High fat for 3 days is phase 3. Make sure you have 90% fat in every meal... then on to phase 4..
I used spices and olive oil. Garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. I also used chipotle mayonnaise. Low carb of course.

After this time, you have the option depending on your weight goals, to either repeat one of the previous 3 phases OR stick to a calorie counted diet- this calorie counted diet is tailor made for you because the book gives the method by which you can work out exactly how many calories you need to either maintain, lose or gain. This was a real eye opener for me

Water is never discouraged, on any diet. Or no diet. Your body needs water to function properly. Dehydration alone will cause you to feel tired, weak, and unable to focus. Which leads to the average person reaching for the nearest sugar rush. Or caffeine, or whatever. Your body needs none of these, it's really craving water. Drink up.
