will no longer make any future purchase through Amazon. I know that they do not care about my business so this really only hurts me but if enough people refuse to use a fraudulent service then maybe Amazon will wake up and stop using intelcom or make them actually deliver the the package. Hope this saves someone the frustration that I have gone through. Simply trying to have an online order fulfilled in 2020 should not be so difficult. All the other shippers drop packages off but intelcom doesn't, maybe stop using intelcom Amazon!

Amazon is bull$#*!! I ordered a vest from Milwaukee leather NJ on their platform. I was sent the wrong item wrong size by milwaukee leather NJ. Both companies said return it for full refund including shipping costs. They also said include copy of return shipping cost invoice for full refund with item. I did as told and it cost me $62 to courior it back but after reciving thier product back was told oh too bad for you we dont cover return shipping! Now i spent $62 cdn and have nothing for it. THIER SUPPLIERS MISTAKE SIZE AND Products AND I AM ON HOOK FOR IT WITH NOTHING AT ALL FOR MY $62 dollars!SCREW BOTH CROOKED COMPANIES WILL NEVER USE OR ORDER AGAIN FROM EITHER! People wake up cancel Amazon and force companies to be honest customer service oriented again!

I use amazon.com all the time but I live in Canada so I ship items to a family member in the States. I would love to have the convenience of shopping from home but it in no way compares.
They don't honor warranty anymore. If the return window is close it is over. You are on your own. No more warranty on the item. They are like aliexpress now, which is very bad.

I made a purchase on Amazon.ca. I live in Canada.
Because I had bought a rescue policy for a hard drive that self-destructed within weeks and no-one was able to help me with data recovery, I received a gift certificate by Amazon. Nice gesture I thought - Not really as it turns out!
I tried to redeem the gift card - with help from a customer service representative who could see my order and see that I was in Canada.
I gave him my credit card number because I purchased $120 to redeem the $100 gift card.
Turns out I was suckered. Amazon charged me the full $120 of my purchase and is now telling me that I need to open a US Amazon account to redeem the gift card there. And of course pay duties on whatever I buy.
I have spent over an hour on chat so far... being bounced between Amazon.com and Amazon.ca - to no results so far. Not sure I will ever see that gift certificate. If I do... it will NOT have been worth the time it cost me.

Ever since Amazon.ca had been using Intelcom, the deliveries have been consistently getting delayed or even lost or products damaged. Amazon needs to cut ties with Intelcom.
