FRAUD
April 13, 2023

My account was flagged for Fraud. Someone broke in and made a large $1000+ order with multiple items. Amazon flagged it but only stopped part of the charge from going through. I followed up with them and requested a refund for the fraud purchases. They confirmed everything would be cancelled and refunded within 2-3 business days. It's been weeks. I called 4 times today and have been getting the run around. They told me I have to wait another 1-2 business days for their accounts team to email me with more questions. Then I'll have to wait longer for the refund. This is absurd. The entire order was Fraud yet they only take responsibility for part of it. The whole thing was blocked and cancelled immediately yet I still have to pay for part of it?!

With their multiple apologies and excuses they offer me a $5 credit on my account. I've spent HOURS on the phone with them. They think my time is only worth $5... I'm pulling my multiple subscriptions from Amazon and no longer purchasing items for my company through them (thousands of dollars worth of Ipads, Paper products, cables...every year).

Beware of giving your credit card info to anyone associated with Amazon.ca. I had my info stolen and a fraudulent orders placed using the info I gave to companies selling on Amazon.

A garbage company and a repulsive place to work.
They don't pay you what you're owed. They don't keep track of your hours correctly. When they do pay it's not on time. And they don't have enough respect for their workers to listen to them when they take the initiative to resolve those issues. I was denied several days paid and was penalized for not punching in my first weeks of working (I was signing in on THEIR SIGN IN SHEET) when I was given a keycard a month into me starting (which incidentally was the last day I worked for these jackasses before I quit). My supervisor (Davies from Adecco is ridiculously incompetent and a bafoon) Peace P. Ike is incapable of doing her job correctly as on site manager as well. I'm disgusted. Save your time and energy and don't work for this company/workplace of thieves and liars.

I recently order a kid bed for nephew. Amazon just to save money or for whatever reason used Canada Post for my delivery.
Yesterday I was checking my order status And showed that I have already received my order I noticed that security at front desk did not call me to notify me. Immediately I called the security desk to figure out what exactly happened asked them if they have got my package and the answer was no.
Canada post driver just dropped the card instead of the package. Apparently the package was heavy for them to deliver. Next thing I noticed that they want me to pick up the package my self.
Well at this point I was pissed off not because I haven't got my package just because they have lied to me. Well I decided to go and check the security cameras guess what driver walks in no package and drop the card that shows I missed the package in and out 1 min.
This is not the driver fault or Canada post. This is Amazon fault that uses unreliable Delivery method for their Prime Members. As soon as I find the alternative I'll be moving on and take my business somewhere else.
I build studios for living and I have many content creators as a close friends
I do create content my self in my free time
Believe me I can spread the words supper easy.

A FEW HOURS after I bought something from these rip-off artists - I checked my order - and the selling price of what I bought HAD GONE DOWN BY ALMOST 10%

And you have to search and search and search to find a phone number to speak to a REAL person - and then they tell you: "Too bad. We don't price match."

Well it's your own price that changed in a few hours after I bought - and I haven't even received the $@%^$# thing yet.^#$# you!

Oh - and don't make this mistake of ordering DVD's before Christmas. You SHOULD expect them to TAKE TWO WEEKS to arrive!

Oh - and they sell GARBAGE so-called Dewalt sanding head attachments that become USELESS after a few minutes. You don't believe me? Read the reviews of Velcro attachment sanding heads for the Dewalt Oscillating tool."

I did place the number 6 shoes on Dec 22, with Amazon.ca, I only need to pay $51.25 with tax, I got the shoes yesterday was number 8 on Dec 31, How come I call on Dec 31, the customer services did not tell me if I return the shoes, I will not get the replacement, I better to keep the shoes, you pay the good due, if you return, we will only get the refund $51.25, will not send the replacement I did mail back the shoes to them, they said did change to the other seller, we will not sent me new replacements, if I want to buy the same shoes, I need to pay $286.05 + Tax, I only can get the refund once I send the in-correct shoes back to them. I did return the shoes to you since Jan 1, they should got the shoes already, I did check your inventory, how come Amazon.ca did not get one size 8 show on line, I think did send to new seller already, so your company can sell to the new buyer more money, this is the way you do the business?, Unacceptable. Like a spam, Amazon.com, did take of my review, they only want to show the good review, the take off the bad one. Tell you need to follow their guidelines, no once know how to do, if you want their help, they said, you can check on line

So i ordered 2 items April 1st... cancelled one item the same day as it was not compatible with what i needed. So they still took the money for the cancelled item yet are telling me it is my bank now that wont release the funds. My second item i ordered sat in limbo fron the first till now the 3rd i phoned again today and all i gir was o dont know why? So this item was to be delivered April 4th. I said cancel it lets reorder you pay the shipping costs. Pick 2 to 4 days delivery so 5th to 7th right? No no Monday the 8th is the soonest we can get it to you. Explain to me how i went from the 4th to 5 days? With a 2 to 4 day shipping. I will guarntee when i look they didnt pay for the shipping either. I will NEVER order from them again nor anywhere else on line.

