If Amazon is going to use a third party courier service, (such as Intelcom), cancel your order and shop elsewhere.

Used to be but appears they may be changing their policies which effects anyone using the free shipping. The warehouse is in Brampton.

You're seeing a lot of negative comments b/c they're sign in process - eg. Only lettiing customers verify their account with a phone number they can SMS a security code to and offering NO other option, like sending it to an email instead. JUST IN CASE the person doesn't have their phone anymore or maybe it broke or got stolen. They didn't even take those scenerios into consideration which makes them a bunch of dummies! Their policies OBVIOUSLY changed somewhere, and their customer services (or lack thereof) SUCKS. It's a DISASTER!
The American Amazon(. Com) - do not have these problems! It's just Canada... Shocker!
