I consider myself very lucky when one day I received a downloaded manual entitled, the 3-Week Diet. It is from my friend, who, herself is conscious of how her body looks.

I am done the three weeks and I am ready to repeat the process in a modified version. I did loose pounds in the process, but more than anything i saw how my body responded to several different diet approaches. The various diet segments taught me a lot about how my body works or did not work. I will take this knowledge with me onwards. The diet was easy for me to follow.
I lost 9 lbs in just Phase #1 alone. It wasn't easy but nothing worth having is! I followed everything to a T. I lost a total of 15 lbs, which may not seem like alot to some but for someone like me who didn't have alot to lose, it's a ton. I started out at 129 lbs and we all know those last lbs are the hardest to lose so Thank You Brian for putting this out there for those of us who had lost all hope of ever shedding the last bit of weight..
I have never lost weight so quickly as I did with 3weekdiet. At first I felt pretty bad... guess my body was adjusting. After about day 4 I was feeling better. Actually whatever phase I was in I was never hungry. I did not try any of supplements suggested throughout but seemed to have lots of energy. My problem was at the end my weight loss came to a screeching halt. I have tried to very faithfully continue with follow up plan but my weight has not budged. My allowable calories per day have gotten so minimal... I am 63... that I feel I should be losing weight but I am not. Thanks for the success though. Could use some follow up help. 5 stars if follow up support.

I love a busy life style with kids in sports, a full time job and being a volunteer in the community! If I can do this diet anyone can. I lost 12 pounds in 8 days. It's crazy. The first week is hard however remember read mind over matter and you can do anything. After that I have stayed on the high protein part of it due to wanting to lose more and consuming no carbs. It's easy because carbs make me feel terrible. I will continue this diet until I have reach my goal weight! This diet is great and works.