In may my amazon account was hacked and a charge and a purchase was made on the credit card I had on file on their website. The hackers sent the bought items to my home. I sent the items back to amazon and till this date my credit card has not been reimbursed to my credit card. Amazon is not safe any more. Customer service is useless. They do nothing to help you. They do not even have access to the warehouse to see if they received your exchange or when you are going to get refunded as an example. If you use amazon for a purchase get a gift card. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ON THEIR WEBSITE

Prime member shipping next day false leading

I ordered something was marked the next day my order was made on November 4 and still dint get it
Amazon explained that the next day means that the product is ship from the warehouse not the day you will receive it we are now November 6 basically faster to get it from store because if you know how to count if you need to pickup from Purolator or take day off it will cost you the same price at the store with no headache plus no surprise with the quality you have it in front of you
Amazon seams to sell lower quality products or older models products not sell anymore Olmos like it was buy from auction or repo from bankruptcies

I was in disbelief when customer service twice hung up the phone on me when I asked them for my refund back to my credit card as they lost my package for the 4th time. I can't believe I am writing this as I always thought their service was top-notch until today. The first time I ordered a package, it said it was 'undelivered' so I called them up and they gave me a gift balance to order it again. The second and third time, it was delivered to someone's home (They showed a picture of a home that wasn't mine). I submitted a report, added extra delivery instructions, and they assured me it will go to the right address this time. The fourth time, there was no picture and it said it was handed to a resident. When I received that notification, I immediately called them and said who did you give it to as it sure wasn't handed to me. They told me to wait 24 hours and then call back. When I did, they told me: "the unusually high number of lost orders that you have reported exceeds this occasional expectation". I kept saying I didn't receive the package and they basically called me a liar and hung up. Not once but twice. I called my credit card to report that transaction and disputing it with my credit card as I speak. The credit card company told me if they didn't ask me for a signature then there is no proof it was handed to me. The way they dealt with me was the worst way a company handles the situation. Never using AMAZON CANADA AGAIN.

I made it known many times to the Amazon office, that if you are delivering to my home, ALWAYS PRESS THE DAM BUZZER or KNOCK. That's put right down on their screen for their delivery instructions. Their people are too stupid to learn how to read, so they DROP THE PACKAGE ON THE EDGE OF THE TOP STEP, and skuddle away like the little termites that they are! In the meantime, people are getting their paid goods ripped off on a daily basis, and Amazon couldn't give a $#*!. What type of an organization does this? Secondly, many of their items don't tell you when they will be sent out until days after you have purchased the product. The management at Amazon are brain dead. They don't care about anything except that bi weekly check that they don't deserve coming in. I hope this company folds!

I have been a loyal customer for years with Amazon.ca and because I'm lucky enough to have a local warehouse I've always received any products fulfilled by the warehouse quickly. Order fulfillment has always been within 36 hours. I've foregone store trips cause I know I can get it within a few days if the warehouse has it. As of my last two order that I did this month... 4 days and neither order is even fulfilled yet despite having stock on hand when the orders were placed. I called to voice my concern over my orders being held and was told it was because I requested free shipping. I've always used free shipping Then I was told it's becuase of the warehouse it's shipping from. It's the same warehouse I've always received my goods from. I told the girl she was being told bull$#*! by her peers cause neither issue is a valid reason. Based on what I'm seeing, it appears Amazon is holding back orders that are not Prime orders in order to make guests sign up that don't really require the service. If you don't sign up they hold back your orders from fulfillment so it doesn't ship to you to quickly. Sadly they have lost a customer but I guess that really doesn't matter to them cause they figure they have enough that one lost customer doesn't have an effect.

This was the wrost experience i have ordered a shoe on 27 Mar'17 but didn't receive till date now i am going out form country today ( for normal delivery i requested 4 times to seller to deliver before 12 May but he didn't respond) i will never trust on you guys, pathatic service

Spoke to some lady on the phone she asked me 5 times to verify my email and name to her because Amazon.ca decided to lock me out of my account I spelled my email address and name to her exactly 5 times and she said I didn't spell my email and my name incorrectly to her lmfao ITS MY OWN EMAIL AND MY NAME how do I not know how to spell it? She was rude and she needs to have her ears checked because she seriously can't hear properly. I have spent so much money on this website and in the end to have them treat me this way when I need info about my account?!... never again Amazon.ca

Amazon has made my life waaay better I suffer severe social anxiety and going out and shopping is hard. Amazon literally had anything I ever needs. Only problem is delivering with Canada Post.
