This book serves as a way for everybody to have a healthy and normal lifestyle and outlook in life. It gives us specifics, information, thoughts and suggestions on how we can maintain a good and healthy body, so I can say that it is a very good source for everybody who needs to be aware about their diet. I could not stop myself from giving this book a five star review.

I have just started the 3 week diet so I can't say yet how well it is working, but the information seems reputable and makes sense. The only problem I have is that after Phase 1, there isn't much info on what you can and cannot eat in the other phases.
