To be honest NEVER try this, it does NOT work, even if you manage to shred few pounds you will gain it back immediately. Excellent book! It changed my view of dieting completely. It worked 100% as they say. You can see tremendous changes in just 14 days. As compared to other fast loss weight programs, the 2-week diet is reasonable in a sense that it provides fair options. Limited food intake is a must but the allowable types of food are just simply acceptable, which make the program easier and doable for anyone. Specifically talking about Phase 1 of the diet, you will need not to worry as there are a lot of options to choose from for all categories whether it be allowable vegetable, protein, or liquids. You might even actually end up still eating what you want but at minimal amounts. This is indeed an effective, fun diet program!

For two years, I gained 15 kgs (more than 30 pounds!) without realisation. I am not even kidding and the process became inevitable and this fact being relentlessly pointed out by my friends and outsiders (although not family who kept me in the dark) smashed me to smithereens. It seemed unbelievable at first to me that the seemingly permanent pounds I gained for such a long time could all go away with up to loss of 25 pounds. But after doing this diet for two months (which might again sound demotivating as the diet promises 21 days to change it all), I can truly say that this diet gives you the body of your dreams. Not only it toned my inner thighs and sculped my body and gave me the impossible thigh gap, but my skin has become more rejuvenated, I live a more healthy life, I can control how much I eat and I have become more beautiful! These are some of the personal benefits that I have enjoyed. The reason that it took me two months is again my fault only, every now and then I lost faith in this diet because I was not seeing any change at all. Many diet recipes I have tried that never work out as good as this. The fasting time of 18 hours daily is just unbelievable amazing result! Yet it's not difficult because most of the time is during sleeping hours. Recipe is just simple and easy to prepare.
Just 3 weeks I get to string down one size smaller. I m going to repeat this programme for 2nd round to reach my ideal weight.
