The initial 3 weeks of the diet are laid out in the book which you follow. After this time, you have the option depending on your weight goals, to either repeat one of the previous 3 phases OR stick to a calorie counted diet- this calorie counted diet is tailor made for you because the book gives the method by which you can work out exactly how many calories you need to either maintain, lose or gain. This was a real eye opener for me

The diet has been designed so that anyone can use it regardless of tastes or cultural restrictions.
Rather than specific foods for the diet, we give you a list of allowed foods which include a broad number of proteins (meats, fish, eggs), vegetables, carbohydrates, and fats. You are welcome to create the meal plans within these restrictions that work for you.
