So i finish phase 1 do the fast which is phase 2 what is the meal plan for week 2

Answer:

High fat for 3 days is phase 3. Make sure you have 90% fat in every meal... then on to phase 4..

Can you use any condiments, spices or anything that is low or no carbs? trying to find some things to either spice things up a bit or add some other flavors.

Answer:

I used spices and olive oil. Garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. I also used chipotle mayonnaise. Low carb of course.

I am just starting the 3 week diet and have a few questions. i had sent you a message but i think i deleted it before i read it! sorry! -can i use condiments and spices that are low in carbs. while on this diet? -also can i have diet pop? -so is safe to say that you want to stay under 30 grams of carbs in a day? -just looking for more things to eat and it didn't really go to much into those details in the book. thanks so much for your help.

1. Yes you can use spices. 2. Yes, you can drink diet soda. 3. Yes, under 30 grams a day. 4. Tuna, chicken, salmon, avocado, nuts, wholemeal bread.

I'm a little confused. i have way more than 20 pounds to lose. do i complete the four phases and stay on the last phase until i have lost the require weight? and when am i ment to take the whey protein? thanks

Answer:

The initial 3 weeks of the diet are laid out in the book which you follow. After this time, you have the option depending on your weight goals, to either repeat one of the previous 3 phases OR stick to a calorie counted diet- this calorie counted diet is tailor made for you because the book gives the method by which you can work out exactly how many calories you need to either maintain, lose or gain. This was a real eye opener for me

Does anyone know during the fast part of the diet (24 hours) if drinking water is recommended or discouraged for best results

Answer:

Water is never discouraged, on any diet. Or no diet. Your body needs water to function properly. Dehydration alone will cause you to feel tired, weak, and unable to focus. Which leads to the average person reaching for the nearest sugar rush. Or caffeine, or whatever. Your body needs none of these, it's really craving water. Drink up.
