I have been using the QEnergySpa, BEFE foot-bath in conjunction with the 3 Week Diet and the results of how I look and feel are amazing. At the age of 54 I now feel younger and healthier than I did 20 years ago in my 30's. The QEnergySpa, BEFE unit is very easy to use and totally relaxing at the same time and has given me so much energy and life that I would not be without it now. The 3 Week Diet has given me a way to beat the sugar blues and get my weight under control. I am indebted to both of these wonderful products.

I bought this diet over a year ago and have not looked back. I lost over 20 kg within 6 weeks. I have since tested the diet by putting back on about 4 kg a minimum of 3 times now and going back on to just one part of the diet and the weight I have gained has always just dropped off within 2 weeks maximum... I have total control over my weight now which I have never had before with any other diet I have tried and believe me I have done them all including Jenny Craig... Thankyou to The Three Week Diet team for this life changing diet.

Make sure you read the whole diet before you start for complete success.
